Called at 4:00pm in the afternoon and spoke to a lovely lady dispatcher who informed me that she could have someone out TODAY after 5:30pm, with NO EMERGENCY bill included because we called before 5pm. At 5:15 p.m., Joe pulled up to our house. Joe was awesome, knowledgeable and considerate. He fixed our issue outside promptly and effectively and then gave us great advice on some other issues that it has caused inside the house. I tested Joe (although he did not know LOL) and he 100% passed the honesty test! I am retired law enforcement and my trust in companies is low! I totally stand behind Joe AND TitanZ Plumbing for any of your issues with typical North Port/Port Charlotte Well Water issues. Thank you Titanz! I will use you from now on!

Titanz sent Michael to help us with a new hose Bibb (spicket to me). We had a splitter coming off the outdoor faucet going to a pool autofill and a drip line to trees. The spicket was in bad shape and everything leaked coming off it no matter what. Rather than JUST replace what I had, he ran a dedicated water line to the autofill with a separate shut off valve for that. Then he has a spicket separate which I can now have the timer drip line and even a hose hooked to it if need be! Above and beyond what I would have wanted or thought of! Thank you Titanz! Excellent service and assistance.

Didn't do as they said they would!! Said they replaced a pipe on my garbage disposal with a new one but didn't. Didn't install the pipe the first time right. Came out the second time because it was leaking. Tighten it up the second time. Still leaked. Came out the third time. Tech said he replaced it with a new pipe. But didn't I stood there and watched him and that didn't happen. Charged me $155.00 dollars. Called office gave me the quality control manager and I told him the problem. He promised to call me right back and didn't. No call very unprofessional. Wouldn't ever use this company again!!! There history!!!

Service was fine but pricing is ludicrous. Plumber fixed toilet which wasn't flushing properly. Cost$300. Expensive but OK. Then I asked him to check my shower head because pressure was poor. He unscrews the head and takes out little plastic water saving device. Job takes less than 5 minutes. Cost $95. Ridiculous. It should have been complimentary. So it cost $390 to fix an improperly flushing toilet. I do NOT recommend this company although I have used them in the past with no problems.

I needed help with clogged showers (2) at my AirBnB. It was after hours but they sent someone out that night, and was done by 8PM. Renters said he was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and did a great job! Hard to find that kind of service in our world lately. I'm extremely grateful and will def recommend and will be my go-to plumber from here on out!

Our disposal went nuts 2 evenings ago and water was everywhere pipes leaking under the sink onto the floor. It was awful. Next morning early I called a plumber we had used for years who couldn't help us for a week!! Then I called TitanZ, who responded immediately the same day! Now that is service. They fixed everything and even replaced my built in trash can and a drawer under the sink. Ben, Ken Sr, & Dennis were all wonderful! Price was reasonable. I will be using them from now on. Goodbye to the plumbing company with whom we had spent probably thousands over the years but who could not help us in an emergency. TITANZ 941-875-9669

Our Father had an appointment with them and they promised to be there between 8-11 and would call. Never showed up. Then rescheduled and never called to let us know they were on way as they promised. They need better planning!!!

Had Titanz Plumbing and Air Conditioning out to change my 2 Air Conditioning units and relocate my Air handler. I've used them before and highly recommend them!
