I have used Stefl Plumbing for several years now for my home and rental property. I gave them a five-star review in Feb 2019, but want to give another quick review based on today's visit. During two days of heavy rains our sump pump went out. I called Stefl at 9:30 a.m. and they had a plumber here at 10:00 a.m. New pump installed in about 30 minutes. As usual, a terrific job. Very responsive. Very pleasant - both office staff and plumbers. Reliable - always show up when they say they will. High quality work. Very efficient and neat. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional!!! This company does services for my building hired by my building management. The plumber came in, found something in the pipe of the toilet and started accusing me of clogging the pipe!

I had leak under bathtub (damaged neighbor ceiling under), Tim came in looked at it and said that this leak is coming from bathtub overflow bad gasket. I could not understand, how so much water can go in overflow from shower. Tim explained that this is from water splashing from chest and leaking in to overflow and this is why neighbor ceiling is damaged. I did not buy this for a second. I asked him to open access in a wall from kitchen side, which has steam radiator in front. He said that he can not remove radiator because now it is heating season and we have to wait couple months till heating will be turned off in all apartment building. I told him that he can shut steam radiator valve and disconnect radiator. Surprise surprise, he was able to do that and we did not have to wait till summer. Once he got access to plumbing behind the wall we found real leak. Connection between drum trap was leaking. We agreed that he will come back and will fix leak. As well I asked him to remove drum trap completely. He agreed that this is good idea. He comes back replace piping but does not remove drum trap. Connect radiator back. Does not connect radiator properly. Radiator leaks and damages neighbor ceiling again. So Tim lied to me twice, never finished what we agreed and now he is not returning my calls. Very unprofessional.

The day after Thanksgiving, our ejector pump died. Loretta was incredibly friendly, soothing and understanding on the phone. Matt was the plumber who was sent to our house, and he was friendly, efficient, and explained things clearly.

Highest recommendation. Great service, responsivie, and fairly priced. A leaky valve in the bathroom and we replaced those in the other bathrooms. Very professional and polite - if I ever need plumbing work done again, this will be my choice!
