Brendan showed up on time and was very personal. His truck was clean and he didn't looked disheveled and unkempt. (we have had others come out to bid that looked tore up). He listened to our needs and concerns, asked a ton of clarifying questions to make sure he understood what our job required. He was able to do an inspection and locate the problem immediately. He explained what needed to be done and the best possible option to do the job correctly. The price quoted was competitive and fair and we definitely appreciated Brendan's professionalism.

Great Service on very short notice. I had a clogged sewer line. Jim came after dark and cleared line and explained in detail to me the root problem that damaged the line. I have used the Trenchless Co. three or four times over the past decade and the service has always been excellent and the prices fair. I highly recommend this company.

Brandan was OUTSTANDING. He explained each step and put a lot of effort in cleaning my drains. He explained what was wrong and gave me ideas how to take better care of my drains. He let me watch the camera and searched inside my house to find the area where the drain was clogged. We watched on the screen as the clog actually lifted and washed away. I will always use Trenchless Co because of the OUTSTANDING service I got from Brandan. I will always ask for him if a problem occurs.
