My main sewer line was backed up and I thought that getting a quick appointment during the holiday's would be impossible, luckily for me I found The Sewer Surgeon and they came out a few hours after I called them and unclogged the line. Bruce did a quick job and even after he was done, he explained where the potential issue could be coming from. I will definitely add them to my contact list of handymen.

Our kitchen sink backed up, so we reached out to Sewer Surgeon--first time using them. Cody came out the next day and took care of our clogged kitchen sink and repaired the pipe. On top of that he took care of two more clogged sinks and a was done in about an hour. Will definitely reach out again in times of trouble.

Bryan did a great job of getting my kitchen drain clear with the cable. They also put a camera down to see what was going on with my drain for no charge. They explained things well and gave me two options to clean out the drain better so that it won't keep getting backed up.

Our plumbing got backed up and the toilet and the shower were not draining. Well we called the first company and they said they had to go to the roof and put the snake in the line and clear it from there but they wouldn't do it due to our house having a tile roof and they don't want to be liable. I get it. So they tried a different spot but they couldn't do it. They wanted us to replace all the piping and charge almost 10 grand for it. Our house is old but to have to replace everything is crazy, all we want is to be able to use the bathroom. Well my husband called a different company The Sewer Surgeon. By the time he called it was like 7pm and about 30mins later they came through. The plumber Bruce was amazing. He helped unplug the drains so we can have the bathroom and shower working. He tried many spots not just one. He went under the house to look at it. He really helped us out today. My husband and I live with his elderly parents and Bruce was honest and very helpful, he was here till 10pm to give us the use of the bathroom. He's even coming tomorrow to look at something else. Thank you so much Bruce for your help. We really appreciate it.

Joe was amazing. He is on time and very professional. The other places we called quoted us ridiculous amount but joe estimate was reasonable. Joe is also honest and he will not rip you off like other companies. He also came within an hour of calling so very good for emergency services.

Had a main line blockage and our clean out is old school on the roof. Lot of other companies didn't want to do it but Joe went up there and made it look easy! Also walked us through a bunch of suggestions that will help us along the way and was cheaper than the other company we were with. If you like quick but good work done at a great cost then these are they guys. Only going to them from now on.
