The morning of our pizza party, we had an absolute EMERGENCY when we realized that our gas pizza oven was improperly installed by some amateur we independently hired to install it. It was burning 300° lower than it needed to be at and we thought we would have to cancel our party (which was a going away party so would've been quite sad).

We called Tip Top and within less than an hour Cesar arrived to save the day. Cesar was so helpful - he even called the clown who incorrectly installed the oven to gain valuable intel on what was going on. We spoke to David as well who was as much a pleasure to talk to as he was informative.

At the end of our 30 or so minutes, Cesar completely fixed the pizza oven and together with David helped us figure out our missing parts to order for our next appointment. We were able to have our pizza party at last! We told them (and meant it!) that we'll only ever hire Tip Top for our plumbing / gas needs because you truly can't beat the amazing customer service and A-level work that they do.

If I had the option to give no stars I would . Literally the worst plumbing company I've encountered with. The come as the please . They don't tell you when there come . Sloppy workers that don't pick up any of the there mess they make . They all say different things of what needs to be done on the house . They damaged my floor in the bathroom and blamed it that it was like that even though I put the floor in a week before they came . The manager willie is very hard to get ahold of until you keep bothering . The ran up my electricity bill because they don't provide there own power generator . They made a muddy mess in my bathroom said they sanitize it barley cleaned anything stuck mud on my floors and bathtub . Would not recommend! To a job that was suppose to take a week became a month and still on going with no update . They dug up my front yard left chunks of what seems to be concrete and said the job was done on my house now there just working on the street part . Now I'm left with my grass dug up in my front yard with concrete pieces with my grass now dead and ruined . Once they get paid they work when they want to at there own time . Please save your self and go else where then to deal with this mess and stress. Plus took my this long to even learn the owners name because the manager willie didn't want to give it to me after I asked multiple times

After calling Thursday afternoon for an appointment to detect an outside water leak they were there the next morning. The leak was found within a half an hour (I live on almost half an acre), and because it was a simple repair they said it was part of their free estimate! I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

We had a gas leak somewhere under our 20' wide, 100' long driveway, which had six inches of cement with rebar in it, topped with 6"" pavers. Tip Top was able to locate the exact location of the leak, remove only fifteen pavers and dig down five feet into the dirt to replace the damaged gas pipe in the middle of the driveway. They were meticulous during the entire process. They then refilled the hole and compacted the dirt so that we could patch the concrete and replace the pavers back into position. There was zero dirt or debris left and, of course, their repair passed inspection. The entire process took TWO DAYS. We're back in our house and I couldn't be happier with Tip Top's service. I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with three of my toilets about a month ago, and called Tip Top Drain Pros. Joe Assad and his team came over promptly, installed new angle stops and water intake lines, and replaced one toilet that was very old with a newer model. The work was done promptly and courteously. Last week I had an issue with my fourth toilet, requiring a new flapper and water intake valve. I did the flapper install myself, but when it came to removing the old valve it was so old it had fused to the intake line preventing removal. Again I called Tip Top and Izaiah Montoya came out, severed the intake line, and replaced the valve with the one I had on hand. He also switched out the angle stop for a newer model. Again, the work was done promptly, courteously and everything is working again. In addition, the price paid was reasonable for the number of hours required to do both jobs.
Kudos go out to both Joe and Izaiah for doing such good work. I can recommend Tip Top Drain Pros without reservation for any plumbing needs.

We needed our kitchen faucet installed as well as our water pressure changed in all bathrooms at work. Ceasar came the same day and fixed it all so fast!!! He actually explained what he was doing and was so helpful. Would definitely hire again.

When my 2 year-old EcoWater water softener (from Costco, no less) decided to release resin into my entire water supply, clogging up nearly everything and reducing my water pressure to a trickle, I called around to at least 3-4 plumbers and they all couldn't be bothered to even stop by for several days. Not Tip Top though! Miranda kindly dispatched Mike after a quick call in the early afternoon and I immediately received courtesy updates via text and calls from Mike while he was en route. He immediately helped address the issue upon arrival and did what he could to help breathe new life into the fixtures right away, including having a hot shower! Constant communication along with honest, dependable service and being a ""first-responder"" is what matters most and Mike, Miranda, and Tip Top delivered.

We had an issue with our plumbing backing up. First American home warranty sent a company that gave us false information. I found Tip Top on the internet and am so glad I did. Had to have a pretty big job done and these guys made a hard situation better. A big thank you to Cesar and the crew. He was very professional and was able to show us the problem with a detailed inspection. The whole crew was extremely polite and hard working. We sincerely appreciate all the hard work and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Thank you also Mike and Willie for all the help and hard work. They made sure all our questions were answered and gave great customer service. Best of all, our plumbing is back in tip top shape. Thank you!
