We had an issue with the toilet and sink in our master bathroom. Through our home warranty insurance we got matched with Thompson Family Plumbing. I was called by Tiffany who let me know that the technician had an earlier time to come out and check our toilet. Don, the technician, was very friendly and allowed me to ask questions while he was working. He also checked my water pressure even thought that was not what he came out for. I really appreciate the customer service by this company. This is our first home and it is nice to know that there is a plumbing company that I would trust to work on my home. Thank you to both Tiffany for being so friendly and Don for making me feel comfortable about our plumbing issue.

I used Thompson Family plumbing a few times. For a slab leak and when my water heater failed. They are on time, friendly, reasonable priced and take the time to explain things and give advice. Also they are careful and neat, we'll as neat as a person can be when breaking a hole through your living room floor. They do an amazing job, I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

My mother and I moved to the High Desert from San Gabriel Valley in 2013. Within the first week we found that the company we bought the house from used a cheap contractor who cut ALOT of corners. As a result, we had the plumbing back up from a pipe that was so rusted closed toilet paper couldn't pass through it. John not only fixed that junction, but sat and educated us on the new septic system we now had. He took the time to ensure we understood what was happening, so when a camera was run down a pipe to see why the washer wasn't draining, we stuck with John.

4 weeks later, after a few other discoveries, EVERY pipe was replaced in this ""move in ready"" home. Because of John, after the explanations, discounts, and his empathy, if there are ANY future wants or needs dealing with plumbing (from water systems to addition septic systems) Thompson Family Plumbing WILL be called.

I have used this company in the past and was satisfied with the service I received. So when I discovered water damage from a broken pipe in my kitchen I decided to give them a call. They had a tech come out and check out the problem, there was mold growing and he said I can't work in these conditions. I completely understand and I told him I already called the insurance company. He responded by saying I shouldn't have contacted the insurance company yet and put me in contact with, ESR remediation company. So they come out and try to have me postpone the adjuster so that they can get rid of the mold before the insurance company see's it and claim it was just water damage. I asked what happens if they do not cover me for the damage he replied he would work with me to settle the costs. Really, so I make a fraudulent claim, risk getting denied, and get stuck with a $5000.00, no thank you. I stuck with my Insurance Adjuster and he recommended a restoration company who took care of me. I opted to go with another plumbing company who did great (CIsnero's). Sorry Thompson but I do not with to do business with a company who has this type of unethical and illegal practices.

If there was a way to enter a zero star I would. I called this morning and got a 4:30pm-6:30pm window to fix my toilet and no one came. By 7pm I called Rush Plumbing and they had a tech to my house in thirty minutes and took care of my problem in two minutes! Call Rush instead right now!

I GUARANTEE you won't find a better service here in the High Desert!! I had a total stoppage which we had problems with on & off for the past 4 years or so. John came out right away and diagnosed the problem almost ON THE NOSE!! Come to find out the line between the septic tank and the house was busted, missing about a 6-8 inch section of the pipe! These guys even went ABOVE an BEYOND by taking up a portion of the concrete patio that had been laid by the previous owners of the house to get to the problem! ALL the other companies I called said I would have to remove the concrete myself before they would work on it. Not THOMPSON FAMILY PLUMBING!! They even REPLACED the concrete when they were finished!! You guys are AWESOME!! THANK YOU again for the EXCELLENT job you did!! My parents were so impressed with the job that they did that they had them come and do some work for them also... which was another AWESOME JOB!! :-)

I called to make an appointment and they worked around my busy work schedule to stop by and fix my tub that was clogged. The day of the appointment they sent an email confirmation that they were on their way. John showed up and was very helpful and gave us some tips for future reference. They were quick and nice. I will def call them again. My tub works GREAT!!!!!

Had a clogged main pipe. After hours of dealing with our insurance company and 2 ""local"" plumbers who said everything was fine with our plumbing ,we finally got in contact with this company. They were so easy to deal with. Send someone upto our cabin to actually fix the problem. Nicest guy showed up in the rain. He had to haul his heavy equipment down the hill and back up. Got a call from the office a day after to follow up! Highly recommend.
