This story starts yesterday afternoon when we first discovered a leak coming from our hot water heater. We immediately turned off the valve to stop the leak and figured we could wait until this morning to call The Twin Home Experts. First thing at 8:15am, Linda took my call and had a technician on their way by 8:30am! Now she didn't send just any technician, she sent the world famous Pascual! This guy is the best I've seen! We have been using the Schuelke brothers since we first bought our home in 2009! Pascual was on that crew and we were impressed from day one! This man is the star of the Schuelke brothers team! He is knowledgeable as well as respectful! Everyone has heard of ""Service with a smile,"" but Pacual embodies this philosophy. He climbed up and down our 44 steps without complaining and finished the job in record time. My wife was able to take a hot shower and head to work only missing half the day! I recommend The Twin Home Experts every chance I get and now I'm recommending them with you!

What a reliable and efficient operation!
I got to them by chance; they took over for the previous plumbers I used to contact. I called following the discovery of a leak in one of our sprinkler pipes. They arrived in 30 minutes !!
Before they dug out the area, I was given a very high estimate, which almost led me to call the whole thing off, but since I figured I didn't have much choice, I gave them permission to go ahead. Once the cracked PVC pipe was discovered, I was shown the damaged piece, and was informed that they need to go to the plumbing supply to get the part. I was sure they'll keep me waiting at home. BUT NO, they were BACK in 25 MINUTES. In half an hour they finished replacing the part, covering the area back with earth, and instructed me to wait one day to turn on the sprinklers . The final cost of the job was HALF of what the original estimate that was quoted to me. Because these plumbers were honest enough to show me that it wasn't as serious as they have predicted. PASQUAL and FERNANDO (I hope I spelled your names correctly) were very pleasant and friendly. They were clear in their explanations (great command of the English language) and very quick and efficient. They also made sure to clean up after themselves. I'm delighted that I called them, and will not hesitate to call on them again for other services their company provides.

I had an amazing experience with Twin Home Experts. I had Roto Rooter come out and give me a quote for some sewage repairs I needed to have done. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and called Twin Home Experts on a Friday evening at 7:30pm. Jimmy, one of the owners, called me back within 10 minutes and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping to understand the work I needed to have done on my house. He had his service technician Jimmy contact me Saturday and they were able to come out first thing on Monday. There quote was $2000 cheaper than Roto Rooter and they were able to come out the following day and complete extensive sewer work and finish

I have used Twin Home Experts on several occasions. Most recently, we experienced a pretty nasty problem with our main line that was hard for others to diagnose. I had used Twin Experts in the past to re-pipe a place and they were excellent, so I called them again for this problem. They were diligent in their problem solving and we discovered a very severe root problem in our main line. They dug, cut the bad section out, replaced and all for a very reasonable price. Let me just start off by saying these guys are great! My AC unit went out Thursday . And after calling the landlord multiple time with no response. I decided to call around but every where I called wasn't returning my call or didn't have a technician available. Twin home experts were my last resort. I called and they had Raul come out same day! My AC was working within 5 mins. Big thank you!!! Definitely will be calling back when service is needed.

My experience with the Twin Home Experts couldn't have been better. We experienced a brief water leak in an exterior wall and ended up with a small area of black mold. They were able to schedule someone to come to inspect the area and provide us with an estimate working within our schedule. Dalton, who conducted the inspection, provided the estimate, and arranged the work, arrived on-time for the inspection and my wife reported that he was courteous and knowledgable. I appreciated that he follow-up with me by phone to provide me with his assessment in addition to conveying that information to my wife while he was on-site.

We were provided with estimates for three different approaches to addressing the leak and mold, allowing us to choose an option that struck the right tradeoff between cost and the degree of mold remediation performed. We chose to move forward with the option that was most likely to ensure the mold was completely removed, the source of the leak identified, and that the mold was unlikely to return. The work was scheduled quickly and again, within our schedule. Dalton returned with Eric and Carlos, the guys who went through the trouble of tenting the area, tearing out the wall, getting rid of the mold, and applying materials to prevent regrowth. These guys were professional, efficient, and highly competent. I'd have no reservation picking up the phone and calling Dalton again. Highly recommended!
