Truly honest and amazing company. I was quoted for more work than required over the phone. The tech, Cody, arrived timely, was courteous and informative. Explained everything thoroughly and gave me options for long term vs. temporary fix. At the end, he called the office to inform them I didn't need some of the work quoted and charged me lower price than I was quoted. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!!!

Rick showed up on time and was very professional. He went right to work. Scoped the sewer lines. He explained the details of what he found and that he would produce a report that would contain photographs and a narrated video of the scoped sewer lines to show the areas of concern. After he finished explaining he cleaned up and left. We received the photo/video report and it was very thorough. We are very happy with his work.

It has been a while since I last posted my first review of Sewer Pros. Shortly after my initial review of Sewer Pros We has another plumbing problem. About 2 days later the plumbing backed up again into out master bath. Needless to say this was a very frustrating issue. I called again and left a message for Rick to get back to me. He was again right on top of it. Customer service at it's best. He made time to come over and see what the problem was. With the help of a new hire to his team. They finally found the source of the problem. We had root intrusion into the last roughly 20 feet in our line to the main sewer connection in the street.The reason it was not found the first two times was because of the line dropping at a 90 degree angle before it goes to the main and the camera was having a hard time getting past that point. With the extra help from the new hire (as I understand it this person has over 20 years experience in the industry), they were able to push past this bend and find the problem. After that it was getting the heavy duty snake in and clear the problem. Again I was not charged for the service. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the kind of people that having working for them. It was also suggested that we put a dual clean out in the front yard closer to the main. Now keep in mind, we just bought this house and repairs are very expensive. They did me and my wife one more solid. They agreed to put this clean out in at a substantially reduced price due to all of our convenience. This company is the best and will have all my future business.
