Travis came and repaired the work from another Yelp company's subcontracted plumber (PS: that Yelp company happens to have a 5 star rating with over 125 reviews). The 'other plumber' had an unlicensed person do the piping and installed Pex instead of copper without me knowing. Needless to say, once the cast iron tub went in the measurements were off and I was disappointed.

In comes Travis. Accessible by phone. Great availability!! He is super friendly. Respectful (being female and leading the renovations on my place, I have had plenty of people try to take advantage of me bc they think I don't know what I'm talking about). And, pricing...I was concerned this was too good to be true bc his price was unbeatable.

Travis gave me further education on Pex. Explained his preference for copper, which reassured me that I knew I wanted copper. Moved that heavy cast iron tub - BY HIMSELF. Triple checked for any potential for leaks. And was on schedule. I can report no leaks and great pressure at least half a year later.

We ended up using him again to do an ASAP fix of our water regulator and water heater pipe. Again, this was done with great quality and customer service.

Save yourself headaches, time, and money and go with Travis. I look forward to using him again when we get to the kitchen and powder room. As first time homeowners, I'm very grateful we found our go to plumber.

Travis did some work for me a few years ago (water heater and 2 new toilets), and the results were outstanding. So when I needed a new control-flow valve installed in a shower, I called him to see if he would trek down to Mission Hills for the job. I was pleased that he was available, and once more I could not be more pleased with the outcome. He and his assistant were prompt, efficient, and professional. They worked quickly, cleaned up properly, and were on their way in short order.

Travis was very professional. I got his number from my neighbor and he did a great job replacing the hot water heater. Showed up on time, did a great job communicating via text, did little things like sweeping the area before putting in the new unit and also brought a piece of carpet to work off of to keep from scratching the wood floor. Everything was done up to code. What more can you ask for?

In the past 6 months I've had a Kitchen and Bath renovation and was referred to TK Plumbing by my contractor. Travis was very responsive to what was needed at each stage of the renovation. He replaced the whole house shut off valve, re-routed the bathroom pipes to accommodate the vanity, installed a new water line for the refrigerator, as well as installing the dishwasher, garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. All the work was done quickly, with great quality. He believes in doing the job right so you will not have costly repairs down the road.

Last night, I noticed my 18 year old hot water heater was leaking - (Travis warned me it would need to be replaced when he saw it while doing the reno work!) I called him this morning and he was there within the hour to access the job and gave me a fair bid to replace the heater, along with new pipes, valves and drip pan. Once again, the work was done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Travis does quality work and has great customer service...Thank you!!!
