I own some apartment units in Palm Desert, and Timo's has replaced 7 HVAC units for me over several years. The units are located on the rooftops, so a crane is required, which makes the installation more complicated. They are always efficient and accommodating with reasonable pricing. I also use Timo's annual maintenance service in order to keep them all running efficiently. You can't go wrong with Timo's!

We replaced our old air conditioners 2 years ago with Timos. We were extremely pleased with the product and installation. We did have an issue with a coolant leak after a year of service. Timos quickly responded and completely corrected the issue quickly and without further cost. The service technician was courteous , professional and knowledgeable . It's heartening to know that service, integrity and company honesty are alive and well at Timos !
