My wife and I just had TLC Plumbing complete work at our house. We are extremely pleased with this company and it's employees. The owner answered my call on a Saturday and his crew was en route in less than a half hour. They called while they were on the road and let me know approximately when they would arrive. Upon arrival I met with David, and Daniel. They were extremely professional, personable and gave us options to choose from. They gave us a quote and it was extremely reasonable, especially due to the call being on a Saturday. They were very thorough with their work and explained the process of what was needed as they worked.

The work was completed in very reasonable time and we were charged exactly what was quoted to us. We are extremely happy that this was the company that we choose to fix our issue and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs a good plumber.

JUST unfair, I had used them for more than 6 years, but Thad the owner has become very rude! When I told him how unhappy I was with work that his teamed performed, he said it sound like a personal issue? I told him I will write a review shearing this event, he said it wont matter because he pays his advertising people a lot of money to write good reviews, to counter act bad customers like me? Wow!! all that time and money I spent with him meant nothing to him. Thanks Thad ill see you like i do on Sunday, at Church. What's wrong with you?

I called TLC and someone answered the call she sounded very friendly and courteous. She gave me an appointment between 12-2 pm same day. I received 2 courtesy phone calls for follow up regarding the appointment.

The technician named Danny came by to check the leak in our kitchen sink. The kitchen angle stops were loose and needed to be re tightened. The teflon tape needs to be applied on the pipe. The previous technicians from another company didn't do their job right.

Danny also noticed sounds from the bathroom toilet and checked the possible issue. I also noticed the sounds coming from the toilet. It's valid reason to check it. He discovered The toilet flapper needs to be replaced in doing so will save us water bill in the future. He fixed both kitchen and bathroom problems in less than 1 hour. Danny was fast and efficient. He didn't try to sell anything for upgrades or other business tactics to earn extra money. He focused on the problems. The price of the work is reasonable.

I am satisfied with the service. Excellent job and service. I will use TLC for their services again. Thank you! God Bless you.

TLC was amazing. Larry, the plumber, came over during Christmas Eve and he was extremely professional and courteous. I was expecting someone upset for having to work during the holidays, but I was completely wrong.
Larry made a bad situation into a pleasant experience. He always went above and beyond, he was very conscientious as he was cleaning as he went along. The service I received from Larry was amazing and I would wholeheartedly recommend TLC plumbing. From now on they are my number one choice.

TO ANYONE SEARCHING FOR HELP WITH PLUMBING. These guys should be at the very top of your list if not the ONLY ones on your list. Not enough good can be said about them. First and foremost for some, TLC fairly prices for their services. That's pretty important being that as a woman, I find that other companies (not all but quite a few) will tend to provide higher estimates for that reason alone. I have never experienced price gouging from Thad and his team at TLC or felt as if I ought to question their estimates. I believe this is in part, a main core of their work ethics.

Next point and something I find particularly important. Over the course of years, we have brought in many contractors to assist in plumbing projects throughout our 50 year old home. Not until thIs group of men, have I personally felt such an extent of confidence in what they do, that I don't need to thoroughly inspect their work or be of concern that something may not function properly after they have left. That is how much I believe in their abilities and how they have completed a job so well done in my home that it is as if they were working on their own home. Another quality that I feel speaks of the core ethics this company possesses.

That said, we have used them a number of times for different issues with our old plumbing. It isn't until now that I realized it needed to be told of how well they have done and continue to do. I cannot say enough words of praise of how wonderful these guys are! I hate to write this review for fear that they will get so busy that I won't have access to them when I need them ... yet they are too good to keep to myself.

My husband and I feel extremely blessed to have found TLC and that we need not look any further for help when we encounter plumbing issues. These guys are the real deal and take great pride in their work. They are easy to talk to and take time to answer my questions. They deliver exceptional services with the friendliest and most kind demeanor. No matter who shows at our doorstep from TLC, they are all of great caliber. Thanks to all of you that have helped with our various projects, especially Kevin and Danny (who are filled with a wealth of knowledge and exceptional skills to manage our plumbing obstacles) with this last visit ... and Ruth Ann with scheduling. TLC is forever in our contact list!

I would highly recommend TLC Plumbing to anyone in the San Diego area! I had a leaking Insta-Hot faucet on my kitchen sink, and TLC was able to send a guy out to my home within just a few hours. Kevin came to our home and fixed it right up, and was very polite! Thank you for providing exceptional customer service!

Fast response times. Great service, didn't oversell us on anything. Explained better than any plumber we've had out before. They're not afraid to teach you and let you watch what they're doing either!

We had a slab leak and called TLC to come out and give us an estimate on how much it would cost to reroute our plumbing through the ceiling. When my husband called them they originally told us they could start the work right away. We ended up having to wait 3 days before they came back to start working. While they were working they kept trying to up sell everything they could. A new something here, a new something there. They then made multiple unnecessary cuts(that they do not repair) in my ceiling. They also left splatters of liquid metal all over my wall. In the end the price was 300$ more than what they originally quoted. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Was able to place an appointment after regular business hours with Kevin. David and Danny called within the window of time I was quoted by Kevin, and arrived at our residence a brief time thereafter. They confirmed the main issue (water pressure regulator wasn't working) replaced the faulty part and fixed a problem toilet. They took the time to explain the issues and fixes, which I appreciated, and the pricing was reasonable. (I had received a quote the previous day from another plumber for an amount that David and Danny were not aware of - TLC's price was less) In speaking with the two of them, they have both been with the firm for many years, and both are second generation plumbers. Guess its in the blood, and it shows! I know not everyone may have a perfect experience every time, but for my part, they provided good service, on time, when promised, and for a fair price. It was clear to me they know what they are doing, and were professional and informative throughout the process. I have no hesitation recommending their services to anyone who may need them.

Danny came out to my house first thing this morning to replace the worn moen cartridges in my faucets. He arrived on time, was pleasant, professional and did a great job! He completed everything quickly, reviewed his work with me and answered all of my questions. The bill was as quoted earlier this morning. I appreciate all of the people at TLC and highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks!
