We had a leaking toilet. Thompson Family Plumbing sent Juan Gonzalez-Santiago to fix the leak. He was very polite and wore booties on his shoes. He fixed the leak fast and looked over our water heater. We appreciated his work. We have used them before will use them again if problems arise. Five stars

I messaged Thompson's plumbing late last night with a leak in my ceiling. I received a call in the morning scheduling a visit with their tech Dean. Dean came out and was upfront about the process and what needed to take place. He found and fixed the leak and then when above and beyond to request he check my water pressure after noticing it during the initial fix. He found that my pressure regulator was bad and pushing way too much psi into the home causing issues. He quoted me the price for repair and fixed that same day as well. Although I ended up spending more than initially thought. Dean's attention to detail surely saved me in the long run with costly repairs and potential water damage. I will definitely use and recommend their service in the future...hopefully not too soon though.

I called Thompson Family plumbing this morning for a leak on my outside faucet. Dean was dispatched and I was kept in the loop on arrival time. After Dean completed the original requested work he identified another issue that needed to be fixed to ensure I don't have pipes in the house breaking due to high water pressure. The cost is fair pricing and I will absolutely use Thompson Family Plumbing again if I need additional work done.

Dean came out to our house to work on two bathrooms. He was not the original plumber scheduled, so came out at the last minute and worked through the evening. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did not try to rush, but worked hard to make sure both bathrooms were in good working order. We highly recommend Dean and Thompson Plumbing.

Good morning!
We like to give thanks to two amazing gentlemen Ulysses/Ramos for doing an excellent job remodeling both of our upstairs bathroom/fix the leak in the garage of our home. They both went beyond the call of duty. My wife, and I was stressing do to water damage, which the extent from water could do some serious damage/mold...etc. Wow. Ulysses from a compassion able heart spent time explaining the damage, did a walk through with us, which comfort us. As a team they did an excellent job, they both love their profession, and care for their customers. I respect their attitude/behavior. I thank God for their ability to explain with reason the job is not as bad as it look. I recommend Thompson plumbing they are amazing. The two awesome gentleman has my business for life. One of my water heaters failed on Friday. I sent a message (non-emergency) and got a phone call early Saturday morning from Tracy. She scheduled me for first thing Monday morning. Joseph showed up, looked at the issue and gave us several quotes for replacement (the water heater was 20 years old).

We decided on a tankless system and he gathered all of the information he needed to get the job done. He worked diligently most of the day to remove the hold unit and replace it with a beautiful new tankless. He had to re-plumb some piping and the exhaust but got it done beautifully! The job was completed neatly and professionally.

Joseph was such a pleasure to have in the house. He was not only professional but extremely personable, efficient, and tidy! He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned everything up.

He also did not mind me always looking over his shoulder and asking questions as he was working. He is a wonderful representative for Thompson Family Plumbing!

Granted, suffering from plumbing issues is never a fun time, but I am so fond of the business model and level of service I've always received from Thompson Family Plumming... I will call no one else. I cannot say enough kind things about Ulyses' obvious ability as a plumber, or his exceptional level of friendly service. He explained all of my options, and walked me through the steps of choosing the right option for my situation. It literally took less than 45 minutes for Ulyses to fix my problem and leave me with a fully functional restroom at a very fair price. I have to say I have always had this type of service from Thompson Family Plumming and I cannot say enough good things about the business or its Staff.
