Very friendly and responsive. Have Old mix it type shower control that inner knob just spun without any water coming out. Set appointment with Travis who arrived on time and was able to use the part I purchased with no issues. Cost was very reasonable considering a previous quote from another ""reputable"" company for $1150!!!

I came out to the garage to go to work yesterday morning and thought ""mmm it's raining"". Then it sunk in that it was raining INSIDE the garage. So surreal. Water dripping and streaming from the garage ceiling and down the walls. We shut off our water main but it didn't help. Called TK Plumbing and Travis said what's your address, I'll be right there.

Travis and Neil rolled up and got right to work cutting into the garage ceiling to find the source. Meanwhile we contacted our HOA, tried to contact the neighbor in case it was from next door.

Fast forward- it was our neighbor's toilet that was running all night on the floor above the garages. They call it ""Soft Stoppage"" - what a cute name for something not awesome.

Travis got us in touch with a restoration company that would work with our insurance. We still have a ways to go but having Travis and Neil come immediately and take charge was a huge relief. I'm really grateful foe these guys.

I had a broken water main in the front yard, and Neil came out within the hour to check it out. He gave me great advice free of charge, and came back out to fix it as soon as I was able to locate the leak. I'll definitely call TK Plumbing next time I need a plumber.

Just be careful.

We just purchased a house and needed to get the washer and dryer hook ups reworked just enough to get us by until we started the renovation. I explained that to Travis and suggested several simple options. He explained those options were not the best options and we really needed a hook up box installed and the gas line run to the other side of the cubby. Being new to California and seeing his his Yelp ratings - I didn't question his reasoning.

At the end - he did exactly what I had recommended to begin with. I am not exaggerating the following numbers. He provided us $40 worth of material and maybe 1 - 1/2 man hours of work and charged us $1,003. When I questioned him about this (I too am a contractor - commercial electrical contractor), he tried to justify it by saying its expensive to run a company here in CA. I understand that - but charging someone $500+ an hour for the simplest of plumbing jobs is wrong and deceitful. I say deceitful because he knew exactly what he was doing.

It was a bad decision on my part and it was a very bad decision on his part because we have a 2400 sq foot build coming up.

Just be careful - he's very good at talking / selling to you.

This summer I completely remodeled my kitchen. The ONLY contractor I would hire again is Travis. He is responsive, communicates well and gives his prices upfront. He is an honest, hard working guy and I will always call him for my plumbing needs.

I had a leak under my sink/garbage disposal. After waiting on another company for two days, I called TK Plumbing for help. Travis was able to work us into his day and actually got the repairs finished within two hours of my call. He was thorough, clean, and friendly. We will be using TK for our future needs.
