Our water heater broke and Titans brother came out the next day and despite it being a holiday weekend were able to get me up back and running in a few hours. Manny our service guy was upfront and very professional. Made me very comfortable with the work and even came back Monday to check on the work. I appreciate the hard work. I am not goiNg to lie the prices are a bit high but overall I am satisfied with the work.

Our laundry and kitchen sink drain line slowly clogged up until it just stopped draining. Good thing I came across a mailer and saw their ad. I checked Yelp and read some reviews before calling. I had 5 choices, but I chose this company because of its Yelp review (aside from their low service costs).
Well, I wasn't disappointed and I am now writing this review to help other customers too.
Johnny arrived on time, super friendly, and explained the process. In no time, our drain was flowing great. Before he left, he even explained and left maintenance tips. How cool was that?

Waste was coming through our bathtubs due to sewer stoppage. Titan Brothers came out and took care of our problem. They were very thorough. Our house is big so it took awhile for them to find the source of the problem. My biggest kudos is that they came out the same day, and finished it even though nightfall came. Awesome service, awesome guys!!! And the price was reasonable. Carlos was friendly, polite, and assured me that it will be alright. And they did!!! This is our third time with Titan Brother's and they don't disappoint.

Wow! A great experience with this company. Justin arrived at precisely the scheduled time. I explained I had just had drain outlet for kitchen sink done 3 weeks ago and already it wasn't draining right. He checked out the outlet and thoroughly cleaned old black gunk out. He also took time to explain what had happened and may happen again in future. But this time I got a 30 day warranty. So if it rebuilds quickly, we'll go to next deeper step. On Friday1/10/20 our drains were clogged. My husband and I immediately searched for a plumber and called Titan Brother's Plumbing. The lady who answered was courteous and professional and said she could have a plumber out by Monday. I told her that we needed a plumber that same evening and she was able to send someone out within an hour that same night. The two plumbers that arrived were Aaron and Jason. They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to solve the problem and came back the next morning and installed the trenchless pipe bursting method. They worked all day both of them along with their team members and were able to complete the job that evening! They cleaned up everything and left it clean. Aaron, Jason and the other team members of Titan Brothers are outstanding, professional and courteous and both times they arrived on time! If you are in need of a plumber, please call Titan Brothers. You will not be disappointed at all! Thank you Aaron and Jason! You guys are the best!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and promptness from Carlos. He showed up on time for both occasions I called him out to change out shutoff valves + garbage disposal. He was a super nice and trustworthy guy and was clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. He had to battle running water while working which made things tough but he was able to complete the repair. Overall very happy With Carlos, I really appreciate his honesty, walking me through everything he was doing. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is it cost me some coin but I'm happy I didn't go with cut rate guys who provide cut rate service and craftsmanship. Plumbing is not something you want to short change.

I checked several highly rated plumbers on Yelp! to flush a 75 gal. water heater. Titan was the first to reply with an online quote (within 10 mins. or so) and gave me an excellent flat rate quote while others quoted double the price for the exact same service. My technician was Giovanni, who was right on time, respectful/professional and answered all of my questions. They also accept credit cards which are processed through the tech's phone so it's all electronic. Very happy and will definitely call Titan next time I need a plumber!
