A kitchen sink going out is the worst with a family of 6. Thompson family is always very quick, came the same day and fixed our problem! Don was very nice and gave me many options to help fix the problem that keeps on occurring. We have used them several times, and will continue to use them in the future. (Hopefully a little less often though)

I just would like to say this company is AMAZING!!! They are honest, thorough and hard working. My tankless water heater was giving me problems (no hot water) and so I gave them a call. Dean, Jimmy and Daniel all worked on fixing the water heater. They really took their time to try to figure out what the problem was. They didn't just rush to try to fix it nor bait me into trying to purchase a new one. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is having plumbing issues.

Thompson family plumbing provided great service from the phone call requesting someone to the tech Richard who came out. I had to reschedule for my first appointment and they were very understanding and helpful. Richard was very professional and informative while he inspected my water damage. He was thorough and used all needed equipment and even taught me a few things. Upon completion he provided a detail report with diagnosis, recommendations and plenty of photos for my insurance company. Thank you Thompson Family plumbing, I'll be using your service again if needed and recommend their service to anyone that needs it.

Yes this company is pricy but u do get what u pay for. Don was excellent and efficient, very professional and cleaned up his job site A+ can't stand when I have to clean up after contractors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OVER ANY OTHER....

I couldn't remember the name of the plumbing company we had used. I looked on yelp because that's where I originally found them, and immediately recognized their name. They do a great job and let you know how things are going so you are aware of what they are finding. They are polite and very knowledgeable plus they clean up after themselves. I got a magnet from them to put on my refrigerator so I have their number on hand.
