We use Stefl Plumbing for our association and also for our condo unit. They are always punctual, polite, professional and the work is always done perfectly. I highly recommend. Just had our hot water heater replaced by them and our small laundry room and the original setup of piping, electric, etc. were a challenge to say the least. They did a beautiful job and remained so very patient and professional when I'm sure they probably wanted to scream! We are lucky to have them right here in Forest Park, I would recommend them to anyone at any time. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Stefl plumbing has done several projects at our house, from as simple as changing the seal on a toilet to completely replacing all the horizontal pipes in our basement. They have always been great. Very personable and pleasant, and they always do good work. The most recent project (replacing the horizontals) involved having a handful of people at our house for a couple of days. Every single employee was respectful and knowledgeable, and they left the basement just as clean as they found it. They covered all of our belongings each day, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. And the price seemed very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I definitely recommend them!

Tim & his team are completely professional. Very very responsive and just a down to earth guy that is a pleasure to work with. Very trustworthy and Tim went above & beyond in my opinion - my toilet had a massive clog - a little metal cup ended up being the culprit lodged in the toilet. I had to get a new toilet but he worked with me to make sure that I got an affordable toilet that was also quality. Since I didn't know ANYTHING about this, he took the time to walk me through every option. Again, very responsive & they were on time and always super informational and friendly. I highly recommend Tim and his team. As we speak my pipes are frozen :( So I will give you an update on that process after I take care of it. UPDATE: Since it's getting warmer tomorrow they just reco'd leaving it & having it thaw on its own rather than pay to get it thawed immediately. Nice!

Don't use them if you want a plumber to show up when they say... or even on the day that they say... or even on the day that they reschedule to. Unfortunately our condo association uses these guys. They have a habit though of not showing up when they say they will. Usually they don't even bother calling to say they are not coming, you have to call them. On more than 1 occasion they have done this to us. This most recent time I changed my schedule to let them in and they called at the last minute to say they had an emergency call they needed to go and rescheduled for another day. I re-arranged my schedule of the new date/time that they could come back, and surprise surprise they did not bother to show up again. This time they did not call at all. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time that these guys have pulled this.
AVOID them if you actually want a service professional who shows up.

I'm afraid I have to downgrade TSP as we never heard back on our hot water heater quote. While I appreciate Tim coming out to check on the sewer backup, I think we were fired when we asked for a hot water heater quote, and here's why I think that... We're in a town house without a basement, only a utility closet with two bi-fold doors that holds our furnace and hot water heater. When I mentioned wanting to replace the hot water heater before it 'goes' I sensed apprehension. We have a 50 gallon and Tim was telling me with all the new hot water heater standards in place, that a 50 would be slightly larger, mean reconfiguring some things in the closet space. That he did not seem too keen on doing. In fact he suggested downgrading to a 40 gallon, as that would fit in the space. While a 40 gallon may work for us, I have to say that I do enjoy long hot showers and would prefer the 50, especially since it's a three bath home.

When we never received the hot water heater replacement quote, and we followed up with Abby and were told we would hear back from someone, and we heard nothing. I believe my husband followed up with her twice. Either someone dropped the ball, or our job was not of interest to TSP. Before Tim left after checking out the sewer backup I asked for the hot water heater quote, and I also mentioned having other plumbing jobs like switching out shower fixtures, and possibly redoing the master bath, but I guess that too wasn't of interest either.

I liked the quick response time of Tim and his staff on my first call, but when there's no follow up on a quote after a couple of calls I'm left to move on find someone who will actually send a quote and do the work. I really wanted to like TSP, but I'm left disappointed.

This company is prompt, does great work at a fair price. Hot water tank leaking on a Sunday, and the person who answered the phone apologized that they could not come out the till the next day. They arrived in the morning and within less than 3 hours everything was working fine. We would recommend them to anyone. This is the 2nd time we have needed their services.

Easy to schedule, on time, and has a truck full of supplies so they can focus on the needed work and not make trips to the hardware store. The plumber who was assigned was knowledgeable, efficient and focused on getting the job done. They send the bill, but inquired about their rates when booking and are fair. Hopefully I do not need plumbing work done soon, but highly recommend them and will keep their information in my files for any future need.
