Called Sewer Surgeons because we finally had enough of our sink being clogged and we had tried everything we could. I found their coupon in a valuepak envelopes you get in mail with all kinds of other coupons, I showed my husband the many assortment of plumbers we could chose from and decided on Sewer Surgeons. My husband called on a Sunday evening around 7pm and actually got a real person on the phone. The person gave him a quote for $60 contingent on what work needed to be done and also said if their plumber couldn't fix the clog, it was FREE! The appointment was set for the next day Monday morning between 9-11, our plumber Jonathan called my husband and let him know he would be at our home in about 30min. Jonathan also called when he arrived because we asked him to so we could put or 2 dogs away. Jonathan assessed our 2 sink issues and said he could take care of them! The first sink in our bathroom was no problem and a quick fix, our sink in our garage was another situation. Jonathan let us know that he was trying to clear the second sink but was running into mud. Jonathan suggested he could have his supervisor come out with a camera to look and help determine what our next move could be. Jonathan was a great plumber, up front about everything and very polite! We would definitely recommend Sewer Surgeons and Jonathan!

I had a clogged kitchen sink. I called and the lady who answered the phone (I can't recall her name), she was very helpful and answered my questions. I received a window time. The technician that was scheduled to arrive is Jonathan. Jonathan, was delayed due to having an issue with another client that was taken longer. Jonathan called me and asked if he could arrive first thing in the morning. I agreed. Jonathan arrived first thing in the morning and begin to work on my sink. Jonathan was professional, and knowledgeable. We were very pleased that he didn't give up so quickly in getting our kitchen sink working again.
I'll most definitely be calling them again.

My review is based on the estimate only. They were great at responding, coming on time and very courteous. Gave me an estimate for a sewer line in the kitchen with three clean outs about 25 ft. Their estimate was over 3x as much (nearly 17k) as the most expensive estimate I had from another licensed insured contractor with the same guarantee ($5k) which I also felt was too much considering everything will be removed and the rest of the piping is new. Obviously 17k is way too high so I will be going elsewhere...

Great customer service and plumber showed up right away. Jose helped unclog our kitchen sink which has been creating a lot of problems for us. His team also assessed our plumbing system since we had roots growing in and around our outside plumbing. Jose had up to date equipment and came well prepared. A good experience with a plumber? How about great! I've never had, or seen with my parents, such a thing. Within 15 minutes of posting my 'leaky faucet' issue, I received five responses. As I was getting responses, I would check out the reviews and other pertinent information on the company. One was new (and had only one review but a five-star rating), the others had 4.5 star ratings, and a couple of them seemed okay and had been reviewed by hundreds. The last response I received was from The Sewer Surgeon. Five-star review from 19 reviews had great highlighted attributes. They sent me a message hours available yesterday and today, which was great. I requested a time, was confirmed, a couple more messages sent back and forth. Come noon today, the plumber was right on time. Jonathan was professional and friendly. I showed him the problem. He examined the knobs and valves and stuff, knew what needed to be done and didn't overhype it (so refreshing!). He understood my situation and addressed the problem, while also letting me know what was needed for a long-term solution. In about an hour, he was done! While many things (such as products, services, attitudes and professionalism) have gone downhill in the last 30 years, these folks aren't like that at all. So often I have a lukewarm or conditional response regarding giving out recommendations for companies and employees in such fields, but not so with The Sewer Surgeon and Jonathan. Clean, knowledgeable, communicative, friendly and professional! I highly recommend them and will have them back again if something breaks that they can fix. Awesome!

Called at 6:30 am on a Sunday for an emergency water leak. Jonathan came right away and assessed the damage and source of our leak. Very professional and does a really clean job. Would overall, recommend to my family.
