Thompson Family Plumbing hits the mark with customer service! The technician was professional and polite. The staff was very attentive and checked back with me frequently about my scheduled appointment. However, the quote I got to fix some leaks in my irrigation system and pool fill line (all above ground) was way out of the ball park. Had to go with another local company that charged half of what I was quoted.

I needed a faucet installed and four shut off valve's replaced, along with service on my reverse osmosis system. First, and this I've come to find out is a huge plus for Havasu, someone actually answered the phone, responded and actually showed up!

I made an appointment for the next day. They called back the next day to tell me my plumber, Rudy was on his way. Rudy arrived on time, was friendly, polite and professional, even putting on booties over his shoes before coming in. He quickly resolved my issues and even recommended some local eateries. They only negative was the cost which I felt was a bit high but I'm new here and not sure about that.

Horrible experience with this company.
Waited 5 hours for technician to show, office called said he needed another hour and no show. Office called to reschedule, reluctant I rescheduled for next day. Technician shows up says he doesn't have time to do my p trap because he is leaving town. Manager called me rescheduled for third time. Technician comes out give me a new quote that is substantially higher than original quote with less work!

My profession is repair cost evaluations for insurance companies. These folks were so far out of line I asked them to leave. They performed non work and tried to charge me. 675$ for a p trap replacement and I supplied the parts.

Complete scammers! Stay clear of this company

This is the second time in two weeks that Thompson family plumbing has been out to my house. When I brought them out two weeks ago it was because I had a bathtub drain pipe that went from my upstairs to downstairs leaking all over the backyard. They came out, and it was a big job, but they got it fixed. He was at my house for close to six or seven hours. The cost was just the estimate that they gave me to begin with he did not charge me anything for being there all those hours. Frankly I was shocked.

He gave me a quote for fixing all of it (replacing all of the ancient pipes) and we made the appointment to do so. Justin has provided the service at my home on several occasions and when he comes to service our home he is pleasant, kind, efficient, and very professional.

Dispatch always let me know when they're coming, by text and call, they give me a definitive ETA, and they always follow up after to make sure everything was good very great customer service. I highly recommend Thompson family plumbing.

My absolute best experience in dealing with a plumber. From the call to book the appointment, to the automated reminders and notifications about the appointment to confirm and the arrival time. All top notch. Not just for a plumber, but for any service work I've had done. Period.

My service tech was Dustin who came out to service my 5 stage filter RO system. Super efficient, thorough, answered some of my questions about what some of the parts were and what they did. I honestly cannot say enough nice things.

I am generally pretty handy around the house and do most things myself. This is one thing I didn't want to mess with. Honestly, anything I did plumbing wise, I'd just call Thompson again. It was that easy. And if I ever get around to building those homes I want to build down the street. I can tell you which Plumbers I am going to call.

I contacted Thompson Family Plumbing &Rooter located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. I spoke with Anthony on a Monday and explained I needed a toilet flange repaired. Anthony was professional and very polite. He told me the soonest he could have someone out would be Wednesday. He advised me there would be a $65 fee for coming out but would be waived if I decided to have them do the work. I was notified by their dispatch at 9:16 AM that I was the plumbers next stop. At 11:32 AM the plumber showed up and I escorted him to the bathroom. I had already removed the old toilet and sanitized the entire area for his convenience. He examined the area and told me he would have to go to the hardware store and pick up a new flange. I explained to him that the job I hired him for was specifically to change out the flange for a new one and why did he not have a flange with him. He told me that their dispatch does not convey the information given by the customer. He then proceeded to do a work order and then quoted two prices. One for the replacement of the flange only and the second price for the installation of the toilet and the flange replacement. The National average for a flange replacement is $145 - $165 and the National average to install the toilet is $30 - $50. A maximum total of $215. I was prepared to spend up to $300 for the complete job. The plumber told me the charge for the flange replacement would be $384 or a total of $760 for both. That is $565 over the national average so needless to say I contacted another plumber who came out within one hour of my call. The flange replacement and the installation of the toilet came to just $119 out the door. My rating for Thompson Family Plumbing is based on two factors. The first being, the plumber was unprepared to do the job that I hired him for and secondly, their astronomically high labor charges are disgraceful.

Dustin came and serviced our leak. He was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about his job. He wore shoe covers, which is a big deal for a mom with kids! He texted when he was on his way and was very efficient. Every time he went out to his truck, he would knock to come back in. Great job!

I stopped into Thompson Family Plumbing after receiving a ridiculous repair amount by the company that my home Warranty company sent out and they were able to send a tech out to my house just a few hours later. Trevor was an amazing. He checked out the situation he even went up in the attic which the other company did not do and he gave me an amount that was about 1/3 of the price of the first company. I highly recommend Thompson plumbing they have a very fast response time and very fair prices. Trevor was very professional and courteous.
