I am very impressed with this company. I tried THREE other plumbing experts who were unable to solve the problem. Then Sergio and Mario from Twin Home came by and Mario diagnosed what was wrong and fixed it right away. And he worked three times faster than any other company I've tried. These guys are clearly very knowledgeable and very professional. If you're looking for plumbing help (especially with anything a little more complicated like pressure issues), highly recommend! Sergio and Mario know their stuff!

They were hired to remodel our master bathroom. Was given a great quote and was told it would be a 4-5 day remodel. The quote included painting the walls which I ended up finishing.
It took 5 weeks to even get to the point of me fixing the texturing and completing the painting. The shower and tile looks great. I was told worker would be here at 8:00 am and wouldn't see him before 9:30-10:00 and he would leave and be gone for hours. I might see him one day and have to wait two days before seeing him again. He was even pulled off in the middle of my scheduled day to go to another job.
The finish bathroom is beautiful. After receiving a call from Dave the owner explaining the issues behind the service issues and apologizing I have chosen to revise my review.

Literally the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I found these guys browsing through Youtube videos trying to DIY my rat problem. I had already hired a pest control company, and they did a good job protecting the attic, but the rats were still coming in. I started to study the habits of rats, using a remote POV car, a Ring camera, and the videos on Youtube. That's when I found Twin Home Experts.

On time, on budget, and on spot! They figured out exactly what my issue was (exactly like you see on Youtube), and they fixed it. I'm going to have them back to remodel my bathroom after Covid, and nobody but these guys will ever work on my house again.

Five stars isn't enough, I wish I could give ten. Such a pleasant experience!

Jim came to our house this weekend. We have been worried about mold in our house, since our kids tested positive for Fungus. He was very professional and Covid safe. He used protective gear, gloves and covered his shoes. He was extremely knowledgeable about fungus and gave us some good tips of how to keep mold out. Very positive experience, definitely recommend.

Very reliable, very fast, and competitive prices. Great crew and Jimmy was incredibly easy to work with on our guest bathroom water problem. Twin Home Experts removed the damaged flooring, located the leak, and fixed the leak. In fact they fixed the leak in only 1 day! They provided professional drying equipment, anti-fungal spray, and all the fixes to our plumbing. They were always on-time and answered any questions that we had regarding their work or next steps. Quotes and invoices are professionally emailed and communication is fast and reliable. Would absolutely call Jimmy again and use Twin Home Experts for our plumbing needs. He was also able to provide our home insurance company everything they needed, which relieved a lot of stress. Jimmy has been in this business for 30 years and it shows with his work quality, communication, and results!

Jim and team responded quickly when I called about a bathroom leak. They promptly identified the problem and then worked with our insurance company to ensure their procedures were properly followed so coverage could be maximized. After the work was complete, he took the time to carefully explain what he did and why he had to do what he did. The end-to-end experience with Jim, as well as the billing, etc, was efficient and professional. This is so rare to find that I had to compliment them in this review.

Josh did a fantastic job on my new shower surround, and I will definitely be recommending Twin Home Experts to friends and family for any bathroom remodeling projects. Josh provided excellent customer service and was great to work with. He checked in with me regularly on all the details of the project to ensure it was done exactly how I wanted, and even referred me to additional contractors for some related work. Twin Home Experts also did a great job with some significant mold remediation and got the project done quickly. Their pricing was very competitive, the customer service was great, and the work was excellent!

We had a mold problem and the remediation company we used did not do a good job. We contacted Twin Home Experts to see if they offered post-remediation clean-up services. The answer is ""yes"". Sergio came out, spent a full hour with us and answered so many of our questions and concerns. We got a quote for the service as well as a quote for some plumbing concerns we had as well. It turns out that our plumbing is covered in our rebuild contract, but we are still considering their clean-up services. There are some legal issues going on (mold caused by faulty plumbing from upstairs neighbor), so things are moving super-slow. I wanted to post because of the great service from Sergio and the company's follow-up with us, asking if we still need their services.
