First of all I would like to say that one of the plumbers (Blake) was extremely helpful in assisting us with our problem. I would have given this place 5 stars but one of the workers made me change my mind. I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with Laird Lotko. My job had called him out to fix an issue with our grease trap since it started to overflow the night before. As soon as he arrived he asked us what was wrong and after I explained everything he wanted to run the sinks to make the grease trap flood again but nothing happened. He then went on in a rant and refused to give us service because the grease traps weren't overflowing like I had explained. I told him that the fact that it overflowed the night before indicates that there is something blocking the pipe and he still refused to service us and I quote ""I'm not going to take everything apart just because nothing is happening right now."" He then told us that his boss wanted to CHARGE US FOR THE SERVICE! What service?! He then had the audacity to say ""At the end of the day we have families to go to and have dinner with."" It was honestly so unnecessary to even make that comment. Don't get me wrong, I understand that you have a family to go home to. We all do! But that doesn't mean you shouldn't do your job. I want to go home to my family too but I cant do anything about it because I still had a job to do. After he left with his assistant, an hour later the grease traps started to flood and sewer water started to seep out onto the kitchen floor. We had to call another plumber to fix the issue and wait another hour or so but all of this could've been resolved sooner had Laird Lotko did his job. Thankfully Blake came to the rescue and he managed to fish out solidified grease the size of a man's fist clogging the pipes. Like I said, I would have given this place 5 stars but if you have a worker who refuses service just because he believes nothing is wrong and think he knows what he's doing, 4 stars at most seems fitting. If you ever encounter Laird Lotko, good luck!!!

I called this company yesterday on the recommendation of another plumber that was out of town. The telephone receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Their plumber, Laird, came out this morning and quickly identified the problem with a sluggish main drain line. He resolved the issue and provided a 30 day guarantee. I couldn't be more satisfied!
Thank you.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. I called The Trenchless Co and was so relieved that they could send out a technician on a Sunday and immediately! I had called about 7 different plumbers at this point and wasn't happy with their availability and prices. Will was our technician and was amazing! He was very friendly and explained what he was doing and everything he saw along the way. Huge thank you to Will for doing a great job. We will definitely be using this company in the future for any plumbing needs. We used the $99 special. I was concerned that we might end up paying more as several other companies had ""specials"" and then quoted higher prices for a simple clog, but we paid exactly what we were quoted and I appreciated that!

Laird was professional, friendly, and worked through our tricky problem to resolve our blocked pipe. We will call Laird and Trenchless when we need help in the future.

The first guy who came out cleared my shower drain. It looked like it worked and drained well while he was still here and fine for the first two showers after that. Then it began slowing down again. I called them back and told them the drain was again not draining after only two showers. They started to give me a quote and I reminded them they had just been here and it was under warranty. They said they'd ""see"" once they came out. The second guy came out with a MUCH larger snake and worked again and found roots the first guys snake couldn't reach. He cleared them and said it was covered under my warranty, however, now that they'd honored it, my warranty was now invalid. This made me feel like had they sent the first guy with the right equipment, it would have been fixed the first time and I'd have still had a reasonable warranty. Instead, I feel like I've been ripped off. I can't recommend them with that type of game they've got going!

We called The Trenchless Co this morning and made an appointment for tomorrow to have our tub unclogged. This afternoon, we were called and told a technician could be at the house within 45 minutes. Needing our tub unclogged desperately, we were excited it could be done today and accepted the change in appointment. We happened to be on our way home and
Laird Lotko was waiting our front when we got there. He was personable, friendly, and a cat guy, which reassured me we found the right guy for the job (we have two cats and might secretly be crazy cat people). Anyhow, Laird entered our home professionally and respectfully. He quickly showed us how to unscrew our tub drain (because we didn't know how), and immediately found a bunch of my long hair right inside the drain. Low and behold-that cleared the clog right up! We all laughed and Laird was the hero at the end of it all. We didn't need the tub snaked at all!
I would definitely call this company back for any future plumbing issues in the future!

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life made worse by The Trenchless Co. I moved into a home that recently underwent pest control and remediation to fix a rodent problem from the previous tenant. Multiple issues were found and the latest was a leak in the wall and subsequent mold. Sean came to my house on 9/7, did a visual inspection and decided he couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. I asked him about a problem I was having with the dishwasher draining into the sink poorly, he couldn't help with that either and said to talk to whoever installed it. (I did, they verified a clogged drain and said a plumber is supposed to repair it, not the installer.) Sean then recommended Emergency Restoration Services to come out to further diagnose my issue, which they did. I don't know what they found, they didn't discuss it with me and left. I then had the pest control come back out and identify the issue which turned out to be a chewed water line. I sent pics and video to Trenchless thinking that would help their diagnosis, and they could do the repair finally almost 2 wks later. Today, 9/18, Laird came out, verified the problem, and gave my landlord an estimate of $600 to repair the line. But not before going out in front of my house and talking to my neighbors about my ongoing issues. Laird then bragged to my mom that he was able to get multiple referrals from his chats with my neighbors. When I called to complain to the office Kim was shocked that he was talking to them and said she'd talk to him. My landlord also complained saying Laird kept bragging about his 30+ yrs of experience and having more than any other plumber in the area. My landlord found another plumber also familiar with the issue that will come tomorrow to take care of it so that we can get started on the mold remediation - Boyd, they quoted $400 for the same repair. Needless to say, my experience with The Trenchless Co has been disappointing, embarrassing and frustrating. The lack of professionalism alone would keep me from ever using or recommending their services. When you let someone into your home for a plumbing issue, there should be a certain level of trust and discretion that I didn't get from The Trenchless Co. Instead, the first leak diagnosis was a poor visual inspection, and finally when I told them the specific problem, it was met with arrogance, an overpriced quote, and inappropriate interactions with my neighbors. With so many options in the greater Sacramento area, I would never recommend this company.

I am thoroughly impressed with this company!
Everyone that I interacted with was very helpful.
The website is detailed and provides a lot of useful information. The customer service staff was friendly and courteous. The service technician that came out (Blake) was conscientious and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained my plumbing issues and what my options were. He did a fantastic job. What an asset to the company!

I am a Realtor and was recently involved in a transaction in which there was a dispute over some sewer line repairs and who was responsible, homeowner or the county. The technician, Laird Lotko, was extremely helpful in coming out to the property to meet with us and the county to help resolve this issue. This is not something that they are required to do but it was a huge help and it put my client's mind at ease knowing that the county was going to take care of the issue at no cost to him. Thanks again Laird!

The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I don't have the time to explain everything to ten different people, nor should I have to. Will never use them again.
