If you are looking for a company that can effectively and efficiently solve a drainage problem on your property, I have two words for you regarding The Sewer Surgeon:  Hire them.

Nick Wiseman at The Sewer Surgeon displayed the utmost integrity and professionalism throughout the recent drainage project they completed at my home, which interfaced both my private property and the public right-of-way, involving three state contractors licenses and three City of Pasadena permits.  He provided an estimate in a timely manner after a personal site visit, guaranteed the work, and personally coordinated with the City of Pasadena Public Works Department to secure final permitting.
The assigned crew was a well-oiled machine, not only knowledgeable and experienced in the actual project, but also courteous to me and my neighbors and respectful of my property.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company, and  wholeheartedly recommend The Sewer Surgeon.

Robert was so professional and friendly. He made us feel comfortable in us not knowing much about how sewer lines work. Robert came late at night on Saturday and it started raining to try to unclog the main line with no hesitation he did all he was able to do. Sunday he came back at 9am as he promised with Sergio to look with the camera. Found some damaged in our cast iron pipes. So we were quoted a decent rate to do the whole sewer lines. Monday morning Jorge came to do the work. He was so clean, neat, professional, and very fast. He was Amazing how he finished the work in 2 days. I would definitely definitely recommend this company to everyone. We already plan on rehiring them to eventually do our water line pipes when we save some $. Called re backed up kitchen sink. They came out next day. They called to change the time due to covid. Called 20 mins before arriving. Sergio took pics and video of problem. Called to give me the bad news. I was able to get my brother to go out there to speak with Sergio. Because of the possible high cost to repair, we decided to wait to see about fixing the sink ourselves. Sergio was so kind to my elderly mom and the communication was excellent. I can't believe a company is so diligent in keeping customers informed of their arrival time and progress. If I need future plumbing work, I will definitely call Sewer Surgeon. They stood by their guarantee, if they can't unclog, no charge! Keep up the good work! Oh, by the way, the office staff is also terrific.

From my first call to Sewer Surgeon, I felt confident that I had called the right plumbing company. Sergio was very knowledgeable and quick with a very large underground plumbing problem. Supervisor, John, was available 24/7 as well as Sergio. What a team! They fully explained each step of the project and showed me the inspection camera. When I had a question, I got an immediate text message back. They gave me options, and the expected result of each option. Having known that the problem was ongoing for a few years, with other plumbing contractors, I knew their quote was very fair. Wow wow Wow I can say as a top reviewer for Google, according to my followers and readers that this is a PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, FRIENDLY, AND FAIR company to use for ANY plumbing issues you might have. SERGIO & JOHN are just not good at there jobs they make you feel like FAMILY. I had my kitchen sink back up and unfortunately I had bigger problems than I was aware of. These things are expensive and John worked with me & my mom on being fair and going above & beyond for us. He came 2 times when we needed his assistance on some issues and was very polite, and understanding. I have dealt with lots of contractors having 3 houses and never have I felt so good about a contractor as I did with John & Sergio. Sergio did all the work and he did it all by himself in a timely matter, never late, always professional and very curious. Helped my mom walk so she wouldn't fall or hurt herself to see the damages, John & Sergio listened to her concerns showed her everything before the work started, and had patience with me. It took about 3-5 days to add a clean out a new drain pipe and fix another pipe that was un even and un safe. I can't say enough about them to give credit where credit is due. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will now use them for any plumbing issues in the future for all my properties. They always come out as soon as I call and have always been honest and straightforward. Recently, we had a pretty serious issue and someone was sent out the same day to resolve the problem. We've had quotes from other companies, but these guys always offer the best price and work product. Legit, I tried to handle some DIY plumbing during the height of the pandemic and flooded my entire hallway and bathroom and someone was sent out literally hours later to fix the valve I broke AND replaced it with parts they had on even the same day. This place will continue to have our service and have definitely fostered a relationship with a loyal customer.

Nick and his team do fantastic work. I had a slab leak in my home. After calling, I had a plumber at my house within hours. The leak was found quickly and were able to stop the line that had the leak. Nick reviewed the situation and shared options on how we could fix the issue. We chose to repipe our home, and Nick scheduled the crew to do the work immediately. The team was on time, very clean and careful to cover our belongings, and completed the job in 1 day. The attention to detail showed with the fantastic new fixtures and the improvement to our water supply overall. Patchwork was done shortly thereafter, and also done with excellent precision and care. For such a big project, Nick's team knew how to execute in order to get our home back on track.
