The angle stops for three of my sinks weren't working and I had a leaky faucet on top of that. Mike Gomez did a great job fixing the issues plus he took a look at a water intrusion issue between my unit and a downstairs neighbor. The work was completed quickly and my plumbing is now back to normal.

Tip top got back to me promptly later on a holiday weekend and was able to set up a time for a plumber to come out first thing the next morning. He (I'm blanking on his name and I'm so sorry because he was lovely) texted me prior to arrival with his time and showed up promptly at that time. He put bootie coverings on his shoes and came into my place, assesses what needed to be done, gave me a very fair estimate and went to work. He did the jobs I needed to be done in a timely manner and gave me recommendations for things he couldn't accomplish because I didn't have the correct hardware and assured me he would come back and install at no cost. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service and would recommend them to any friend in need of plumbing services and will most definitely be using them in the future!

i've used tip top drain pros on several occasions but this time they really went above and beyond. It was 3 AM in the morning and my house was flooded I called their emergency line and they answered the phone right away not only that but they had a technician out to me within 30 minutes! They repaired my leak at a reasonable cost and referred their awesome sister restoration company to take care of my water damage issues (limegreen water damage restoration) I highly recommend tiptop drain pros their supervisor Mike and Willie are amazing!

The stopper got stuck in the down position in my bathroom sink. I contacted the company on Saturday, and Michael and his colleague came first thing Monday morning. They looked it over, said they would provide me with an estimate, and removed the broken stopper from the sink as a courtesy while I awaited the estimate (which was a lifesaver). Very professional!

Not only were there ZERO change orders (and it looked like they underestimated the time to fix some existing slope issues), they threw in all kinds of extras, bent over backwards to please, and were a delight to work with.
