We had no hot water in one bathtub. We were told by a family friend who is out of town and is a plumber we needed a cartridge. It wasn't a hot water heater issue. Plumber comes from Thompson and wants to charge us $280 for less than an hours work. We turned him away. It ended up costing us $195 and it was a cartridge.

Also maybe not something everyone cares about, but he was very chill. We contacted a few other places and they seemed almost annoyed to be working with you but here it felt like a family friend came over to do some work for us.

Ignacio was SUPER!!!! After doing an assessment of our noisy pipes he was able to determine the most likely cause. He got the job done and very patient with my 3 year old who is a chatter box.

Last Monday I awoke to a strange noise in my garage. It was my water heater making a noise like Niagara Falls and spewing out water along the back of my cabinets. I was unable to turn it off. I called Thompson Plumbing, where I had never been a client before, and in less than two hours hero Ramon showed up. He immediately was able to shut it off, removed the water heater, got a new one and installed it, and cleaned up all the mess that had been created. The whole thing from when I found it to when it was finished was less than six hours. I was very impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing or HVAC issues. Stellar!!

These guys were easy to schedule with. They even came back out the same day to install a new pressure regulator after their morning visit to install a faucet revealed that our water pressure was too high. They were thorough and professional. Office staff is great.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Thompson PHA is a very professional company from the office staff to their field technicians. Years ago they installed our HVAC system so we knew where to call when it came time to do some additional plumbing runs for water and propane. Our technician Thomas was a master at what he does, from his onsite expertise, congenial personality , and attention to detail. There was no lapse in detailed communication and every aspect was explained concisely. When the work was completed the area that got the up grades was spotless and ready to go.
