Our house had a problem with the main sewer line and needed to be replaced. I called Titan Brother's Plumbing, and they were able to assess the problem quickly. Once agreed they started to work and in two days, they had everything working back to normal. There were four employees working to prepare the sewage line. Talk about team work. I was very impressed by the 4 employees. I have a experience in plumbing but do not have the equipment or the time to fix the issue myself and these employees had plumbing experience and worked diligently to get the problem fixed. They had a great attitude and were very responsible with their work. I would definitely call them again if needed and I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to get the job done correctly.

Yesterday a team from Titan Brother's Plumbing came out to repair our showers that were either coming out all ""hot"" or all ""cold"". They had to spend most of the day between analyzing the problem and obtaining the parts but they were successful, friendly, clean and thorough. They kept us abreast of the expense as they came across new issues that had to be addressed. We would highly recommend them for great service.

We have had this high-pitched squealing sound from our kitchen faucet. Sounded like someone in excruciating pain. Had a feeling tge faucet needed to be replaced again. Since we haven had such a super response from Titan Bros, that's who was called to hopefully resolve the problem. We did request Carlos P, as he has been here several times in the past couple of years. Indeed, we did need new faucet. Carlos was fantastic at installing the faucet, explaining each step, maintained a clean, neat work area at the start & completion of the job. Any future plumbing issues will be with Titan & we definitely will request Carlos!

Called to see about getting a quote... The lack of enthusiasm from the girl answering phones is a huge bummer. As I was describing our issue, she rudely interrupted me to say that they do not do commercial buildings...and when I said... ""Okay... thank you?"" she said nothing else... they must not be in need of referrals or business at all based on her attitude towards potential clients... Hope all you residential clients read this. Good luck with the customer service aspect of this business.

Titan Brother's has been fantastic. The office is very fast and attentive with everything from scheduling to estimates. Johnny came to our house for our inspection (we just bought our first home!) and we were lucky enough to get him again to come fix some issues with leaking in our bar sink and shower. He also helped us with our garbage disposal.

As new homeowners it was important to us to find a plumber that we could trust and rely on. Johnny's our guy!
