Shawn is friendly and a first-rate professional. He quickly cleared gunk out of two drains that we had wasted a lot of time trying to clear with chemicals and the old baking soda / vinegar trick.

He stopped his van and helped the man inside his home, then found the man's cell phone to notify his daughter who lives with him and was out at the time of the incident. Character like that is worthy of being noted.
