What a great experience! Austin and Nathan came to my house yesterday to replace bathroom faucets and install a new sink, lines, pipes, and faucet in the laundry room. These guys are fantastic and quite possibly two of the nicest guys on the planet. They were thorough, clean, friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. Platinum's rates are fair and without any hidden fees or surprises. Austin clearly takes pride in his company and the work he and Nathan provide. I will definitely use Platinum Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

We required a plumber to resolve an issue with our dishwasher hose and Austin from platinum plumbing not only answered my call immediately he was able to schedule a call for the next day. Received a call asking if it would be okay to show up earlier than planned, greatly appreciated. Austin was able to find the issue, got a replacement hose and installed it within a couple of hours. Austin and Nathan were extremely polite, very professional and went out of their way to be careful when removing and reinstalling the dishwasher.

Like others, I strongly, strongly recommend that you do not use Waltz plumbing. Their billing practices are abnormal vs. other plumbing companies I have used. I was told one thing on the phone regarding when they would start charging me, and then in the end faced a huge bill that was not consistent with what their office told me. I was charged over $500 for a faucet replacement, and I had already bought the faucet. The repair took one hour, but I was charged for 2 hours and 45 minutes of labor, which starts from the moment you get a confirmation call, and ends at ""their estimate"" of when their staff gets back to their office. All the incentives line up for them to be inefficient to charge you as much as possible.

Technician came into our house to evaluate/ fix leaking shower/faucet with no tools. He never went to his truck to get any. The only thing that he did was write out an overpriced invoice. He was not qualified and didn't offer anything.
