We had just moved into our house when we found out we had a sewer line backup. The Trenchless Co was able to send someone out the next day for $99, but also offered emergency services that night. The technician they sent, Cody, was so thorough, made sure the job was done and he was so friendly that it made this frustrating experience more pleasant. For our follow up camera inspection, Rahim was excellent. He made sure to walk us through the whole process and I couldn't believe it was included in the price. We definitely will be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.

Horrible customer service!! Requested service at 7am for a technician to come look at my water leak. Received a confirmation for 1pm to get to get a call 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me they can't do the job. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this business.

I would like to comment on my experience that I had with the Trenchless Company on November 17 2020. I required a inspection for an existing sewer line prior to upcoming Construction. I contacted the company and within 1 hour Trenchless dispatched a technician to scope the 50 foot sewer line from my house to the main. The company employees that I interacted with were extraordinary from the top down. The on-site specialist John C. Was one of the most professional and thorough people that I have met in the construction industry! He showed up on time with professional equipment and a matching attitude! We were fortunate that major repairs were not required but any future work will definitely be directed to this company!

I used Trenchless Co to perform my sewer line inspection when I purchased my home and they did a great job. When I asked them additional plumbing questions for my bathroom sink, they were very honest in letting me know that even though they could take on the work, they specialize in larger plumbing projects and that it would be much more cost effective to have different plumbing company do the work at a much lower hourly rate. That type of honesty in business is rare and I appreciate that they had other local plumbing companies to recommend for the simple stuff.

I called on a Sunday evening. They called me back within a few minutes and told me I would get a call within a few hours.

A couple hours later, I got a call from Matt letting me know he was on his way. Matt was super nice. The problem ended up being a little more complicated, but Matt took care of it without any issue.

It took this company over a month after I paid the deposit for them to start the project. In the meantime, they filed for several permits for the work. I understand that the permits would cost something, perhaps $100-200 or so. Over this month there was no communication at all from Trenches regarding the cost of the permits. Suddenly, less than 24 hours after completing the work, the company called demanding payment and without warning the bill went up $1300. Apparently the company does not find it necessary to tell their customers how expensive the permits are, even when they have over a month to communicate this information. While I am lucky that I can afford this, I do not think most people can just bust out an extra $1300 without warning. This is ridiculously horrible customer service. I recommend going with a plumber who is upfront and communicative with their customers.

Absolutely above and beyond what I expected of an emergency plumber. Very professional and both my husband and I commented how every single person we interacted with was SO nice. Also, their level of customer service and technology was great. I got information about the person who was coming as well as a photo of them before they arrived.

Our technician Ray was excellent! Our bathroom sink had been slow to drain for months, and I had another company's technician come to evaluate it who quoted us over $500 to fix the issue, without guarantee that it would actually help. Ray fixed the problem in an hour and the charge was less significantly less. Also really appreciate the fact that Ray was very mindful in the house and kept the area very clean, and took appropriate COVID precautions. The owner Max was also super friendly and responsive.

Definitely would call them again if any other issues arise!

Toilet started to bubble and while taking a shower, I knew that my drain was backing up. I called Trenchiess Co and they had my records as soon as i called and said my name, since I had done previous work with them many years ago. made an appointment for Saturday 3 - 5pm, called back later and mention that it won't work, reset for Sunday 9 - 11am perfect. Mention that they would call when they where on there way, 9am received a phone call (great) answered and said you're on your way? Replied no I'm outside your house. I was so impress at this day and age that nobody arrive on time but Matthew Williams did. Please give Huge Kudos to Matthew.
