I just recently purchased a condo and I had some worries about muggy water. Since my new condo isn't in an area I'm entirely familiar with I turned to Yelp and submitted a request for various quotes/info. A lot of the plumbers replied without asking any questions and some even booked me for an appointment without even speaking time. Brian, however, messaged me and asked questions to find out more about my problem. We made an appointment, he was very honest about his availability and also was very accommodating when I asked for him to wear a mask(since I wasn't fully vaccinated). During the visit he made his assessment and gave me very honest feedback! I had a good feeling about choosing Brian for the job and I'm so happy I did. The issue ended up being a non issue but I appreciated his honest feedback and his professionalism. I'm keeping him in my contacts just in case any issues do ever come up. Thanks for the help Brian!

Once again A+ work by Brian and installation by Frank. Water tank replaced within 2-3 hrs and hot water again!!! Frank really knows his stuff and answers any questions and is good about chatting. There was no wait and he called his supply person who delivered it within the time Frank got the old one released and moved. It's great to be a loyal customer for Thistle Plumbing. I am Mike from Pasadena. Got the Bradford White gas 50 gallon. Has insulation as it is outside the house. Thanks guys.

Can't say enough about Brian. He installed a water heater and fixed a couple of other plumbing issues in my house. He is on time, professional, reliable and reasonable. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.

I am new to the area so I relied solely on Yelp reviews to choose this plumbing company. We had a leaking toilet but because of covid and working from home we had to find a time when we would be out if the house. Brian worked with our schedule, was on time and diagnosed the problem promptly. Proceeded to fix it and the fee was reasonable. Was able to pay him online and it all worked out great. I would call Brian again for any plumbing need! Very pleased.
