For years, we have built a customer base that includes homeowners as well as banks, municipalities, schools, non-profits, real estate agents, landlords, apartment buildings, and others. Tim and Janet Mote have called home in Southaven since the mid-70s. The company operates from a main office in Southaven, MS. Their offspring, Greg Mote, is the leader of the complete company. His photo is featured in the advertisement in the Impact publication. Greg was born & was raised in Southaven. We are pleased to say the majority of our customers come from referrals.
Our manager is a graduate of Southaven High & attended Ole Miss business school. He has been as our manager since then. Elizabeth C.This company is very overrated! We had work done by them in July 2016. They rerouted water lines in our home. We had it done in order to get rid of poly lines. They replaced the lines with pecs pipe but neglected to replace the old poly that was in all the connections to fixtures in the house. We had a leak in the line that comes into the house from the meter because they hooked onto the cold water in the wrong place. When we tried to reach Greg Mote he would not answer or respond to our calls. When we finally spoke to the woman in the office she said it was no big deal. It was a big deal to us! We had brand new carpet get wet in a bedroom.
