The Titan office at 8am, and the young lady that answered was extremely pleasant and professional. She said the technicians would be at my home between 12 and 1pm the same day. That's quick in todays world and was pleased by that. At 1255 Giovanni and
Chava arrived right on time. I explained
the issue and they started immediately.
They fixed the problem without any issue

Scheduled and appointment for serious sewer replacement and took the day off. After co firming my appointment nobody bothered to call or show up and just tell me sorry when I call after they were supposed to be here. Horrible company with aweful service.

My kitchen sink was leaking. I was looking for a plumber stumbled upon this company they provided a free estimate to come look at the issue. I ended up just going with them because I thought the price was reasonable $400 for parts and labor to fix the disposal and pipes. Manny and mickey came by and took there time to explain what was going on and fix the issue. The service was great!

Carlos is a lifesaver!!! Our water pressure regulator went out and every time water was running in our house it sounded like the walls were humming, singing, and wailing. He fixed it and even scheduled a follow-up to make sure it was all good. Highly recommend!!!

They do not honor their coupons. Beware of when you sign the plumbers cell phone that you can read the invoice first. The plumbers are commission paid and charge you by the neighborhood you live in. I was quoted $375 for a camera inspection that I agreed to and when I asked for the senior discount the plumber said it was already included which made me suspicious.
Then I called the office and asked how much it cost's for a camera inspection and was told $175. when I questioned the invoice for $375.00 the plumber had written ""for camera and time"". SENIORS BEWARE. Like the other bad reviews on yelp about not honoring their own coupons it's true plus the plumbers over charge so they get paid more.

Our Bathroom toilet backed up and the drained needed to cleared. I called Titan Brothers Plumbing and got a next day appointment. Moises and his son responded the next morning. They were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They cleared the drained and explained some potential problems I might experience in the future due to the condition of the cast iron sewer pipe. These two guys knew their trade and were extremely courteous and helpful with their advice. Great. customer service! I would definitely use Titan Brothers again!
