I got my T trap installed by one of their plumbers. The guy didn't even bother to put on disposable shoe covers when he was in my house. He was quick to get the job done so that he can move onto the next job, took about 30 minutes to install the T trap for bathroom sink and forgot to secure the clevis trap. I asked if he could look at the leak underneath my kitchen sink thinking that I still have another 30 minutes. The guy did a quick look and told me that I needed this and that parts and walked to his car to write up his bill for the T trap. I was billed an hour for the labor plus $20 for the parts for the T trap.

2 months later I contacted thistle plumbing because my sink was clogged and thought it had to do with the T trap. They told me that they will get someone out to look at it and the same guy showed up days later. Again, no shoe covers. He did a quick diagnostic and found hair stuck to the stopper. He also found the clevis trap was never secured from the last time when he looked underneath the sink. He secured it and wrote me up for an hour of service.

I told him that I wasn't going to pay him because I was never told that I will be charged for this follow up on the T trap installation. He called his boss or the office and came back asking me to pay for half an hour instead of the full. I paid him so that he can disappear.

Advice - they charge by the hour so they aren't limited to just what you called them for

We had them come out yesterday to fix a shower lever that was broken. After calling 4 other plumbers who either didn't know how to fix it or were higher priced we called these guys. I'm always nervous about trying new house services but I would definitely recommend them.

They were available within a day of us reaching out and arrived right on time. Frank the guy that came out to see us worked quickly and knew what he was doing. Great job over all.

Brian Stewart and his crew are total pros. One worrisome day they cleared a root-infested 3"" drain pipe with their strong snake in the middle of a rainstorm when my garage was flooding. They have stopped drips, re-piped with copper, installed new toilets, fixed my garbage disposal, found pipe blockages with their hi-tech camera and quickly cleared them. They arrive on time, charge a fair price, guarantee their work, respect my household and business, clean up very well afterwards, and are very polite. Their trucks are jam-packed with every kind of part and tool. I always know they truly want me to be okay. They quickly identify and solve the problem. I give Thistle Plumbing an A+.

Roger came out to fix a bathroom blockage. The line was snaked and the problem was fixed! He was very professional, arrived on time, efficient, and had reasonable rates. We need more contractors like this in our community!

I used them in the past and was satisfied with the service. I called them again and was very disappointed this time. I have a clogged kitchen sink. I called and left 3 different messages in different times, NO return call. My sink was not clogged too bad. Water still ran through and that's I was able to wait, partly because of avoiding the anexity of trying out a new vendor. But my patience finally ran out. I called another plumber at 12:30 and have the plumber arrived at my door at 1:30pm. Now there is comparison and I know how much better a good service means.

Thistle Plumbing is excellent. Frank arrived early, fixed our problem quickly and then fixed another plumbing issue, too. The work is guaranteed and the price was reasonable, less than we have paid in the past with no up front charge. They are on our house speed-dial!!

Have used Thistle several times at my home with various leaks, stoppages, etc. All work done very well and on time. One time, we could hear that water was running, but there was no evidence in the house of any leaks. Thistle came quickly and discovered a pipe underground in the backyard had broken. They were able to shut off the water in the backyard (helping us to conserve water) and then scheduled a return with a crew to replace the broken pipe. In spite of the mess of digging, all was left broom clean on the patio. Thanks.

They are experts!!!!
I've tried 3 other companies to fix my kitchen sink back up problem, all other companies couldn't solve it and suggested me for the hydro jet service which would be a big job for my sink since i have the clean out under the sink.
I texted Brian on yelp for hydro jet service quote, he replied me within 20 min. After he troubleshoot the problems over the phone, he promised me that they could fix it without using hydro jet service or no charge, and they could come by the same day, so i gave them a try.

I couldn't believe they really fixed the sink! Its working perfectly now!!

Thistle Plumbing was amazing! I called the number immediately as it was the first to pop up in my Yelp search and had an excellent rating. My ring fell down the bathroom sink and I was so sad that it was gone forever. I spoke to a gentleman named, Brian, who was awesome. He was very accommodating and flexible with my busy work schedule. He showed up on time and saved my previous ring in minutes! Very reasonable fees and excellent service! I will definitely be using them again for any other plumbing issues!!
