I was replacing the faucets on a couple of bathroom sinks and needed to replace the original 40 year old shutoff valves but ran into a problem removing them. Called Thompson Family Plumbing since they did a great job replacing my water heater several years ago. Although my favorite plumber was no longer there I now have a new favorite plumber in Vincent! I contacted this company for a water heater replacement quote. They were responsive and very easy to work with. They scheduled an appointment quickly and came within the estimated window. They kept me updated of the tech's arrival. Jacob was my tech and he explained the work that was needed, the cost break down and tried to work within our budget. I have no doubt the service would have been excellent as well. The cost of the repair is cost prohibitive at the moment so we will not proceed with it at this time. But we'll consider them again in the future when we are financially ready.

The person that I spoke to on the phone, to set up my appointment for a quote, was very understanding of what my plumbing needs were and scheduled Vincent to come to my home. Vincent fully listened to me about what I needed to have done. He explained the quote in detail and I quickly received a text with a link to the written quote. My experience with other plumbers has been that I would receive a written quote in one or two days. Vincent was also able to schedule the work to be done on the same day. This was a surprise to me because of the amount of work that needed to be done. I needed a new water heater to be installed, replace copper piping, and install a new shower valve. The work as completed on the same day and professionally done. I highly recommend Thompson Family Plumbing.

Our water main cracked, and we needed a repair right away. Thomason's sent a technician (Vincent) out the same morning. In addition to being friendly and professional, he made the repair quickly and replaced the landscape rock so nicely that the area looked the same as before the repair. I would specifically request Vincent if we need repairs in the future.

Donald came out to help me fix an issue preventing our master bathroom from flushing. He used a camera to look at my clean outs and used the drain snake to clean debris.
