The need for a plumber is never a good thing, however we were fortunate enough to find Thompson plumbing. We made an appointment and sure enough Dustin contacted us to let us know that he was on the way and his time of arrival was spot on for the appointment. This young man was knowledgeable and kept us informed as he completed the job. Thompson Family Plumbing will now be our go to for any future plumbing needs.

I scheduled an appointment online last night. First thing this morning I received a phone call confirmation and Rudy G was dispatched to our home. He and his assistant were very conscientious not to track dirt into the house and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem(s). Rudy saved us future $ just by teaching us a couple things that will preserve our valves and pipes.
Both plumbers were professional yet down to earth. Parts were attained, faucets fixed, Water heater flushed and water turned back on within 2 hours. We are happy with the service we received!

They sold me on scraping the pipes and re-coating the pipes. $17,200... told me you should never snake a drain. Problem happened 1.5 years later and they want to snake the drain...(supposedly fixed) then they couldn't fix it and it would cost me to call them out again. Had to pay a different company to come out since they are incompetent. Now they don't answer but text me for a review. Here it is

Thompson family plumbing was recommended to me by another plumbing company in town because they are the only plumber that uses an epoxy treatment to line old, rusty, broken pipes. They came right out when I called, gave me the estimate and the next week began the process. They were extremely professional doing everything possible to protect my floors, walls, and furniture. They even let me watch and fully explained the process. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind. What more could you ask for when people are dealing with sewage!
