I have used many plumbing companies over the years. I had a rather expensive job i needed done. I had 5 companies do bids. Thad blew everyone away by well over a thousand bucks. The job was done top notch and two years later its still perfect. Since then i have done several other upgrades/jobs and they are the only company I call for all my plumbing needs. They are always courteous and on time and I welcome all of their employees into my home without reservation. To Thad and all the crew....KUDOS KUDOS KUDOS. You guys are the best. Very good, timely, reasonably priced, courteous plumbers, having used other local plumbing companies in the past, I think TLC is the best. What I like is they are very good at meeting their time windows and always let you know if they can come earlier or or will be late. From a basic clog (most recent service) to installations of new plumbing fixtures, they do a great job.

We have used TLC several times over the last several years and were happy with the service but something seems to have changed. We have a leak that needs to be dealt with so I called to schedule an appointment. In order to be there to meet them, I had to schedule about 5 days out and take some time off of work. The morning of the appointment I am expecting a call to firm up the appointment...instead a get a call that they are not coming. They got busy over the weekend, they have bigger projects that day, all the techs are busy. I ask why I wasn't notified over the weekend about the scheduling problem so i didnt have to take time off work and I get ""I don't know, I wasn't working over the weekend"". Customer service seems to have suffered so it's time for a change. Called another company and they are coming out the same day.

Over the weekend I created a plumbing emergency. Let's just say drilling through your main hot water line is not a way to start your Saturday afternoon. I tried my best to fix it but it was beyond my skill set. I called on Sunday morning and was called back in less than an hour. I was told that they were booked solid for that day but could get me someone the next day. I called back on Monday morning and they got me a quick appointment and had Danny out to my house in about 30 minutes. He did the job no problem and got my family back the hot water I had taken away. Danny was professional and courteous and knew his stuff. I will definitely be using them again when any issues come up. Thanks again TLC, you guys really came through.

I've used TLC Plumbing since we bought our home in 1996. They have re plumbed a portion of our house and plumbed 2 restaurants we've owned. They are our go to plumber for clogs, drips.. you name it. Thanks Thad and staff. You've saved our butts more than you know. Highly recommend.

We had a leak under our home on a Sunday and I didn't have plumber, I phone TLC and the came right out and stop the leak. The price was very reasonable! The plumber was kind and hard working. I will use them again.

Brent recently came out to our home for an emergency line clean. We have had roots block out line before but nothing like this. He worked so hard and eventually cleared our line with a batch of roots the size of a football. I would highly recommend TLC and always ask for Brent. He's the longest serving technician and he ROCKS!

Wow!! I was hosting a wedding for 120 people. My bathrooms backed up and started flowing into my ballroom. It was 10pm on a Saturday night...nobody could come out until monday... I have a church service at 10am and another party for 120 people the next day! What was i going to do? Issue huge refunds? Disappoint and anger my clients? I was discouraged. I didn't give up! Dialing and dialing just to hear the same answer...We can't come out until Monday.. I dialed the next number...and I heard an actual voice! I was surprised! It was Thad from TLC and he says to me...we will be there in an hour! What? Are they really coming? Danny showed up right at 11pm. He was my angel! Quick, honest, clean and smiling! He cleared my sewer line to find that someone flushed a fork. Ugh! He was awesome!! TLC saved me and it was back in business! Amazing! I will be using TLC for all my plumbing needs! Thanks Guys!!

We are a major Aerospace contractor in El Cajon and have used TLC for a lot of our repairs over the years. Thad has built 1 new restroom, and remodled others. Never had a problem with them over the past 7 years. We just recieved another quote from TLC forthe instalation of our new RO system.
