Sal helped coordinate my appointment for a leaky sink and his partner Eddie was able to come by the same day and get it sorted. Sal told me to have a new faucet ready just in case a replacement was needed. I appreciated how he valued everyone's time. Eddie quickly assessed the situation and confirmed a replacement was necessary. He really went above and beyond to help get it done efficiently and effectively. It looks awesome and is performing great. He even had time to replace our disposal which is working great.

Resilient, patient, hard-working, persevering, trustworthy, and reliable is how I would describe Eddie (plumber). My in-laws had a clogged drain. I wasn't able to be there initially to help diagnose the problem. Eddie kept me in the loop on the progress each time. It was a stubborn clog. I appreciate his hard work. When he was out of ideas, he understood his limitations and called for help. And most importantly, he fixed the problem. He wouldn't give up. He did a very thorough job including cleaning up. He treated my in-laws as his own family. That's a good man right there.

Quickly set up appointment, Sal called informing me of a minor delay (about one hour) and arrived at this later time. They installed an automatic gas shutoff valve as required by code to sell the house. Efficient installation. Good instructions on how to use.

Sal is fantastic. We had a backed up sewer line and had a different well known plumbing company out to fix it and they didn't and left us in a lurch. I looked up Thumbs Up Rooter and Plumbing on a Friday evening and Sal got back to me right away. He said he would come out on Saturday at 8am. What a relief!! He showed up right on time and worked tirelessly for hours to clear our line. He then came back the next week with a camera to see exactly what the problem was. Sal was so thorough and honest and explained everything that was happening with our line. On top of all of that he was extremely safe and was masked and maintained social distancing when talking with us outside. I highly recommend Sal and Thumbs Up Rooter. Very satisfied with the service we received! Sal came in to check our pipes in the crawl space and was very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be fixed now and what might cause problems later. The job took 3 days and was completed on time.

I appreciate the care Sal took when we thought an adapter he installed for our gas laundry wasn't compatible with our new machines. It ended up being okay but he went the extra mile to come back to change what he thought didn't fit our machine.

Highly recommend + Sal is such a funny and nice guy to work with :D

Thanks to Eddie, a mystery was solved. Our sink had been dripping for days, but we couldn't pinpoint the leak. When he came in, Eddie listened very carefully to our description of the problem. Upon inspection, Eddie couldn't find the leak, but he trusted our words and went the extra mile to find the issue. It was a pinhole in the copper pipe! After that, Eddie thoroughly explained the situation to us, gave us our options, and promptly came back with a brand new, nicely-priced faucet from Home Depot. Thank you, Eddie!
