Nate was very efficient and professional. He did the inspection, gave me a no-nonsense summary of his observations, and then sent a detailed report with links to the video.

I would highly recommend this company. They are a very professional operation. And once again, Nate represents his company very well.

We had a cast iron sewer main line break somewhere under our slab. The plumbing company that initially inspected the lines supposedly did a sewer camera inspection but when asked for a copy of it they couldn't provide it to us. So we booked Sewer Pros ASAP as we needed answers fast to find out what and where the problem was. Josh our inspector was great! He was professional, very knowledgeable and most of all great at communicating. We received a full report with photos as well as a detailed video narration. Wish we had known about Sewer Pros sooner we would have called them first. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Was given a referral to The Sewer Pros and after validating their good reviews, decided to book them for a sewer line scope on a home I'm in escrow on. Overall I was happy with their work - scheduling was easy, they showed up on time and promptly delivered their report with narrated video and pictures (making it very easy to track everything without being there in person).

I am a Realtor and I am representing my client to buy a home in Vista. The house was built in 1980 and as part of the buyer's due diligence, in addition to a Physical Inspection, I recommend a sewer drain inspection as well. Over the years, sewer lines can deteriorate or roots can penetrate which can be an expensive repair. John of The Sewer Pros called me 30 minutes prior to arrival which gave me time to drive to the property. The property owner was home, so John had started the inspection. The seller showed John where the main cleanout should have been located, but unfortunately, the main cleanout was buried, which commonly happens over the years of landscaping. John shared that he could inspect from the small cleanout from the kitchen, but it would only show approximately 60 feet and would not provide a sufficiently accurate report. We decided to not have the inspection and my client would not be charged. John was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them in the future.

Very disappointed in this company. I am a real estate agent and used them recently. There was one drain that the technician could not find the clean out for and he had to leave to get to the next appointment. Five minutes later the seller walks in and points out where the line is and they would not come back out without charging $170 trip charge to look at that last line. I told them that I would pay for it for my client because I didn't believe my client should have to pay for it. I close over 30 buy sides a year and can send this company lots of business and they chose to be small minded and take money from the person that recommended them in the first place. What's most frustrating it was really because their guy had to leave early from the original inspection. Had he waited 5 minutes more, wouldn't have been an issue.

Sewer Pro came out today to do an inspection on my drains. I am selling my house and while I never had an issue I was worried of the unknown. Your team was professional and answered all my questions. They were here on time and did a great job. Would highly recommend Sewer Pros to anyone.

I have to tell you how amazing this company is!! They are the most professional business I've ever used...Jasmine and the front office were absolutely fantastic as I had to change my appt for a sewer inspection a few(5) times...and never made me feel bad about it!!they did an inspection and re-inspection... if you need to check your pipes this is the company you should use!!
