So I called these plumbers to deal with a bad water heater and to put in a recirculating system. They came when they promised, explained everything that needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and then neatly did the job.
The guys were clean, efficient, conscientious, and they charged me exactly what they estimated the cost would be. No surprises, no bait & switch, no ups, no extras, no BS. Just honest, skilled work that I am very, very satisfied with.

The Twin Home Experts get my highest recommendation! After we had a flood at my house we called The Twin Home Experts and they went far above and beyond the call of duty. They advised us on the most economical way to repair our plumbing after doing a thorough inspection of our pipes.
They determined that a liner was the best way to repair my broken drain pipe. They showed me the camera images of my drain in real time as they were doing the inspection. They also performed all of the flood damage and mold remediation and interfaced extremely effectively with my insurance company. They were absolutely amazing and my house has been completely repaired. I could not be happier with their work, their ethics, nor their prices.
I have since used The Twin Home Experts for plumbing repairs at my rental properties and recommend them without any hesitation. Several of my friends and neighbors have called them due to my referrals and I have only heard good things about their experiences with The Twin Home Experts. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. After literal years of phantom sewer smells plaguing our business we felt we had exhausted all of our options. Plumber after plumber told us different things yet no solution was ever found. Finally we contacted these guys and they tackled the problem, which turned out to be much bigger than we realized. We worked with Joe who walked me though every step of the repair process and he was the first one to make sense of the whole issue. Even though they had to work around our business hours they were able to knock out huge amounts of work quickly with their numerous technicians. Both Joe and the other tech Mark were extremely professional and knowledgable and I will certainly use their services again. Highly recommended!

We had Joey De La Fuentes out to the home we are in escrow to do an inspection of the street line. Thank God we did. Joey was very helpful and inclusive. He showed me the camera feed of the root intrusions in the sewer line and shared how we could fix the issues. Process was simple, smooth and clear, plus I really liked Joey and Dave. Thomas was wonderful. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and was very efficient. Linda in the office was very friendly and scheduled the appointment quickly. We had such a difficult time finding a quality plumber. These guys are great. I highly recommend them!

Had a backup in one bathroom. They did come promptly in the evening, but did not do anything but look with a camera. Next day came out to hydrojet and charged $1100. I called the Twins because I was happy from previous use. A little over a year ago they charged $710 for the same job including the video inspection. A few months ago when we started to see a little problem, we were told by a plumber from the Twins it was a toilet problem, but if we wanted hydrojet it would cost $750.
This plumber tried to convince me that he cost more because he had a better hydrojet. The prior job was also done from a truck with a 4"" jet. There was no difference. This plumber smelled blood in the urgency of my wife to get an immediate fix and jacked up the price.
