Max saw the potential of this technology for the plumbing industry and sought to establish a company focused on it. The Trenchless Company was founded to leverage cutting-edge technology to resolve plumbing issues with minimal disruption and mess to your property. SO, backstory: just moved into a house, and it's been problem after problem.
After several weeks of living in the house, I walked into my laundry room to find a centimeter of water covering the whole floor, and all of a sudden my toilets won't flush, bathtub and shower filled up with about an inch of water, etc. Perks of being a homeowner, right?
Anyways, had the home warranty, so I thought this would be a minor, temporary problem. They sent a plumber out, and lo and behold, my house is the one house in the neighborhood without an obvious, well-located cleanout. And of course, my home warranty doesn't cover finding the clean out or clearing the blockage by pulling a toilet. So plumber says, just dig around, find the clean out, and call us back. Okay, sure, so I start tearing up my front yard, and can't find the clean out. I mean i'm digging holes, tearing up my landscape, to no avail.
Prior owner is no help. So I call another plumbing company, they walk around the property, say the clean out should probably be in the front yard, but say sure, we can pull the toilet for $500, or you can just find the cleanout, if it even exists. Now I don't even know how i'm gonna make my next mortgage payment, so paying $500 to pull a toilet was a non-starter. So I continue tearing up my front yard, but this morning I awoke to a centimeter of what we'll call ""wastewater"" in my bathrooms, so now it's emergency status.
I found Trenchless online. So I call Trenchless, describe the blockage problem and the issue with the missing cleanout to the operator, and she says ""no worries Steve, i'll send out one of our hybrid technicians with a camera."" Then the Lord decides to send an angel in the form of a technician named Ray. Whereas the prior plumbers who had come out apparently didn't want to get dirty or spend any time helping me find my cleanout, Ray says ""Don't worry Steve, i'll find it"", and gets to work. After using the magical camera and detector, we found where the cleanout should be and started digging, and there it was! Anyways, the amount of effort Ray was willing to put in, and how professional he was, all shocked me compared to my prior experiences with plumbing technicians. Ray not only found my cleanout but cleared the blockage, and now I can use my house's facilities again (I had been going to the laundromat, washing dishes by hand, etc.). Ray was also super informative, discussed the whole process with me each step of the way. They also came out super quick, I called this morning around 8:30, and Ray was able to come out this same morning. I'll end this epic rant praise with this: Trenchless has a customer for life.

Trenchless saved us during a plumbing disaster a few years ago, so we chose them when it was time for our 1926 bungalow to be re-piped. They were professional, timely, courteous and good communicators. One day for the out-going, one day for the incoming, part of the third day to get the inspection all wrapped up. We now have water pressure and plumbing for the rest of our lives.

Extremely satisfied customer! Jacob and Ray were very friendly, knowledgeable, they had next day appointments, and they were on time. Got the $99 special, but our pipes needed a little extra unclogging. Really like how they do business. They take time to explain everything and show you the before and after on the camera. Excellent service!

We had a pipe break under a patio slab at our church building and Trenchless found the leak but instead of digging up the whole patio they re-routed the water pipe up and over the break area and created a more permanent fix for us. They were great at communication and had the job done within several days. I would use them again for any water or sewer issues we might encounter. Everything was professional and as expected with the job.

$165 vs $6000!
Story:
I had a clogged main. Their tech responded very quickly, (and was sort of abnormally friendly) but then bid $6,000, stating they'd have to dig up the whole backyard to unclog it. I clarified multiple times that my husband wasn't home, and stated clearly that we'd have to consider the bid before making any decisions.
After the tech (Rahmein) left, PG&E showed up and started spray-painting in front of our driveway. He said he'd received a call that emergency digging work was going to be done at our address the very next day. Flabbergasted and embarrassed, I informed him Trenchless Company was never given a ""go"" on the job, ""it was 100% just a bid"". Turns out, this poor PG&E guy had just gotten home from his shift but was then called back out for my address. So he had to drive all the way across town and then BACK home, for literally no reason, other than Rahmein jumping the gun and arrogantly assuming he had secured a $6000 job.
I ended up calling Miracle Plumbing. An hour of snaking and $165 later... line was clear.
I really don't appreciate Trenchless Company trying to straight up swindle our family, and inconveniencing another person with their attempt.

Had bad problem with home sewer system, which they diagnosed quickly with video. Fixed issue satisfactory.
Very happy with the entire dealing with this company and all employees.

Updating my review after work was completed - the Trenchless Co crew was professional and hardworking all the way through!
Rahmein had warned us when he gave the quote regarding a rare worst case scenario, and the implications of that, and of course that happened to be the case for our sewer line. I really appreciate the amount of expertise he had to even let us know from the beginning what possibilities there might be, so that we could be prepared.
Our sewer line goes out into our backyard and unfortunately we had to go slightly past the fence into the neighbor's yard due to Sacramento's weird sewer infrastructure, Rahmein handled getting permission from our neighbors, which we were so grateful for since he's so professional.
They told us that the City would have to come out to work on their part of the sewer line, but Trenchless Co does the excavating portion. They had to dig a deep hole to the sewer main, and called more crew to come and help dig. Digging is not fun, but everyone was so professional and hardworking to make sure our sewer line was reconnected by the end of the day. Even one of the guys supervising got in to help dig even though he was wearing nice clothes and nice shoes.
The City came out to do their work, and once we let Trenchless Co know, they were back to fill the hole back up and ensured that the fence and everything on both our neighbor's side and our side was restored.
We are very grateful we went with this company and their dedication to doing things the right way. Lifetime guarantee just says the amount of commitment they have to their work.

This 5 star rating is for the great service the technicians provided for us, we had just bought our house, and after just one week in we had back up issues at both our bathrooms, they responded very quickly, and also included a video of the sewer line to identify any future issues.
They are the best plumbing company I had ever used and will gladly recommend them
From the scheduling, the text notifying us who was coming with name and picture, to observing social distancing, to follow up after the issue was fixed, their service was excellent

I highly recommend The Trenchless Company. TTC recently repaired a section of my sewer line. I received exceptional customer service from the technician, Ray, who is professional, knowledgeable and honest; from the crew who repaired the line; and, from the office employees. The repair cost was significantly less than another company's quote. The repair was scheduled in a timely manner. The repair crew kept me updated on the repair and completed the repair to my satisfaction.

Our experience with Trenchless has been awesome from the beginning. We've known we had a problem for probably two years, but the initial estimate we got was pretty intense. Then, after watching the Property Brothers battle in San Francisco, I learned about trenchless plumbing!
Rahm came out with his cameras and spent a lot of time assessing and explaining the problem and the solution in detail. We had three different types of old useless pipe and Rahm combined their various solutions to come up with a quote. His enthusiasm for plumbing was quite impressive! The company was patient with us as we held of immediate service to gather our finances. Once we gave the thumbs-up, Trenchless scheduled us within the week!
When Jay and Wilfredo arrived to do the work they were friendly and professional. They finished early both days of the job (a real bonus when you're waiting to ""try out"" the plumbing...) and cleaned up after both days of the job as well. They communicated with us throughout the process so we would know when it was time to stay clear of the faucets etc. It's hard to spend money on something you can't ""see"" every day - so it's great when a company makes you feel comfortable with the work they are doing. We greatly appreciate your service and hard work, Trenchless!
