We were assigned these guys thru AHS to fix our hot water heater. The tech (Jamil) was supposed to be at my house between 10am and 2pm. He got here about 1pm. He was friendly and said he fixed it when he left and we would have HOT water in a hour. So we waited and after an hour we had hot water.
Hopefully it will last a looooooong time

One of the worst plumbing company. Rude, unfriendly and incompetent staff. I would strongly recommend not using their services as this will be a waste of time and money.

Company is an absolute scam. AVOID using them at all costs. Was assigned this contractor by my home warranty. Plumber came out only to say he didn't have his tools needed to resolve the issue even though I clearly explained the problem over the phone. When I called their office afterwards to get an update the lady started yelling and indirectly told me I was lying that the contractor did not have the proper tools. I'm in shock how a business ran this poorly is still operating. Ended up fixing the issue outside of warranty and it was an easy fix that was done with a drain snake and only took 5 mins.

lousy ass company, dude misdiagnosed our shower and said I can fix but you'll be without a shower. cost me 350 because I had to call someone who knows what the hell their doing and paid my home warranty service $100 to send out a complete knumbskull. Don't use these people. I have yo give them a star which is undeserved if I had my way they wouldn't get Jack

Requested service (non emergency) and The Shining Plumbing Knights returned the call within a few hours. They scheduled me in for the very next day. The company really worked with my jammed schedule to make it work. Their technician Devin was great! Polite, friendly, professional and efficient! He quickly resolved the valve problem with my toilet. I would certainly do business again with this company!!
