Wow what a awesome company to work with! I had to help the couple I work for find a A/C. After getting 5 other quotes they chose Timo's. Chris is amazing to work with his integrity, honesty, sincerity and professionalism go above and beyond! Not only did he schedule the installation as soon as possible he took a potable ac unit to help keep them comfortable in the meantime! I highly recommend this company to anyone for you A/C needs! Not to mention they had the best prices also!

Excessive cost for breaker. Nationwide average $99.00. Charge was $290 via tier system charging. The technician was fine and response time average for area, but make sure you get a clear estimate!

Thank you for responding Timo's. Without arguing particulars, I stand by the recommendation to request a clear estimate as well as a detailed invoice.

Had to have the Heat Pump replaced and ducting replaced. This is a very good company from start to finish. Called to have the unit inspected and refreshed, but found out that the condenser was going out. So they did not charge me for the first call, and sent out the sales rep. Very polite group of workers. Only took two days and they cleaned everything up. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that they were never on time. 1st day I was told they would arrive between 8 and 8:30 (even told them they could come earlier), by 9:15 no one was here, so I had to call! they arrived at 9:30. The installer told me that on the 2nd day they would be here by 8:30 and he would call and let me know they were on there way. I received the call at 9:00 saying they would be here at 9:30 - do to an unexpected meeting - they should of called before they went into the meeting. Other than that they are great.
I also expected the sales rep to call and follow up? Maybe that will happen?

A few weeks ago, late on a Saturday night, when it was 111 F degrees plus outside, our AC went out. I called several places during the night that listed ""24/4 and emergency services"" - it was getting hotter - Timo's was the only company that returned my calls. Oscar the tech was very professional and arrived at the time agreed to. He went up on our roof and checked our AC unit, told us that it was an electrical issue and stated the exact costs. In less that 30 minutes he was done - and it was amazing affordable!. Do not believe all the advertising of the other companies in the valley - Call Timo's first!

Andrew did a great job and took care of what needed to be fixed without any hassle. He was very professional and polite, working cleanly and quickly.
The technician that called to confirm my appt. (sorry I don't recall his name) listened to what I knew was the problem over the phone and Andrew confirmed and fixed it without trying to charge me for any extras (i.e. diagnostics fee). So I was very pleased that I didn't have to argue about charges and will definitely use Timo's from now on. They won my trust and respect.

Our experience with Timo's air conditioning began when our AC stopped working during summer in 115 deg heat. I called Timo's and they responded same day within a few hrs. Andrew was our tech, he was great, very knowledgeable and detail oriented, he was very patient and took time to explain what he found and what needed to be done. He determined our HVAC unit needed to be replaced. I was waiting (due to my past experience with other companies) for him leave saying something like ""Well there's nothing else I can do, you need a new unit"". Andrew, however went above and beyond, he spent over 2 hrs in our home, back and forth troubleshooting and he got our unit working that same night, he explained it was just a temporary fix. We were so happy to be able to stay the night in our home. Thank you Andrew!!

I called the company back for an estimate to replace our unit. Our care advisor was Chris, I can't say enough to compliment Chris, he is exceptional!!!!
Chris is very thorough, detail oriented, knowledgeable, patient, and is wonderful at explaining things. It was determined we needed a whole new system as well as new ductwork.

For peace of mind, my husband and I contacted two other companies for estimates.
The bar had already been set high by Timos AC and these companies did not match up. Chris is the only one who called me to see how things were going thought this whole ordeal, no one from the other companies did. Chris made us feel like we were family, very kind. It made our decision easy.

We called Chris with our decision to proceed and he came to our home to help us with the credit application. He was there the whole way through, helped us through a stressful situation.

Day of install, Chris was there with Mark and Vince. Chris walked the guys through with the plan, pointed out some problem hot spot areas, etc.
Mark and Vince were great, so fast and efficient. All problem areas fixed. Exceeded expectations. Great install job! Quality work! Very pleased, thank you guys!!!!

Oscar B was on time and neat and very professional. Confirmed what he was dispatched to do and explained how he was going to do it. Serviced system and showed me a minor potential problem and explained my options in easy to understand language. Completed a complete under the home inspection and reported everything good (SURPRISE). Totally impressed with Oscar and Timo's and the service I received. Changed one time visit to annual contract.
