Water heater drain valve was leaking. Andres responded quickly and fixed problem. He did a quick inspection and discovered expansion tank had failed. He ended up replacing it and doing maintenance work, flushing tank, replacing anode and cleaning burner, etc. Great technician and great company!

This is my third personal experience with Thompson Family Plumbing. They may not be the most inexpensive but having plumbing done right makes up for it.

The current job was a replacement water heater, Dean was incredibly prompt, efficient, friendly...thanks! I definitely continue to recommend their service.

My only criticism, in an attempt to have the best customer service the office communication can be a bit overwhelming between text/emails, and phone.

I can't praise Dean enough. He was professional. Dean ""problem solved"" to find the problem initially. He gave an honest quote before starting any services. My toilet has been leaking for several weeks. There was no pressure. Dean gave me quotes of what needed to be done now and what can wait until later. Dean not only replaced my toilet but he took the time to get out as much water as possible that was under my flooring. I highly recommend Thompson Family Plumbing!

It's been a few days since our water heater replacement. The technician was very polite and detailed on what he was doing. The job was done efficiently. The reason for the two stars is because it was on the very high end of price. Unfortunately I was taken back by the urgency of getting the project done and after getting several quotes afterwards I found out that this project was on the extremely high end and the warranty of the product is on the low end that was installed. Long story short, great customer service, but they do take advantage of you with overpriced product and service.

This review is long overdue. However, it's not due to negativity. Life just gets in the way...
Anyway Dean from Thompson came out to our house twice - once to work on the kitchen faucet that needed a cartridge replaced and a second time to replace the entire faucet and the connections below the sink.
Unfortunately, it turned out after the cartridge was replaced that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. This had nothing to do with Dean's work which was flawless. There was simply an extra problem. When he came out the second time he switched out the faucet and redid the connections below. He also fixed the guts of one of our toilets and in doing so noted that our water pressure was extremely high. He switched out the water pressure regulator and now everything is perfect. I have nothing but positive comments and glowing remarks for Dean and Thompson Family Plumbing. They were fast, efficient and got the job done. Their rates were reasonable and Dean was extremely friendly. Thanks to Thompson and I highly recommend!!

Dean Taylor, the technician that repaired my faulty water heater was prompt, friendly and thorough in inspecting my non functioning hot water heater pilot light mechanism..
