This will definitely be the first place I contact next time I have a plumbing issue too.

I noticed a bad leak under the kitchen sink. I was expecting the hassle of having to research well reviewed contractors and try reaching out to many. Luckily I found and called here first, and the problem was fixed within a couple of hours for a fair price. George was a great guy. It looks like from a couple reviews that he's more of a plumber than a diplomat, but I thought he was very friendly and respectful. I'm guessing you treat him and his time with respect and you'll get it back doubled.

At the time of writing this, it seems he only takes cash or check, though he mentioned he's researching other options, and works every day but Sunday.

George has come to the house three times in the past year, what a year am I right? Every time he has come he has been courteous and professional. He did an amazing job on the shower and came the next day after I called him. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule when we had a leak where we weren't sure where it was from. Most recently he came with in the hour to complete a faucet replacement that got away from us when a copper pipe snapped. I highly recommend his amazing service

I don't usually write reviews but when I do write them you're usually five stars. However, I had to share my experience with this company. From the moment I spoke to the contractor over the phone he was impatient. I told him that the property was a rental property and that I would give him the lockbox number to get in the property for repair. Less than an hour before the scheduled repair he tells me that he only excepts checks and cash and that had to be at the property for him to start anything. So I had to call off work. Then I'm rushing in the rain to meet him time. I had some issues opening the lock box but once it was open he was already in his truck driving away and I'm literally trying to chase him in the rain to let him know the door is open. I called him a few times and never answered his phone. I would've went with another plumber but I needed the work done as soon as possible and he was the only one available.

I saw on his website that he was closed on Sunday. I called to leave a message. To my surprise, George answered the phone and we made an appointment for the next morning at 7am. He came a few minutes early, diagnosed my problem, and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. His price was so reasonable that I had him repair my ice maker line in another part of the house. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and wore a mask for my protection. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

Highly recommend Thomas!! He promptly arrived at 7 am on January 20 to repair a hallway toilet and pedestal sink in the basement. He worked meticulously. Most of all, his price was much lower than other plumbers that I called. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to other friends.

I used this company when I had some plumbing issues. My tenants complained of a running toilet but the plumber said it was fine. After getting abnormally high water bills I called the plumber and he came back to check. He said there was no leak and I had the city of Baltimore come out to check for a faulty meter. Finally months later I decided to get a second opinion - he fixed the toilet but I am stuck with a $3600 water bill.
