Our basement got flooded and water company gave this business the job to fix pipes. It refused to do the job and made us go without water for days. Don't hire if you have a real problem.

Came in 2hrs they snaked a drain in shower there was a clog in the line took them 20min to snake . Charge was $681 . I feel I was robbed it was way too much and I had to have it done as I was out of town and wife and daughter were home unable to shower . Pure robbery, center valley PA . Found out when wife asked the cost they said they will let us know when plumber gets there . She was set up to be robbed . Owner can call me and has said manager will call 5 days still no call waiting ....

My daughter and her husband recently purchased their first home, 10 days after settlement they realized that none of the drains in their home were draining properly, they also found the toilet in the main bath to be leaking. We called several plumbers, all of whom let us know that the problem was much bigger than any of us realized. The plumbing issues were with the main line of the home, it was likely that the whole front of the house would need to be excavated. Panicking, we reached out to TLC for an estimate. They quickly put us at ease, explaining their pipe-bursting process, answering any questions that we had patiently, and best of all assuring us that they would not have to excavate the front of the home.

This is just the beginning of the story. This team went above and beyond the call of duty! The ran into problem after problem and what was supposed to be a one day job, turned into over a week. Every day they were met with a new problem, and they handled each issue professionally and expertly. When they were finally ready to perform the pipe burst, they ran into yet another problem with cement in the line, the team looked just about as defeated as we did, as they knew that it was more than likely that they would have to dig up the front of the home to access the blockage. They told us that they would try their hardest to avoid this and came back the next day more determined than ever, which resulted in success!

I cannot stress enough how dedicated this company is to their customers, they should be commended for outstanding customer service, as well as a dedication to their profession. TLC totally saved the day, I will recommend them each and every chance I get.

We had a clog in our downstairs bathroom and they came out to fix it same day. We ended up having some additional issues and they came back to fix it within the hour without additional charge. Fee was reasonable as well. Friendly people - had a very good experience.

Today was literally a crappy day when we discovered our sewage drain was completely clogged and broken, which also caused a massive leak in our garage. Tried to arrange an appointment with them twice. They cancelled both times last minute when I had arranged for a friend of mine to leave his worksite to meet them at my house because I was out of town. They never reached back out to me after the second time to reschedule. I figured my business wasn't that important to them. Too bad, they looked like a good outfit on their site.

I had an emergency sewage problem and TLC had a man at my house on Saturday night with a camera to see what the problem was. TLC found out that it was my sewage pipe and it was broke right outside of my house. They did the paperwork for the insurance company quickly. The insurance approved the work to be done on Monday and my job was started at 8:30 am Tuesday Morning. I am so happy that I went through them. They made what could have been a very stressful situation so very hassle free for me. I rate them a 10+. They were great and I will definitely refer them to family and friends.

Contacted this company after a horrible sewer line cleaning experience with Horizon services. They were honest, straight forward, and priced reasonably.

They cleaned my line with their hydro service and I haven't had a backup in about 8 months. I highly recommend them over the commercial companies like roto-rooters or horizon.

Contacted TLC for a drain issue, sent someone out promptly. The issue was bigger than he could handle, stated he would return the next day. No show. I contacted their office, they made three different dates to appear. No show each time. Called them to express my displeasure. If you don't want to do the work, it's unfair to string me along for three weeks.
