We live in Littleton. We used the Tipping Hat Coupon in the VALUE PAK we received. Thought for sure it would be a GOOD company since it was in the VALU PAK. Person came out for a quote and told us what was needed (or so we thought), and it would only take 1 day to install the NEW AC unit and the NEW Heater unit. Well, they didn't finish on Friday as they said, and didn't work on Saturday or Sunday, so came back Tuesday to finish the job. Didn't know bringing up to CODE would put so many holes in my house. Holes they didn't patch up themselves. I had to vacuum all the attic insulation that fell on my carpet as well. Well, Saturday morning we woke up with a huge puddle of water downstairs. Called and someone came out around 2pm that day and told us to ""put a container on the end of hose so it could drain into that"". I was not happy. They finished the job Tuesday, but again had holes and mess on carpet that they had NO intentions of cleaning up or patching. For $22,000 I expected better treatment from a company. WE had to call twice to get our 1 year supply of filters. We never got a survey to do for this work and now I know why. I DO NOT recommend this company for any AC or Heater work. I have warned all our neighbors not to use them. Still haven't rec'd information on the supposed energy rebate.

Beware....Requested valve replacement for leaking shower. Came late on Friday, installed new valve, and it leaked more than before (2 gallons every 4 hours) for the entire weekend. Monday came out and said they had to remove drywall in order to place new fitting on pipe. Ended up paying $2500.00 for that and a new shower head, and still need drywall repair. They also quoted us over $9,000.00 for a new water heater, when research online shows this should cost $1500-$3,000. They are very overpriced. Recommend using another company.

As usual, they responded to our call same day. Our back yard hose bib was hard to operate, and difficult to use with our swamp cooler connection on the same faucet. Wayne came on time, looked it over, suggested a good way to remedy the problem. With a trip to purchase parts, he had the re-work done in less than 2 hours. Recommend these folks ! 5 star professionals!
This is our fourth visit from them, all equally great!

Called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for today 6/12 for 10am-12pm window. Noon comes around, no call, no text, no show. Apparently they cancelled our appointment but ""forgot"" to call and let us know. Would not recommend

Tipping hat just installed a new AC and furnace at our house after the old AC failed. We called them on Wednesday and everything was complete by EOD Thursday.

It wasn't cheap, but we weren't expecting it to be. Billy and his crew did a great job, and most importantly everyone was super nice. The electrician that did the job went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work.

I would absolutely recommend Tipping Hat to someone that needs an HVAC install.

They got it right, it took three visits, but they delivered! I left an unfavorable review previously after two technicians tried unsuccessfully to solve a problem we were having with our 7 y/o Rheem high efficiency furnace (error codes were occurring indicating a variety of issues.) The first tech replaced the control board (under warranty), the second tech was clueless and tried to convince me it was a lack of return air issue because he had no idea what he was doing other than trying to sell me unnecessary services. I engaged with Marissa, a service manager and she and the first tech (Caden, a solid, capable technician) and Rheem service techs (Leo and Matt). Together, they determined a second control board replacement was needed and they also suggested switching out our Ecobee stat for a Rheem brand communicating thermostat. Problem is apparently solved, no more codes. Tipping hat, Marissa, Caden, you excelled! Thank you!

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Wayne and Mark. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We called yesterday for an appointment and Wayne came promptly at the agreed upon time. He quickly performed an evaluation of our problem and also evaluated our water pressure issue. Turns out, he probably saved us from a disaster! He and his partner Mark resolved our problems with professionalism and knowledge. We will be using Tipping Hat for all of our plumbing and air-conditioning needs from now on.

This place just gave me the most overpriced and ridiculous quote on the smallest amount of electric work. Never call this company unless you are lazy and money is no object for you!! My lord they must have a lunatic in charge over there.

Too much upselling. It started once they started working the issue. I told the techs what I thought the issue was and they didn't listen. They didn't have the right adapter on the truck to perform the task. Ended up solving the problem on my own. Price was fair for the time spent even though the issue wasn't fixed.
