Throughout our history, we have built a clientele that includes homeowners as well as financial institutions, local governments, educational facilities, non-profits, realtors, property managers, condominiums, etc.. Tim & Janet Mote have called home in Southaven since the mid-70s. The company operates from a central office in Southaven, MS. Their child, their son Greg, is the leader of the whole company. The manager's photo is featured in the advertisement in the Impact publication. He was born & raised in the Southaven area. We are proud to say many of our clients come from word of mouth.
Our manager is a proud alumnus of Southaven High & went to the University of Mississippi. He has worked as our leader since then. Our manager has a faithful following and an excellent reputation for being honest, consistent & fair. To a lot of people, he is viewed as an expert in his profession. Rodney L.This company is very overrated! We had work done by them in July 2016. They rerouted water lines in our home. We had it done in order to get rid of poly lines. They replaced the lines with pecs pipe but neglected to replace the old poly that was in all the connections to fixtures in the house. We had a leak in the line that comes into the house from the meter because they hooked onto the cold water in the wrong place. When we tried to reach Greg Mote he would not answer or respond to our calls. When we finally spoke to the woman in the office she said it was no big deal. It was a big deal to us! We had brand new carpet get wet in a bedroom.
