Thorsen's to the rescue again! First super hot day of summer and a part went out on one of our units. Luckily, our regular service tech, Jarrett, was able to come over last minute. He knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. We were back up and running in 20 minutes. Jarrett is always very cautious and courteous when entering our home. He always has a smile on his face. Thanks again Jarrett and Thorsen's!

John and the owners son showed up this morning at 10, it's 7pm and they are still in my driveway as I am typing . To say they did an efficient job is an understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure the job they were facing today in our home was done correctly. They did not stop for lunch which is really bothering me due that I should have made these gentleman a hot meal. Thank you Thorsen's for having excellent employees, I am truly relieved!

Well, here we go again...spent more than $600 less than 2 weeks ago. Unit ran once while the tech was here and one other time. No mention of very recent service call from the office, nor any mention of a discount. Disappointed. They're due out tomorrow around 7am (yay). Fingers crossed it's less than $600 and will actually work, this time.

Tried to change the filter on our water conditioner for the first time.Followed all directions. Cant get the tank off to change the filter.Called thorsens told me it would be 84.00 an hour to fix. Told them we cant get the tank off to change filter.Was told if it was stripped not their problem. Told them how can you strip anything you cant turn. Husband went in the next day and was told it was a factory defect.The units came already charged. Funny stood next to the Thorsens employee when he explained how he had to charge the unit.Husband told them well I guess plumbing is different from automotive.If he installs something its his responsibility.Finally husband said well you are telling me we are screwed and was told yes you are.We can take the tank off,break it and then bring it in to see if there are any factory defects.In the mean time we are without water.

Had to both plumbing work and my heat pump checked. Ryan was great my problem was a little complicated and he had to come back twice no complaints from me. Professional and friendly can't beat that. Jason also did a great job even answered a couple other questions my husband had about plumbing and was super helpful. Will definitely use them again

We have always been pleased with this business since several years ago they installed a new heating @ cooling system at a fair price. Recently, we
called them about a stopped up drain of the A/C. They sent out a very nice young man who fixed the problem in short order.

They did send the estimate after I wrote the 8/18 review. It was pretty late. At least they're trying. I don't think this estimate was done particularly well OR maybe they don't give their employees the tools to do their job well.

As others have said, the phone people tend to transfer calls to voice mail, so it can be frustrating to deal with them.

I still think Thorsen selects the customers that they want to serve well and blows off others. Our plumbing job is not a small one, and they could make some good money from us, but I guess we don't fall into the group that they want to serve, if you know what I mean.

Super honest business! I hired them to clean my air ducts but when they looked at them, they said only the intake needed cleaning! They listened to my concerns about allergies, dust, and asthma and performed what my system needed without trying to perform unnecessary and costly extras! I highly recommend these guys!

Thankful for Thorsen's! My $800 water heater began giving me problems within 2 weeks of purchase. A few months later and I was tired of getting error codes and coming home to a completely cold tank of water. I called the manufacturer (last Thursday) who called in service to Thorsen's. Jason came to my home (Tuesday) and was very friendly and worked with me to diagnose the problem(s) with the WH. He took over calling the manufacturer and explaining what was needed. The parts arrived this morning (Thursday) and within 4 minutes of receipt, Suzette from Thorsen's called to confirm receipt and schedule Jason's return. He was available to come immediately! Fifteen minutes later Jason was at my home and working on the unit. He quickly had the parts replaced and the unit fired up immediately without issue. Jason was professional, cordial and even friendly to my dog. I appreciated Thorsen's availability, friendly communication and expertise. I will confidently look to them with future needs. Thank you Jason, Suzette and the Thorsen's gang!
