I couldn't get my garden hose on the outside spigot and concluded it needed to be repaired after 2 other people couldn't get it on either. I called another plumber besides Rudi first and after 2 days had not received a return call. I contacted Rudi and someone was at my home the same afternoon. And for a bonus, he was able to connect the hose and didn't even charge me! Rudi is my plumber of choice from now on!

The sprayer in my kitchen sink started to leak - the tubing was cut and could not be repaired. I obtained the replacement part from Lowe's. I called Rudi the Plumber for installation. The phone was answered promptly and in a courteous and friendly manner. They were able to fit me in the same day which was excellent news. Norm Casparius did the work quickly, and the replacement part works fine.

Norm also took the time to briefly discuss with me some plumbing work for a near future bathroom remodel. He's down to earth and easy to talk to.

Unlike many of the other plumbing outfits in town, they returned my call when I left a message. They couldn't come out immediately for my admittedly small job (dishwasher install), but scheduled an appointment within a few days.

The guy started the project, but then found that in order to complete it I had to bring my electrical wiring up to code. He was very apologetic, but obviously it wasn't his fault. No complaints there. He left me with clear instructions to give to the electricians, and told me to call him back when that work was complete.

When called to complete the job, they were able to get the same guy back to my house within a couple days. The must be a smallish outfit, because I got bumped for a few hours because he had to go deal with a gas leak somewhere else, but they notified me of it, and frankly, that sounds more important than my dishwasher... He finished the project quickly and gave me some advice on ways to improve some plumbing issues I was having on my own.

Rates seem quite reasonable. I'll use them again.
