Thorsen's-Norquist personnel is the greatest! I am an elderly person and rely very much on my heating and cooling unit on my home. I recently had my 6-month ""tune-up "" maintenance to make sure my unit was ready for the summer's heat. I'm happy to say it is! I always request the same technician, Ruben, because he is not only skilled and efficient, he is friendly, always asks about my family and my cats, and remembers the services I rely on the most. My unit is working just fine, and I rely on Ruben to keep it in tip-top shape. He never disappoints! And while I'm handing out kudos, I want to mention the lady with whom I've spoken when setting up an appointment for service. Her name is Sheila, and she's most efficient at expediting my service. Since I want only Ruben working on the unit, she finds the appointment slot closest to the date I wish to have service completed, and sometimes that takes a while. Shelia is friendly, knows her technicians, and is more than capable in scheduling Ruben to my home in Escalon. I can tell by her tone of voice in speaking with me that there is a smile on her face, and she's more than willing to look a little further ahead on the schedule to meet my cooling or heating needs. Thank you both, Ruben and Sheila, for your attending to my HVAC needs, and thank you, Thorsen's-Norquist, for employing these excellent employees.

I had a leak in a bathtub faucet. The previous friend Plummer didn't complete the job very good & the leak returned with a vengeance. Thorsens easily fix the combination of issues at a fair price. Difference of knowledge with time on the job.

We have worked with Thorsen's for over 30 years. They have done annual/season service on our air heat pump since we moved in (1986). We always get great service that is on time, professional, and doesn't try to sway us with ""in house"" technical jargon, but speaks to us plainly about what we need. Thorsen's-Norquist installed our HVAC unit 14 years ago. Every Fall and every Spring, they come to service it. They are always so personable, knowledgeable and efficient, especially Ruben who has been the one to come the last several years. Always so cheerful! I really feel he cares and takes pride in his work. Such a pleasant experience, always.

We have been using Thorson's-Norquest for close to 20 years. They do maintenance twice a year and never tried to sell us on newer model. When it was time for new AC, Thorsen's-Norquist did a great job. When we had to have service done, the service tech Brian is the guy for the job. When my daughters AC stopped working in a heat wave, Thorson's-Norquist was able to get her AC up and working within a day. Yes, it was Brian again!! Great Service!!
