WOW!!! I would give Shawn more stars if I could. We had a small wet spot on the ceiling drywall which I thought was coming from the upstairs bathroom last night. This morning their was water dripping from the ceiling so I called Shawn and he responded right away. He gave me an honest estimate and went right to work. He found that I had a small pinhole leak in my copper piping and fixed it right away. He was extremely professional and courteous and would recommend him in a heartbeat. Truly nice guy and he even gave me some tips to save money on the drywall cleanup!

I discovered a soaked area of my ceiling when I came home one night this week. Called a few plumbers from yelp. No response by one. One phone message asked to be texted or emailed. Shawn picked up the phone and offered to come out, even though it was getting late. I had the water shut off so he booked for 7am the next morning. He called ahead that morning and showed up exactly on time. Very professional, very polite. Did exactly what was promised for a fair price. Will use them again.

Shawn Ford was referred to me by a neighbor because she thought he was exceptionally honest, value minded and more than fair. I called Shawn because of a backed up prep sink and glitchy disposal. The problem happened a few days before. When Shawn arrived he tested the sink and the clogged seemed to have resolved itself. He suggested there was still more life in the disposal if I treated it right so no need to change it out now. He did not charge me for the house call! My neighbor was right, and Shawn has more than earned my business.

Very fast, efficient, and professional! Unclogged my kitchen sink where the previous owner glued all the parts together, not allowing for easy troubleshooting. Because of this and a stubborn clog that was within my plumbing, Shawn had an opportunity to up-charge me but didn't do so! Instead he was honest and operated with integrity. Hopefully I won't need this type of service too often, but when and if I do I'll choose ""The Works""!

They asked for $75 for a guy to come to give a quote/bid. Ridiculous! Never had any plumber or skilled trades person ask to get paid for a bid. BEWARE!!!!
