I had a shower that wasn't draining. I borrowed a snake from the Oakland Tool Library which unfortunately broke off in the pipe. I found these guys on Yelp and called them. Eddie came out in 45 minutes and cleared the drain. He snaked out further to the 4"" pipe to make sure everything was running smoothly and gave me advice on what filters to use to keep hair out of the pipe.

I asked him to look at another slow pipe and unfortunately it wasn't as easy a fix since there are tree roots in it. He cleared some of them out but needs to come back later to do the big fix.

These guys were great. Eddie was quick, efficient, explained what he was doing, and didn't charge me extra for asking 100 questions about pipes and plumbing! We agreed he would come at 10:30 and he arrived at 10:33. I wish every repair person was as punctual as this.

Sewer line backed up while we were house-sitting for friends in Berkeley. Nightmare scenario! Made a couple of calls to compare prices and availability. Sal was great on the phone and said he'd send over one of his guys the next day at 10am. Eddie showed up early (bonus points) and let us describe the problem. We opened a window so Eddie could plug in to power their sewer line snake. The line was clogged with roots and dirt and ""other stuff"" (don't ask) so it took two passes through the line, but after a couple of hours, everything worked as it should, and the final price was the same as the quote. Eddie was affable, polite, and such a friendly guy. He explained everything he was doing. HIGHLY recommended.

Sal is amazing! He and his crew upgraded our water heater to a tankless heater. He gave a super reasonable estimate, was great about communication, and was very professional and timely. The new tankless water heater works perfectly!

Right after the installation, our furnace started having issues and was probably affected by the gas line being upgraded. Sal came out several times and was persistent about fixing the furnace. In the end, everything turned out great!

I highly recommend Sal for any plumbing job!!!

I used Salvador for installing water softener and a RO system in July 2018. I had purchased the parts myself and he did the install. He is very professional and worked to my satisfaction. There was an issue with water softener install which resulted in water cutoff and damage to dry wall but he responded immediately, took accountability and fixed everything. He paid for the painter and dry wall fix.

I would recommend him and will use for future plumbing needs.

Sal has completed multiple jobs (sink/garbage disposal installation, gas line, external clean out, and sewer lateral).
