We interviewed 4 different vendors for our new Furnace and AC. Glenn convinced us that Timo's has the most qualified installers and an excellent product. He gave us the written copy of their pledge of service. Well, the install seemed to run smoothly EXCEPT they really didn't honor their service pledge. And by the way, the installer was new to Timo's, I understand , so he didn't have his truck well stocked, he said.I had to ask them to please use booties to which they said they had none. After continuing to walk around inside the house I had to ask them to please take off their shoes. They did not cover the floors like their pledge says they do. I was not given any information on product/model numbers so I can register our new products. I asked for them to put a Timo's sticker on the furnace. They had none I was told.They did leave a solvent mark on our sidewalk that is unsightly. So I texted Glenn pictures of the sidewalk and asked to talk with him. 18 hours later I called their office and was told they would have Glenn call me. I am still waiting for him or someone to call me. It's now been 48 plus hours since the install. They definitely did not leave this work site better than they found it, as they pledge to do.I am very disappointed with them.
FOLLOW UP: Wow, Timo's immediately called me after hearing my issues here. Between Tracy, Marcus and Eddie they arrived on site and insisted on making everything right for us. And they did. We appreciate their efforts and honest desire to make us happy. They also assured me they care about their customers and learn from instances like this. Thanks Timo's.

In 2018, we completely replaced our home's HVAC system because our existing system was struggling to keep the house cool. In addition to taking excessively long to reach cooling set point, existing ductwork did not adequately distribute cooled/heated air evenly throughout the home.
We chose Timo's for this project because we were familiar with them through a service plan tied to our old system. We were always happy with the quality of the technicians and the customer service provided as part of that service plan. Timo's was able to accommodate our scheduling for the new system installation and had the work done within two days. The new system worked great and we were completely satisfied with both the install and the product itself.
As part of the permitting process, a final inspection by the city was required to ensure that all work was done in accordance with local codes. Due to some unforeseen scheduling conflicts, we were unable to have this final inspection completed prior to the expiration of the initial permit. Timo's went beyond expectations and helped us to obtain a permit extension, thereby affording us additional time to complete final city inspection requirements.
This is a great company to work with. Thank you Timo's for a job well done and for helping us get over the finish line with city inspection requirements.

Just want everyone to know that I had my winter check up done...fabulous...Timo's is the greatest...day-before call, call before 30 minute arrival time. and Eddie was fabulous. He left the house with no mess to clean up, unlike my previous HVAC person...I am thrilled with them, and him, and look forward to my summer air conditioning check in the late spring!

Christopher was very impressive with his demeanor and thoroughness of describing our options. He was also very receptive and explained our options when we told him the scope of our needs. We needed not only our HVAC system replaced, we also needed our entire ductwork replaced AND our hot water heater. He took it all in stride and gave us a great deal, saving us hundreds. Work was completed in two and a half days and they handled all of the permits and arranged for the city inspection.

Thankfully we won't need this done again for quite some time, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate calling Christopher and his people back out.

Ended up using Timo's again on our current house since our previous experience went well at another residence. This time, we went ahead and had three air conditioners replaced. We were not disappointed. Chris was fantastic and I cannot say enough good things about him and the other folks that have helped us at Timo's. Good value in quality and service for the money spent. Will continue to use them to service the new units.

Really happy with the service I got from Eddie. I had an issue with what I thought might be the HVAC on a Saturday when they were closed. I called the emergency number and Eddie called me back. He was able to come out later that day. He ended up getting here an hour and a half earlier than planned (he called to make sure that it was ok). Turns out, the issue I thought I had was nothing. After the rainstorm the night before, the glue in my swamp cooler caused a funny smell.

I'll definitely call Eddie next time I need help.

All I can say is they are the best, went from an older unit to a brand new Mini split system. WOW!!! Now I can cool or heat any room I want individually!!! And the savings on my electric and gas bill, truly amazing! I have had this in for a bit more then a year, Timo's is the best!! There service is amazing!!!!
