Jeff Thompson is responsive, knowledgeable and has very fair pricing. He saved us after we had a very negative experience with our home warranty company who sent us Pruitts Plumbing. Pruitts showed up with an inferior snake to unplug a sewer blockage. They spent 2 hours with no results and asked that we give them $3500 to proceed and determine the problem. Of course we immediately sent them away. Jeff was here within a couple of hours with the proper tool and the blockage was cleared within 5 minutes.
