I requested plumbing service for my house on 11/9/2023. Service was very specific: repair water shutoff value on the sidewalk ( big job) and inside garage; replace PRV. Ignacio Villanueva, Technician was very cordial and mindful of customer needs. He gave me a competitive quote for the job and I engaged him the same day and job done same day. Price quote in the morning, job done in the afternoon. BTW. I had 3 price quotes from 3 plumbers for comparison, Thompson still a better deal.
Also kudos to Thompson Plumbing phone receptionist. Pleasant on the phone and sincere to assist customers.
Again, my personal experience with them. No hesitation to recommend. Give them a call.

Excellent customer service from this company - made a call in the morning and had a new tank installed by lunch. Ignacio was great and replaced our water heater within hours. He was also very professional but extremely friendly and very knowledgeable as we were trying to decide on the type of tank. I highly recommend Ignacio and this company. [I loved how they texted me with the name, a picture and a couple personal details about the technician who was coming ahead of the visit. It's a nice personal touch and makes the technician less of a stranger].

Delfino Rojas their technician is very helpful. He explained to my husband and me the pros and cons issues of our clogged tub shower and shower hand piece why it's dripping water. He fixed both with reasonable price.

This is a very reliable service provider. I needed 5 shut off valves replaced under my bathroom sinks. I also had a leaking faucet. Ignacio arrived on time and assessed what was needed. We then made a follow up appointment for him to come back to do the job. He was friendly and personable and did a good job. A fine representative of his company. My AC unit died several days ago. I contacted Thompson and they came out right away.
Trever was kind and professional.
He even went back to the office and grabbed a portable AC unit and brought to the house.
It saved me.
Unfortunately, they couldn't get a new unit installed as quickly as I had hoped.
Went with a different business only because they could an get an install done sooner.
I spoke with Julia several times. She was as nice as could be.
I am really happy with the way they treated me.

Our kitchen sink was really backed up. Ramone had a few obstacles to overcome. But he persevered and was able to free it, and get it working. Very pleasant, communicative. We will call Thompson again if we have any problems.

We had no hot water in one bathtub. We were told by a family friend who is out of town and is a plumber we needed a cartridge. It wasn't a hot water heater issue. Plumber comes from Thompson and wants to charge us $280 for less than an hours work. We turned him away. It ended up costing us $195 and it was a cartridge.
