Not sure if TLC stands for ""total lack of competence"", but that was the result. I paid a decent amount of money for someone to take a thorough look at my swamps, and give them an _expert_ analysis. Instead, the tech (who seemed like he was barely out of high school), immediately tried to sell me things I didn't need. Then he proceeded to lie to me about the state of my system. When I asked him to replace certain parts instead of trying to sell me in a whole new system then, all of the sudden, ""everything was working just fine"".

He spent all of ten minutes and gouged me for a pretty significant amount of money in the process. Ironically I would have happily paid much more if he'd done what I requested. I'd also mentioned a quirk of the system that i was hoping to get diagnosed/fixed but when I mentioned it he just said ""weird"" and completely blew it off. So this company is focused on Taking Lots of Cash, but not actually doing any legitimate work. Ironically, the one thing that was replaced was installed incorrectly and I had to fix it myself. Worst $300 I've spent since I can remember.

Watch out for the questionable practices of this terrible company!!

They worked fast and replaced our sewer line in one day. Crew left trash behind and crushed some cactuses on our sidewalk so they had to come back to clean up a second time. Would probably use them again but be clear about where the crew can stage their supplies. They seem to think plants make good cushions for pipes.

I use my house as a Vrbo and keeping everything clean and comfortable is so important. My air conditioner went out right before a new guest was due to arrive and TLC delivered prompt emergency response! Carlos Ramirez was nothing short of amazing with his diagnostic skill and kind, personable interaction with me. He pinpointed the problem and worked several hours to get the job done before my new guests arrived. I am so grateful for his expertise. The house is ready and my guests will be comfortable!

Wagner Mechanical came out on May 11th to do a switchover. In the process, they didn't adjust the float, thereby leaving water continuously running off of the roof. I didn't realize this was happening until a few hours later. Wagner refused to come out again on that day after I contacted them several times.

In stark contrast to Wagner, TLCs technician and receptionist staff were courteous and professional. When Wagner wasn't responsive to fix a problem they had caused, TLC responded immediately, were out at my house within an hour and a half, and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. I was so thankful to have a plumbing company that has integrity, is customer-oriented and can respond to emergencies!

I was very happy with my experience with TLC, they had a technician to my house within 25 minutes of me calling to ask for service. Rick was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me in detail so I was aware of what he would be doing and what to expect. He was able to solve my problem (no hot water from my tankless water heater). He also showed me the process he used to fix the issue so that if it happens again I can fix it myself. I thought that was awesome. It shows that they value the customer above all else. I will be calling TLC with all my future plumbing needs.

I love using TLC for all the plumbing, cooling and HVAC needs. Alfredo Zarate just left my house to get our system ready for the summer. He was very professional and arrived when he said he would. He was quick but thorough and addressed all our concerns. Very impressed with him and his service. I actually request him personally. Over the last few visits he is more than acquainted with what we need. There is no learning curve. Give him a try. He really is terrific!!

Jose Zamarripa, of TLC Plumbing, did an excellent job replacing my leaking water heater. He arrived on time, was friendly, and explained the job and what he was doing. When he was finished, he explained the operation of the new water heater and the additional safety features that were installed. Definitely recommended for future work.

I recently decided to purchase central air conditioning after my swamp cooler water line broke, flooding my ceiling.

I contacted TLC because I've had good experiences with them previously. They did a great job with my water heater and even with my backyard fountain.

I am again very impressed with their work. Carlos and his coworker installed an AC system that works beautifully. It's quiet and makes my house cool and comfortable.

I appreciate their professionalism. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions.

I will continue to hire TLC if I need any plumbing or electrical work.

We had our spring service on our HVAC done today by TLC. Alfredo arrived early (after calling first to make sure that was okay) and did a very professional job. We have several mini-split units and compressors. He cleaned all the filters, checked for wear and tear, verified that all were working properly, and even checked the rooftop compressors for debris from the neighborhood trees. All done in 45 min! We really appreciate Alfredo's very professional work and knowing we're good to go for another toasty Albuquerque summer.

This is the second time we've had to have TLC up for our new house; the first time for a flooded toilet and the second time for a chronic leaking faucet. Each time the gentlemen were prompt, kind, and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem each time. Pricing was reasonable and appropriate. Excellent service all around.
