Thermocoupler went out on our water heater. Carlos arrived in the appointment window, was very pleasant and professional. Had the needed parts on his truck, replaced them the heater began working immediately.

The manager suck he don't have no respect talking to people not just people but to their customers like that very ashamed zero stars they need to let that company go really bad service and how they treat people specially if you are Mexican

I was referred to this company by AHS. The tech called me and asked if he could come over now before my appointment time because he was trying to get done so he could get home sooner than later. I didn't mind. Ten minutes later he is at the door and mentions that AHS should never have let me have as many work order as I had on his call. I replied by saying they aren't going to make me pay the $100 for each one & I am allowed to have this many. He then proceeds to ask where are all my problems located. The 1st one was the leaking sing. He turns the water on & lets lots of water drip out on to my floor & then says we'll this is pedestal sink & we don't work in those. Without allowing me to clean up the water he proceeds in a rush to see the other items. I took him outside to the hose bib out front & he says Hose bibs aren't covered. I proceeded to tell him they are & told him I can call the insurance to have them verify. He then says we'll this kind isn't covered because it doesn't sit straight from the wall. So I then tell him well then the one in the backyard that's leaking does come out of the wall. He huffs as he has been doing as if he doesn't really want to do the job. He then goes to the backyard and tell me the leak is normal. The next item was my shower head and he tries to tell me that it's fixed after he screws it tighter but water was still splashing so then he tells me he has to order the part(a shower head that one can get from any local place). He then proceeded to leave & when I asked agin about the sink & when can I expect to have these items fixed he said he doesn't know he has to see with the insurance wants me to have someone else (out of my own pocket) remove the sink so he can fix it. I told him that didn't make sense and can we call the insurance now before he leaves since he's only been the 15 minutes. He said no he has another job to get to. I then called their office and spoke to a man who was very rude with me on the phone. He kept interrupting me and told me that the tech reported that their were no leaks on the hose bibs, the sink will not be fixed by them because no plumbers work on pedestal sinks anymore, and I will just have to wait for the part (the shower head). I told him that the hose bib in front is leaking and that his tech told me that 1 wasn't covered. I told him that I was going to ask for a 2nd opinion & he became aggressive and rude and threatened to cancel my order. Basically saying that if I'm asking for a 2nd opinion my order needs to be cancelled. I told
Him no that I need my shower head and I have a rt to a 2nd opinion. He then said well the next company comes and says the same thing you are charged again. I told him I know this that I've been an AHS customer for 25 yrs & he replied with a smart remark that he has been serving them for 27 yrs. This was the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced. The tech was not mean spirited he just seemed like he didn't want to work but the guy answering the phone appear to be a very unhappy person with rage so I'm going to pray for him but I wanted to write this to let anyone who is thinking about using this company to run in the opposite direction.

They came out the next day. John fixed our toliet. Leaking shower and laundry room facet. Great job very polite

I had the pleasure of The Shining Plumbing Knights help me at my home with a few toilet issues and they were incredible. On time, professional and extremely thoughtful. Fixed the problem efficiently! I'm extremely happy with their company and services! Thank you so much TSPK!

Condition was worse than before their technician came out!! Tried reaching out to the company with no response. They ignored my calls. Carlos was the tech. Turned his phone off. I would recommend this companies service to anyone!!!! Now I'm stuck with no working water in my kitchen with my grandchildren here. Can't cook nor clean my kitchen as I was before this company ( Shining plumbing knights) came to attempt service.!!

Came was not able to fix issue at the time. Left me with hot water still consistently running. Was supposed to follow up .Did not follow up twice after me calling. I asked to speak to a manager lady was very rude and started yelling at me and denied me from talking to management. No professionalism lack of knowledge. Uneducated staff. She have no customer service skills.

Lack of communication plagues this outfit.
Like others here, I was referred to this firm by AHS for a water heater with a failing thermocouple per PG&E, who investigated why the pilot was continuously going out.
A tech came out as scheduled and here's where the saga turned sour. The tech told me that he would order a part and that I would get a status update about the part delivery status. The technician himself was friendly and understood the issue.
I did get a status update that stated the parts have been ordered. I decided to contact Shining Plumbing Knights after a week had passed and was told that the ticket was closed as I never followed up. I was unaware that I had to follow up since I received status that parts were ordered.
Upon calling, I immediately regretted contacting these folks as I was told that I was at fault for not contacting the plumbers after they ordered parts. I was not told this in a professional manner. Quite disappointed.
Reviews for this firm on this very website clearly show deficiencies. It's easy to see why. It's frustrating to use such a mediocre firm because of my home warranty. Potentially will be switching warranty companies once our contract is up as I am not interested in doing business with this firm.

I could not be more pleased with the service I've received from this company.
I've been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by everyone I dealt with.
Jamil was the technician who replaced my water heater.
He is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
