Quick response, showed up within an hour and tried every step necessary to fix the problem. I found Titan Bros because of an ad in the Daily News offering a great price for a new garbage disposal, which I thought I needed. I also had a few other plumbing concerns - slow drain, long toilet refill time - so I called. They were great to work with. Their phone was answered quickly and I was able to schedule a time that worked for me. They called and said that they could come even earlier if I wanted and were right on time in a professional truck that was well-stocked with parts. Turns out the garbage disposal did not need replaced afterall - they fixed it for me and that saved me lots of $$ and I really appreciated their honesty since they could have replaced it and charged me and I wouldn't have know the difference. They fixed my bathroom issues and left no mess. They were polite and friendly and I was surprised by the reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

I feel like we finally found a plumber we can trust! I received a coupon in the mail, and got a great price on clearing out the drain to the sink in our bathroom. The quote from the other company just to clear that drain was in the hundreds! I was losing trust in the plumbing ""industrial complex"" by the time Titan Brother's got here. Titan did it for a fraction, so of course, we are very happy.

Their plumber, Carlos, was informative, explained everything, and detailed oriented. Carlos even taught me about what he was doing and future steps I can take in the future. We exchanged stories, and most importantly, he seems like a great guy. Would easily recommend Titan Brother's and will be calling them next time.

We woke up Sunday morning to a flooded garage emergency. I called Titan Bros and they were able to send someone quickly. Kyle showed up and realized our old water heater tank failed and needed to be replaced. He gave us options and went right to work, and within a few hours we had a brand new tank and hot water working again. Kyle also did a great job of cleaning up and explaining everything.
