I have now used Thomas the Plumber several times and have always found him to be competent, professional responsive, honest, and efficient. Here's just an example of what I mean. A couple months ago, the main pipe entering my house was leaking, just before the water turnoff valve. We called several companies. One of these companies told me that, because it was galvanized piping, we would have to replace our whole water main, which could cost thousands!!! So, we called Thomas the Plumber (who should've been our first call). He came out first thing in the morning and fixed the leak in less than half an hour. And no, we did not have to replace our water main (though if we ever do, you know who we will be calling).

Or there's the time when I had a leaky pipe in the basement (slow drip). George was already at the house to replace a toilet. I showed him the leak in the basement, and he told me exactly what piece I could buy at Home Depot to stop the leak. The piece cost less than $1. He could've fixed it himself and charged me a ton of money, but because he was honest, he was not trying to waste either my money or my time. He even called a few days later to check and make sure that the solution worked (it did) and see if everything was going well at the house. That type of service is rare these days. I cannot recommend him highly enough. George is an AWESOME plumber, and I am a customer for LIFE!!

Customer Tip: George is very good at scheduling appointments, and, because he is so wonderful, he is in demand and his schedule is pretty packed. Unlike the cable company, who will schedule service during some 4-hour window and then not show up, if George says he will be there at 11am, that is exactly when he will show up. He calls when he is on his way; make sure to pick up the phone so you can get the exact ETA.

The reviews sold me. Awesome! I had called Thomas the plumber to schedule to get my faucet installed George was very professional. We scheduled for 7am, he arrived on time and got the job done and fixed my garbage disposal too for a small fee while he was there. I will definitely recommend and use his company again.

NON- PROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE AND PSYCHE, ALWAYS IN A HURRY

I am very much surprised reading all good reviews about Thomas the Plumber. Unfortunately we had the worst experience with this guy, George. We had dripping water in our bathroom faucet. That guy came , drilled out one of the tap and said he has no parts for fixing it. And the store where he is going to get them is closed for a week. Ok, I had to try to use broken tap for a week. In a week he came again, fixed the cold tap and WATER IS STILL DRIPPING!!!!!! - so probably the problem is in hot water tap. He refused to fix it the same day.

It is supposed the problem shoud be diagnosed correctly and solved by the plumber, that's why we all call the plumber. Saying about this to this plumber, George, he started to show me his aggrevation, yelling and cursing me at my own house and my property.

SO, NON-PROFESSIONAL- cannot diagnose the problem and fix everything at once, VERY RUDE AND AGGRAVATED - doesn't want even to hear about any problem AND ALWAYS IN A HURRY- spent 20 minutes and ran away

Very competent plumber. Called several other plumbers in the area over the course of several days to have a toilet unclogged. Got the run around from several other businesses. Called Thomas the plumber and he came out the same morning. Everything turned out to be a quick fix and he gave me some pointers for the future to avoid spending $$$ in the future. Would highly recommend and will use him again if I need to.

Thomas the Plumber... well a fellow named George came to replace our kitchen faucet. He was on-time, courteous, got right to business replaced the faucet in less than 30 minutes. He did a fantastic job and charged only $150!!!! When I called 2 other plumbers they were both going to charge over $300! I would recommend Thomas the Plumber as the best Plumber at the best price.

I called just before 7:30 and described my problem. George asked me to text him a photo of my toilet's mechanism, and by 8:10 he was at my house, and finished within a half-hour. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

George from Thomas the Plumber is excellent! Had a clogged main drain and not only was George there at my property ahead of the scheduled time he took care of the issue - disposed baby wipes. George went above and beyond when resolving the issue and even gave valuable information as to how I can employ preventative measures in the future. Lastly, George's price was fair. Needless to say, I will use George from Thomas the Plumber for any future plumbing issues (hopefully I won't) - he is definitely worth five stars.

Water backed up in two upstairs bathrooms last night. I called Thomas the plumber this morning. He was able to come earlier than estimated which I appreciated.

Thomas himself came out to do the work. He explained what needed to be done to make sure I understood then quickly and efficiently went about his work. He was thorough, polite, and cleaned up after himself. No cons to speak of. I am very pleased with his work. If I need more plumbing service (which I hope I don't), I will definitely use Thomas again.

I had an old 4 hole faucet break on me, George came out and the first faucet I ordered would not fit, the second I ordered was an issue as well because the way my kitchen was built the space to tighten a new faucet was almost non accessible. We got the new faucet installed, which required multiple attempts at making a custom setup involving a larger diameter pipe as long vertical washer. Faucet is installed and stable! George stuck with this difficult job and I booked him for a main line snaking later this week. Great guy, knows his stuff.
