Johnny is one of the nicest and most reputable people I've ever had the opportunity to do business with. I called him on a weekend and asked him for advice on what to do with, what I suspected to be, a slab leak.

He got back to me within 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon and walked me through some troubleshooting questions. Even though he was busy, he found a way to stop by.

Long story made short, he spent several hours detecting the leak and fixing the root cause. Every step of the way he never gave up, made my priority his #1 priority and stayed until the job was done. He was thorough, fair and highly communicative throughout.

I'd give him 10 Yelp rating starts if I could -- I cannot say enough about Johnny, his work and his level of integrity.

I usually don't write reviews. But in this case I had to- Johnny was exceptional from the time he walked in to our house for quote and accepting the job until finish. It took less than an hour to identify the leak on a two story 2700 SQFT home. He gave us multiple options/ quotes to fix the leak. After we choose one of option, he came back and fixed the slab leak. Work was done in workman like manner. I've met many contractors, workers, but Johnny was exceptional rated #one on my tier list. Now I know why his company is called Tier 1 Leak Detection!!
He was very honest, kind, professional individual. I wish him the best of luck and I know he will continue to do well.

Johnny did a fantastic job repairing an in-wall pipe leak. He gave me an accurate estimate by giving me different scenarios of the issue. Another so called ""5 star"" plumbing repair service would not give me a quote unless he tore out my wall to take a look. That quote on the service call would have cost me almost as much as Tier 1's total repair cost!

Johnny was easily scheduled and even called me when he was running 5 minutes late on my appointment. He also fixed (and explained how to fix in the future) another plumbing issue for me. No charge!

Friendly, honest, professional, very knowledgeable, you can tell Johnny actually cares about his craft and his customers. Tier 1 Leak Detection will always be my first call for any future plumbing/leak issues.

Our home had a water leak that I discovered late one afternoon, and Johnny came out that same day after hours and stuck around late into the evening making sure the leak was located and repaired. He also referred us to a remediation company that has been a great resource as well. He worked tirelessly to make sure we were good to go and helped make a stressful situation a little less so. In the unfortunate event that a leak should happen, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to call upon Tier 1!

Before I pinpointed a non visible leak I called Johnny, Tier 1 Leak Detection owner, before to see if he can help confirm that I had a hot water slab leak I was dealing with and he spent the time to go over the possible repairs over the phone. He spent the time to explain the leak and answer any questions or concerns I had to deal with the issue.

Once leak was formally detected received a quote with options of a slab repair or reroute to the ceiling and proceeded with the work with Tier 1. Johnny was able to work with my time, scheduled for the repair and finished the job on time.

I would highly recommend Tier 1 as Johnny was very responsive before getting any work and throughout the job until work completion. His price was fair, lower than big companies, and his work was clean and on schedule as others have experienced on Yelp. Great communication with text, email, and phone calls!

I called Johnny and he was able to schedule me on the same day. He showed up on time and was able to accurately detect the slab leak. If you have a leak, give Tier 1 a call before you start cutting into drywall or tearing up floors, Johnny will save you a lot of time, energy and effort.

Even though Johnny has only 20 reviews I decided to pick Johnny because of good reviews on being honest/competent/courteous/caring and I was so glad that I did. Johnny clearly explained the options (re-route the broken pipe or re-pipe entire house) and recommended that I re-pipe since I had a slab leak a few years ago. He did NOT do the re-pipe (at this time) but it's the best option for me. Johnny understands about customer satisfaction and what best for his customers. I strongly recommend Johnny to all my friends/viewers out there. Trust me, read other reviews on this Yelp page and you will see what I meant.

I don't use these terms lightly and I'm quick to point out failings, missteps and questionable work practices that erode the reputation of a business. Johnathan Wong is a thorough, experienced and detailed expert in the field who addresses your concerns, uses the latest technology and does not gouge the consumer in repairs that may offer others the opportunity to quite plainly rip you off. He notifies you he is on the way arrives on time and is thoughtful enough to even wear booties in your home! I've gained a plumber for life and I hope you will reach out for his expertise when you face those jobs you can't handle.

Highly recommend this company. Johnny Fong is so competent & did a fabulous job. Here's why - answered my call quickly, came the same day to see the problem & find the leak (which was a broken pipe under the concrete in a bedroom, returned same day, jackhammered the concrete & had put up a ceiling to floor tarp to prevent all the dust, fixed pipe & gave it to me, cemented up the hole, came back when cement was dry, put my furniture all back, wore slip on over shoes, & left no mess. He's so professional, trustworthy, prompt, neat, & best of all, reasonable (cheaper than other companies). Other companies couldn't come out as quickly and cost more. His work is guaranteed
