Customer service seems to be a lost art these days. I had a REALLY bad experience with Drain Patrol last week, so I was not eager to deal with any other plumbing companies.

Much to my surprise, I had a great experience dealing with the employees at The Sewer Pros. I first spoke to Jasmine, who was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Then Rick came out to my place and was equally pleasant and helpful. Before even locating the problem, he guaranteed me he wouldn't be there for 6 hours. The guy last week was at my place for 6 hours and ""wasn't able to clear the blockage."" I had to take the entire day off of work and the problem wasn't resolved. I was not happy.

Rick immediately located the culprit, roots in the drain pipe, and had it cleared in 5 minutes. He then proceeded to explain everything to me and let me observe as he inspected the pipes to ensure everything was clear.

I loved the service I got from The Sewer Pros and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues. Now time to work on getting a refund from Drain Patrol ...

Don't use this company. Someone at the company said I had frivolous complaint. I was thinking of buying a home, and they sent out this kid to do some cabling. Then I get this report that is unsatisfactory because it omits certain essential information. I wanted to know the necessity for repair or worse, replacement of the sewer lines. In a 40-year home, the buried plumbing lines are old or defective. They will drain fine at the inspection and clog when you move in.
The inspector ran a lot of water during the inspection to detect resistance in the function of the sewer system. Just because the water was only running from the kitchen sink does not mean the drain pipes are NOT clogged. The drain pipes from the bathroom sinks, the shower, the bathtub, the clothes washer and laundry sink were not tested.

The sewer inspector did not complete the inspection because a sewer cover in the street was sealed with asphalt and could not be opened. No one from the company advised the realtor prior to the inspection that any sewer covers need to be accessible for the inspector. Also, the sewer inspection was billed with the home inspection. It should have been billed separately since it is a separate inspection done with another inspector. This was an incomplete and inadequate inspection. As I said before do not use this company if you want to lose your money. This company is a scam.

My contractor told me to call this company and have them map out where my sewage lines run and to find out the condition since I have had roots. I thought it was going to be much more expensive. I got an appointment within 2 business days but the best part was the detailed report within two hours of the inspection! Cody was the tech. He was great. I have given their number to a few people already.

Arrived promptly, and even fit us in last minute on a Friday since our contingency needed to be lifted on Monday. Super professional. And we were able to get the repair request into the seller before the weekend. Only reason for not getting a 10 was he was unable to tell us if the pipe went to the sewer in the front yard or if it went to the back and then to the alley, which would have been helpful.

Emailed on a Saturday - even though their hours are M-F. They emailed right back. A few times back and forth. Scheduled for MONDAY! Accommodated my schedule. Super efficient, and very nice Customer Service. Tech was great. They do a video of whole inspection. Their prices were half of others I looked at. Gave suggestions and even said how and why I can DIY. Great company!
