Our initial technician was Nicolis Claypool, and he was professional and courteous. He cleared our drain, analyzed the problem, and recommended a solution. He gave us a quality estimate. The price is reasonable, and the office worked with us on financing options.
Our job is scheduled but before the work could begin we developed another problem. Nicolis was on vacation, so the company assigned the work order to Manuel Borrego. He was also professional and courteous.
Manuel solved the problem with efficiency.
We are very pleased with The Trenchless Co. The technicians, administrative staff and finance department are excellent. We are pleased and highly recommend this company and technicians.

I was extremely stressed out, due to my kitchen sink backing up in both drains after a very busy weekend. Everything was at a stand still in my home due to this, along with a very bad odor from the sink. I was referred by a close family friend to give you Trenchless a call and see if I could get an appointment.
I called. The representative was super polite and able to get me in first thing in the morning.
I received a confirmation text message of who my service technician would be and told about all the promotions going on.
I received a picture of Manuel Borrego and a communication line if I had any questions.
Manuel was so efficient with updating me about his arrival and what was to be expected. He was very careful with making sure he didn't track dirt in my home, due to me having a little one. Manuel cleaned after himself and worked his butt off!
Manuel explained everything so thoroughly, because I had no clue what the heck was going on with my pipes or just water system overall.
Manuel is such a diligent worker. This is my first time ever having plumbing issues and I couldn't have asked for a better technician.
I will be referring him to everyone I know and also will be using him for all future plumbing needs. (hopefully i dont need any, anytime soon. lol )
Truly gave me a peace of mind with this experience, especially as a first time home owner.
Thank you so much Manuel! Stay cool!

We had an extensive project done for our property in midtown. We ultimately had to install a sewer pump, which still requires as needed maintenance after the fact. Whenever there is an issue, trenchless has responded immediately and had someone out within the day. I highly recommend them, and specially Eric. He has been awesome to work with on this

Subpar intelligence plus a tinge rude...
After having periodic issues with our plumbing I was referred to this company by a family member. It was initially wonderful to book an appointment online and have the piece of mind that these folks would be the ones to help me in a time of need. Before wasting anyone's time, I vetted that I was within The Trenchless Co. Service area and was pleased. I arranged an appointment and went about my day. 3 hours later (no not an hour or two but 3) I received a message (not even a phone call) that they would not be coming out due to me being outside their service area. So I called them. When explaining the situation I was met with the excuse that the 3rd party booking agency made a mistake. Not okay as they are a service company and call centers have service area maps available. Along with that fact, I pointed out how Mr. Call Taker had a tinge of a snarky attitude and was met with further disappointment.
What's the take away?
Mine is to find another company who has a bit more grace.

Manuel Borrego saved the day! Right in the middle of preparing for my out of town guest, my water line backed up. Big time! I had standing water in my tub and it wasn't moving. I was ""dead in the water"" so to speak and trying to avoid a potentially big mess. This, on a Saturday evening. Ugh! Manuel showed up and was incredibly polite and very knowledgeable of my predicament. He had the line cleared and cleaned up in no time. 5 stars for Manuel.

After having called a local plumbing company and seeing the estimate for repairs and still not having functional toilets and drainage, I called The Trenchless Company and they sent out a technician, Nicolis, who performed the job the previous company failed to resolve. In half the time and half the cost of the previous company. Problems resolved, working plumbing and the estimate for repairs was a third of the other company. Lesson learned. Call the professionals, The Trenchless Company.

Honestly, the best plumbing service I've ever experienced. We had a sudden back up problem and I was able to make an appointment online for the same day with The Trenchless Co. Manuel Borrego was our drain technician and gave us the best service. He was so very helpful, polite and quite knowledgeable about his work. I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing services. We definitely appreciated his work!

They replaced some drain pipe under the house for us last year. They were expensive, but I thought that they would do a good job. Then, they replaced much less than what the contract stated, and I had to go to their office to talk to the manager with my contract to prove that they hadn't completed the job. After reviewing the contract, he agreed and sent them back out to complete it. I appreciated that.
At the time, I didn't realize that many plumbers would do the job for a lot cheaper since I just needed open trench. Also, Trenchless charged me over $2k more for 25 ft of drain pipe than I just paid for replacing 30 feet of drain pipe under another part of our house. And with the added hassle of having to talk to a manager and prove my contract to ensure the job is done right; it is just not worth it. My advice--read your contract closely, because you may need it to make sure they completed the job you paid for.

Because of my stupid thirsty tree, I've had roots in my sewer for years and gave used their $99 rooting services several times to temporarily clear out my sewers for over 3 years. They are great and get it done fast.
I decided to finally bite the bullet and do a sewer replacement. Great customer service and Their prices were very reasonable compared others and they offered a several Trenchless options with 0% financing that the competitors didn't. We went with a sewer replacement where a new slightly smaller pipe with some kind of breaker tool which is snaked through the old one. They still needed to dig around the sewer vents near the house and where it ended in the city side but not my entire front lawn so that was good. Of course the job was loud but they competed it fairly quickly with a few days. My sewer was about 75feet long and my cost was about 10k in may of 2022. Came with lifetime warranty that is transferable to new homeowners and 5 years warranty on the connectors.
I told them about my issue with the kitchen sink and laundry having backups and they informed me it was from buildup of toilet paper backing up for so many years. They included the pressure wash with rest of the work. We were a bit peeved when the water flowed back all over the garage and sink but they said it was normal and that it would subside.
It was smelly and messy but it's been a two years now and no back ups in the sink, laundry or toilet. I really should have done this sooner and would have saved a bunch of money. It's nice feeling confident knowing your toilet isn't going to back up when hosting guests.

Nobody likes needing sewer repair. But I am so happy I called the trenchless company. We had a 4 foot section of sewer pipe that was original to the house and of a type not used anymore (orangeburg) that had failed. The job was quoted, a team was promptly scheduled, and once the work was started it was revealed WHY that 4-foot section was left in place by past upgrades. It was underneath, several other pipes, and a lot of old long buried concrete, yet the team worked hard thru day, changing their approach and bringing in large equipment. The repair was done with a small footprint and crew cleaned up after completion. There wasn't any discussion about more $ required. Just great work at a great price.
