Service was fine but pricing is ludicrous. Plumber fixed toilet which wasn't flushing properly. Cost$300. Expensive but OK. Then I asked him to check my shower head because pressure was poor. He unscrews the head and takes out little plastic water saving device. Job takes less than 5 minutes. Cost $95. Ridiculous. It should have been complimentary. So it cost $390 to fix an improperly flushing toilet. I do NOT recommend this company although I have used them in the past with no problems.

Beware I Beg You. I had a terrible experience with this company. They are VERY EXPENSIVE and The owner of the company will record every call with you against your knowledge according to Under Fla. Stat. 934.03. They also looked up my work history and an employee used verbally aggressive language on the phone. This company has harassed me and demeaned me as a customer that has paid over $2000 in Less then a year. I Purchased services from this company three times. They stated all prices are upfront and they changed there prices on me. They upcharged me an additional $100 after stating they had the wrong tools. They also came to my house and didn't diagnose a leak and charge me $500 extra for ruining my homes foundation and doing sub par work. Please use a mom and pop family owned company. This company is exploiting and defrauding there customers. Don't buy the slogan on there trucks. They have no integrity. I have emails from the owner and Staff ridiculing me as a hard working person and paying customer.

Service requested: replace electric water heater (recent as of June 2024). Titanz sent someone very quickly, so no issues there. It was the price that concerned me for a 6 year warranty water heater (the lowest, cheapest water heater) installed. I would have possibly negotiated for a better water heater, but the initial quote from Titanz really put me off. Well above market price, including all the permits required. Install won't happen for a couple of days. I get scheduling, so not too bad of hit. I've since installed the top of the line 12 year water heater (because I'm a nerd). The tech should have known I knew what I was doing (see nerd reference) since I've replaced both heater elements, both thermostats and the anode rod. I see the leak at the weld point of the top element (nerd with magnifying glasses). I've done my research and have maintained and installed water heaters in the past. I don't mind supporting local business, but dang guys: know your audience.

I had a plumbing disaster. When my washer drained it flooded the kitchen floor. I called Titanz since they had good reviews. I'm new to Florida and didn't know any plumbers. Ken and Trevor came out early Thursday morning 1/31/19 and I described my problem. They augured out the drains but the problem still persisted, although they did remove a clog in the bathroom sewer line. The found a break in the kitchen sewer line, under the slab and gave me the option to by pass the sewer line, rather than jackhammer the kitchen floor. They came back out after the permit was pulled, only a day later, and capped off the old line and re routed my sewer line. They connected to the line in the front yard. They had to jack hammer the driveway but did an excellent job on the concrete repair, even though that is not their specialty. Hats off to Ken, Trevor and Caleb for being so professional and friendly and doing such an excellent job.

Poor excuse for an exclusive recommended plumbing installer for LOWES. Not dependable, not on time, as promised. Oh and totally didn't show up for and emergency hot water install. Stay away from these guys. What a joke.

Didn't do as they said they would!! Said they replaced a pipe on my garbage disposal with a new one but didn't. Didn't install the pipe the first time right. Came out the second time because it was leaking. Tighten it up the second time. Still leaked. Came out the third time. Tech said he replaced it with a new pipe. But didn't I stood there and watched him and that didn't happen. Charged me $155.00 dollars. Called office gave me the quality control manager and I told him the problem. He promised to call me right back and didn't. No call very unprofessional. Wouldn't ever use this company again!!! There history!!!

Titanz IS a top notch company from the initial contact to my completed job. First off I would highly recommend Titanz for any plumbing or air conditioning issues. To start with. Julie is an amazingly friendly asset to Titanz! I can honestly say I've never had such a cordial interaction with anyone like Julie. Very thorough and an amazing listener. She even did some of my telephone work with both Lowes as well as a competitor that I had previously used on a warranty issue.. Julie is worth every penny she is paid and then some! Next I can't say enough awesome things about technicians Chuck and Joe. These young men are totally focused on the job at hand, but are also very easy to communicate with. Great personalites that are enjoyable to be around. These two clearly know what they are doing, and I have total confidence in this team. I wouldn't hesitate calling Titanz again for any other issues that arise. Chuck and Joe are truly a dynamic duo,and certainly an asset to Titanz.

Entire staff is professional, polite and most importantly, TRUST WORTHY. I was given a more than reasonable price for a large job at my house. (My plumber friend from Miami was very impressed with the price AND the quality of the work). They were on-time, they worked cleanly, and they were HONEST. Office staff is communicate and professional at every interaction. Titanz is a rare find; They are trustworthy, honest, and professional...and in this area, as a person new to town, and a single woman....let me tell you, that is something special! I couldn't recommend them more!
