My air conditioner blew three fuses in two weeks and I was getting concerned. Timo's is right here in Thousand Palms so I thought I would give them a try, especially after seeing their Yelp reviews.

So, their guy Glenn showed up pretty much when I expected him to and went over my system. Everything checked out OK but he found the connexions in the fuse box were a little loose and so he tightened them. So far I haven't had any problems.

He was knowledgeable about what he was doing, polite, and thorough. My system is about 15 years old and he did say we could save a lot of money on electricity by getting a new one. I am seriously considering that.

After doing a lot of research on different AC companies in the Coachella Valley, we selected Timo's to install a new furnace and AC unit for our condo in Palm Desert.
From the time(s) that Joey Timo (jr.) visited us to quote the system to the amount of information he provided to us on operating and capital costs of various systems, to the install and follow-up, all we can say is we wish they could install in our home in Canada too!

The installation was extremely clean and the unit that was selected and installed is so quiet (I really mean it is sooo quiet!). Our monthly electric bills have already come down when compared to our old unit.

As we don't live in Palm Desert in the summer, Joey followed up with us by email and kept us in the loop all the time. It is a pleasure to have such good communication with a contractor.

We recommended them to our property manager as she was very pleased with the installation process too. They arrived when they said they would, did what was promised and more, and were professional in every aspect of their work.

I just hung up the phone with a Tracy, who said she couldn't give me any pricing over the phone and the only way I could get pricing is for them to send someone out? She wouldn't let me speak with anyone that could, or offer to have someone that had that type of information call me back. All I wanted is the price of a service call and the price of R22 freon. How can I make a reasonable choice without any information?! If a business wants my hard earned money I need some type of customer service from the onset. Sketchy way of doing business... Stay clear.

Had summer service on our 12 year old Trane A/C. Our technician, Chris was fantastic! He made sure to show me the meter readings on the output of our fan, capacitor & the refrigerant levels. We had never had any service on our unit in the 5 years that we have owned our home. Turned out that the fan did need to be replaced, as well as needing more refrigerant. Luckily, we signed on for Timo's twice per year maintenance on our A/C & furnace, so that saved us 20% plus another discount from Yelp. Highly recommend this business. Super friendly & very accomodating!!

Timo's Air Conditioning & Heating are top notch! They replaced a 35 year old system in my house and they did a great job. They replaced both the inside and outside components and were there until it was completed. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous.

Timo's 10 year warranty both on parts and service, beat out all of the competitive bids received from other companies. Joey was great to deal with as were the technicians who installed my system.

They even sent out a technician to make repairs to my existing system working for a few days until they could put in the new system. They did this as a courtesy free of charge! Wow! Top notch organization! Thanks. Rob D.

We had a thermostat issue and I am a fan of the Nest thermostat but thought it too costly to install in our rental property. Also, many technicians are not proficient in their setup and installation. Marcus installed, programmed and gave a very patient tutorial of this genius device.
