This company is terrible. Missed their call on the first appointment so they just never showed up! Second appointment was rescheduled for 10 days later and the tech shows up and sees water damage and mold from water and says it's black mold in pipes and can't work. We've already had 2 other companies out that had no issue. When I called the receptionist she was rude and said it was not their problem. She then got hostile so I ended the call and she left a threatening voicemail on my phone. What kind of company does business like this? Stay far far away!! They are terrible!

Poor service and poor customer service. Receptionist left a threatening message on my voicemail because their tech said there was mold in the pipes and would not perform warranty service. How can he magically see through them? So I challenged her and she got threatening like it was my fault. Stay away!

Most unprofessional plumping company I've ever come across. The nasty sounding phone operator always has to hack on the phone to clear the mucus on her throat when she answers the phone then yells at you when she thinks she's in the right. Lol. I hung up on her I can find a thousand better plumbing companies in Sacramento that don't need to lie to cover their laziness. Trust me stay away. She answers the business phone like it's her cell phone and sounds like Hanna the hut smoked a pack a day.

My appointment was scheduled directly by the home warranty folks so i didn't have to deal with making an appointment with the receptionist or waiting for their call. I sent in an online service request at 8AM and was scheduled with Shining Plumbing Knights by 10:30AM with an arrival window of 11AM-2PM.

Jamil was my technician and arrived a little before 1PM. He also called before he was on his way. I felt like he went above and beyond to help find my sewer line and dig off the cap that was paved over by some idiot who remodeled the house. As soon as he ran his snake down the line, we immediately heard the backed-up water running. He then informed me to run all the water and flush the toilets multiple times. So glad this was an easy fix and I only had to pay $85.

Request Jamil to be your tech; he was very sweet, professional, and helpful.

I thought T&N Plumbing was bad, but the lady who answers the phone at Shining Knights Elk Grove is beyond rude.

I talked to her yesterday to work out a schedule. She asked me what time frame, gave me two to choose from. I said ""One sec, let me ask."" As my GF would be home recovering from a procedure, I asked her what time was better for her.

Phone lady said ""Ma'am are you there??"" after a couple seconds. I told her ""Yes, just a second please."" She got huffy and said ""Well I have other calls to answer."" I told her to put me on hold then.

Okay, clearly this lady doesn't have customer service skills. All she needed to do was say she had other calls and ask if she could put me on hold. Sheesh.

When she came back, I had told her this was (supposedly; as my home warranty classified it as) an emergency request. She condescendingly told me they couldn't send anyone that day since it was 330 in the afternoon. I wanted to cuss her out, especially since this is a repeat issue they didn't fix properly last time.

If I have to call again, my GF will talk to them instead of me. And if this lady tries to talk to her like that, it'll be a bad day for this lady.

I had a great experience with Jamile. I was told I had a 1 - 6 window as they were fitting me I as requested. He called me at 10 asked if he could come early. Although my warranty didn't cover the leak he gave me really great advice on what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issue. I was able to explain to the new person what was happening and everything will be resolved timely.
