These guys are amazing. We are new home owners with a front yard sloping into our carport, making for a very muddy and puddled first rain. This company was extremely quick to initially respond, gave us a fair estimate for a new rainwater drain, and were able to be scheduled that same week for install. They also cleaned our existing drains, cleaned up the leftover mud from the rain, and graveled areas of our yard that really needed erosion control. Above and beyond customer service from Willie. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

I had called Tip Top plumbing to replace my garbage disposal and David the owner was very professional and kind over the phone. I told them what the problem was and and very nice gentleman was at my residence with in 30 min. They sent Willie out to replace my garbage disposal very quickly and fixed the problem. He was professional, neat, and kind. I will definitely refer my friends and family to tip top and continue to use them for any plumbing issues I ever have.

I had a leaking kitchen ceiling early morning and called several plumbers and no one could send a plumber until opening times but David called his technician and Willie came within 45 minutes. Willie was great in assessing the situation. He was really nice and respectful and identified the problem right away when looking under upstairs neighbor's sink. The neighbor decided to use their own plumbers so this review is not for the actual fixing of the issue but in terms of timing, efficiency, courteous and helpfulness they were great and i would call them again.

Spoke with David the owner to see how they'd accommodate us in a plumbing emergency. He tried his best to gather up any free techs and when none were available he referred me to another company that he likes and trusts. David deserves 5 stars for keeping his clients interests at heart, even if it means he won't get the business.

It's Sunday, a million degrees out, and my kitchen drain with a garbage disposal clogged and sent up a bunch of black muck. Called around but most people were closed or booked up. I gave up on the call and hung up before someone could answer but they called me back and said ""Hi, we missed your call?"" I tell them what's up, they got back to me to see if there was someone available, they texted me, I texted some photos...basically very professional, good communication, availability. Good vibes. They gave me an estimate that seemed pretty reasonable because hey, it's time and it's a real skill to do this kind of stuff. Turned out my sink sorted itself out while I was on the phone and they cancelled it right away, no problem. These dudes are basically gonna be my go-to for plumbing next time I need plumbing. It's hard not to get hassled and mansplained, especially as a woman. But these guys were a-okay!!
