I needed help with clogged showers (2) at my AirBnB. It was after hours but they sent someone out that night, and was done by 8PM. Renters said he was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and did a great job! Hard to find that kind of service in our world lately. I'm extremely grateful and will def recommend and will be my go-to plumber from here on out!

Our disposal went nuts 2 evenings ago and water was everywhere pipes leaking under the sink onto the floor. It was awful. Next morning early I called a plumber we had used for years who couldn't help us for a week!! Then I called TitanZ, who responded immediately the same day! Now that is service. They fixed everything and even replaced my built in trash can and a drawer under the sink. Ben, Ken Sr, & Dennis were all wonderful! Price was reasonable. I will be using them from now on. Our Father had an appointment with them and they promised to be there between 8-11 and would call. Never showed up. Then rescheduled and never called to let us know they were on way as they promised. They need better planning!!!

Titanz IS a top notch company from the initial contact to my completed job. First off I would highly recommend Titanz for any plumbing or air conditioning issues. To start with. Julie is an amazingly friendly asset to Titanz! I can honestly say I've never had such a cordial interaction with anyone like Julie. Very thorough and an amazing listener. She even did some of my telephone work with both Lowes as well as a competitor that I had previously used on a warranty issue.. Julie is worth every penny she is paid and then some! Next I can't say enough awesome things about technicians Chuck and Joe. These young men are totally focused on the job at hand, but are also very easy to communicate with. Great personalites that are enjoyable to be around. These two clearly know what they are doing, and I have total confidence in this team. I wouldn't hesitate calling Titanz again for any other issues that arise. Chuck and Joe are truly a dynamic duo,and certainly an asset to Titanz.

My daughter is a new homeowner and she was having her roof replaced. When roofer caused a hole in the ac lines she called me in a panic because it was getting hot in her house. I live in Washington State so I was desperate to help her from afar. I found these guys online and based on their reviews had her call for emergency repair. They came right out, throughly explained what the issue was, helped her explain it to the roofer (done so well they ultimately paid for the fix) and got her system back up and running quickly. As a mother living almost 2k miles away from my daughter I'm very thankful for their prompt and respectful service.

Beware I Beg You. I had a terrible experience with this company. They are VERY EXPENSIVE and The owner of the company will record every call with you against your knowledge according to Under Fla. Stat. 934.03. They also looked up my work history and an employee used verbally aggressive language on the phone. This company has harassed me and demeaned me as a customer that has paid over $2000 in Less then a year. I Purchased services from this company three times. They stated all prices are upfront and they changed there prices on me. They upcharged me an additional $100 after stating they had the wrong tools. They also came to my house and didn't diagnose a leak and charge me $500 extra for ruining my homes foundation and doing sub par work. Please use a mom and pop family owned company. This company is exploiting and defrauding there customers. Don't buy the slogan on there trucks. They have no integrity. I have emails from the owner and Staff ridiculing me as a hard working person and paying customer.

I called after purchasing a new house, to address a number of issues. Titanz Plumbing responded promptly my email request for estimates for various projects. Trevor, our plumber, was amazing and went that extra step to explain the issues, options and answer any questions I had. Prompt, professional and friendly, he examined my water heater, provided us with a number of different options. Once a plan was agreed upon, Trevor worked all afternoon and replaced our water heater with one with a lifetime warranty!
