We had a slab leak and called TLC to come out and give us an estimate on how much it would cost to reroute our plumbing through the ceiling. When my husband called them they originally told us they could start the work right away. We ended up having to wait 3 days before they came back to start working. While they were working they kept trying to up sell everything they could. A new something here, a new something there. They then made multiple unnecessary cuts(that they do not repair) in my ceiling. They also left splatters of liquid metal all over my wall. In the end the price was 300$ more than what they originally quoted. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Was able to place an appointment after regular business hours with Kevin. David and Danny called within the window of time I was quoted by Kevin, and arrived at our residence a brief time thereafter. They confirmed the main issue (water pressure regulator wasn't working) replaced the faulty part and fixed a problem toilet. They took the time to explain the issues and fixes, which I appreciated, and the pricing was reasonable. (I had received a quote the previous day from another plumber for an amount that David and Danny were not aware of - TLC's price was less) In speaking with the two of them, they have both been with the firm for many years, and both are second generation plumbers. Guess its in the blood, and it shows! I know not everyone may have a perfect experience every time, but for my part, they provided good service, on time, when promised, and for a fair price. It was clear to me they know what they are doing, and were professional and informative throughout the process. I have no hesitation recommending their services to anyone who may need them.

Danny came out to my house first thing this morning to replace the worn moen cartridges in my faucets. He arrived on time, was pleasant, professional and did a great job! He completed everything quickly, reviewed his work with me and answered all of my questions. The bill was as quoted earlier this morning. I appreciate all of the people at TLC and highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks!

Great personable staff who know what they're doing! They've won awards for their customer service and you can tell why!

I've used many plumbers and the vast majority I would not ever call a second time. If you've had those experiences too, then maybe TLC will make you a believer in their business like they did me!

The owner is completely unprofessional. I have never felt more uncomfortable with a plumber in my life. His comments were in bad taste and borderline lewd. I don't recommend this company whatsoever.

Recently had Thad and crew out to repair a busted tub drain pipe that snapped off when I tried to unscrew the old rusted drain. Thad was courteous, professional, and the work was done as described in a timely manner. Definitely recommend giving Thad a call if you need some plumbing work done right.

Danny was extremely prompt and professional. We had an emergency in the house. We called around and other service providers were not able to see us for at least six hours. TLC sent Danny out immediately after our call and he took care of business. Thank you so much.

In July 2017 we requested they come to repair a broken handle on toilet, $275 later they did the handle then replaced everything else inside tank. Today - 7 months later, the flap valve is not functioning in which appears is a cheap plastic interior valves and flush mechanism. $185 for a flap valve...they had just installed 7 months earlier.
We feel they are not reputable and will never use them or recommend them.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Charged us $225 to install a faucet. Took all of 30 mins. The work was good and the plummer cleaned-up after but we really felt gouged ;-(
