Very very pleased with these gentlemen. I had a mold outbreak in my kitchen, needed some fast fast air quality testing to see if I had to vacate the premise. Within days, even on the weekend, Dalton was by to inspect my home. He was professional, thorough but efficient in getting the job done, I had my results within 48 hours. And the result? It was late on thanksgiving day when I sent a message about getting a quote from the Twins service and I kind of expected to hear from them in the next couple of days. It wasn't an emergency my wife and I just but a house and wanted to get a quote for some work.

We got a call in about 15 mins from Jim who was completely professional and incredibly helpful. He reviewed what we needed, read our inspection report and viewed the property with our agent.

Most importantly for me he did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He never had an excuse for anything and he was always professional and courteous.

He wrote us a perfectly itemized quote and we were able to send it to our agent to submit to the seller.

These guys are amazing!!! They are very knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and reliable. I called in with an urgent matter. The office quickly connected me with the twins. My hot water pipe sprung a leak. When I rang, the woman on the phone couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, she scheduled right away with ease. They sent Joe, who was super knowledgable and friendly - he was able to assess and make the connection to why the leak had happened and explained it all to me. A tiny pinhole in my copper piping was created after interacting with a wire (the casing had worn over time) that was too close to the pipe and it electrified. Science! They sent a plumber to fix the leak the same day and all was taken care of. As a mother to an infant, it was a huge sigh of relief to have all handled with care.

Been having a huge toilet problem for about a month now, finally gave in and called about 3 plumbers from around my area and they wanted to switch out my entire toilet & charge an insanely high price! So I do a bit more snooping & come across ""The Twin Home Experts"" (Wences and Ruben Lopez to be exact), they came and recommended a toilet flush valve. They came and installed it within 30 min at a fraction of the competitors prices, left no mess whatsoever, and did a remarkable & professional service for me! Will def be doing more business w/ them in the future!
