They asked for $75 for a guy to come to give a quote/bid. Ridiculous! Never had any plumber or skilled trades person ask to get paid for a bid. BEWARE!!!!

I had a sewage/drain problem in my first floor bathroom that caused minor flooding. I called roto rooter at 730 am they said someone will come between 11 am -1 pm. At 12 noon they cancelled and move the appt. the following day. So i looked at yelp and decided to go with The Works Plumbing. Someone answered and very upfront with how much it will cost me at the minimum with the weekend rate which I appreciate. I was told someone will be coming within 30 min. Wow! I'm already impressed. Shawn came in less than 30 min. and fixed the problem. He is nice and easy going. Thanks for the discount too. I recommend their service.

I had what I believed to be a simple repair, a small leak on an outside spigot. It is copper piping that is why I could not fix it.

I called The Works. They contacted me immediately, set up an appointment for the next morning. As promised they called 30 minutes before arriving. The showed up. Explained that it could be an easy fix or more complicated if they encountered problems. Gave me a best case scenario for the bid. They proceeded to start the repair. They were able to fix it using tools I did not have nor did I have knowledge of using. When they left I had a working spigot with no mess.

I have no issue recommending them to anyone for their plumbing needs. I found them to be fair and honest. I can't ask for more.

I had 2 leaky tub spouts... Shawn came out first thing to assess the situation. Told me to return my expensive units that I had bought at Lowes, and contact Delta for free replacement parts. He just saved me hundreds of dollars before even starting the work. He responded super fast, was able to come quicker then I expected. Very courteous and reliable. Will be calling him back when my parts arrive!

Had all new appliances from Lowes delivered and installed today. Refrigerator water line was leaking so they couldn't install until it was replaced!
