TLC Plumbing is honest, trustworthy, dependable and reliable company. I have used their services twice now and I am more than happy with the quality of their work. David was my plumber. I'm very happy with the quality of his work, his attention to detail and his expertise. TLC says their goal is to fully satisfy their customers from the moment they first answer the phone through completing the job by being prompt, courteous, and responsive to their customer's needs. Well done TCL... I am very satisfied. David hit all the marks of how they want their customers satisfied. I hope I never have to call a plumber again... but of course I will... and I'll be calling TLC Plumbing!

Horrible service and horrible work!!! They guys over promise and DON'T deliver. We hired this company to do some new storm drains at our house which wasn't cheap (almost 15k)

First, they said they would send 4-5 guys and have the job done in a week. Not true! They showed up with 2 guys for 1 day!! The rest of the job they pawed off to 1 guy and the poor guy had to do the whole job by himself which took him almost a month!

They would constantly argue with us and change the plans of the job. Basically, it was a sh%t show!

Not to mention, the work was garbage. We had to hire another company to fix they're crappy work.

This is a warning to all, DO NOT USE this company. They are a scam!!!

Thad was consistent and so professional in his communication. We originally had him (And Steve) coming out to fix a hose bib and low and behold--there was a leak under the house. We are new home owners and we've had some issues already so my poor patience and spirit were crushed. Thad was quick, amazing, we worked out a game plan for the very next day & they took care of business! He also was really fair in his pricing too seeing as how (for the original call out to us) we shopped around and he was the best!
Professional, polite, kind & did a great job.

Thanks Thad (and Steve) for helping us with our new house! We're genuinely grateful!

Worst customer service ever. I had a window of arrival confirmed. I understand that windows can change but in this case it was changed without any DIRECT confirmation from me the client. That you call and leave messages but dont actually SPEAK to the client doesnt not equal confirmation that the schedule change is acceptable. I called out the dispatcher regarding this and for some reason she felt it was acceptable to cut me off and talk over me and she feels that i was getting ""crazy"" with her. I requested to speak to ANYONE else in the office which she refused to do. If it werent for the fact that my needs are dire I'd be requesting to move this over to some other company. They are a vendor that my property management company uses. Unfortunate as the initial communication went so well.

Nobody likes having to call a plumber for an emergency repair but if you have to call one I recommend TLC. They arrived when they said, found the problem and fixed it with a minimum of disruption. Should the need arise I'll definitely use them again.

I came home from work last night to a busted water pipe. I called TLC Plumbing & Danny got to me in no time & fixed the pipe! Both Danny & Thad, the owner, are AMAZING! Danny did an awesome job, so professional and quick too. It was sincerely a pleasure doing business with him. I will most definitely call them in the future if/when I have any other problems. I've already recommended them to all my family too. We've dealt with several plumbers in the past with our rental houses and have never had such a pleasurable experience with a plumbing company as I did with TLC Plumbing. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

This team was great! I needed a plumbing inspection on a potential property purchase; David gave me a thorough review and a fair quote. He and Shannon made extra effort to get in touch with me after the inspection and David called me directly to review.

David, the plumber from TLC, really deserves a 10-star review.

He removed and disposed of one of our toilets, which had been acting up much too often, and replaced it with a gem. The new toilet is in our guest bathroom where visitors will never need to worry about embarrassing clogs or overflows. The forceful flush takes care of everything, including a bit too much paper.

So.....a perfect job and, as a bonus, a careful, neat and clean, professional, pleasant plumber!
