Created by the Vaughn family, our dedication to our customers began three and a half decades ago, and it’s the core value on which we operate every day. In 1982, Kelly Vaughn and a partner founded ServiceFirst, Inc., and later rebranded as The Service Company, Inc. (TSC). They built TSC on high ideals of professionalism, methodically growing a dedicated client base throughout eastern Mississippi and the western region of Alabama.

Christy -- alongside her husband, Ronnie -- is the second generation of Vaughns to manage TSC, and she’s upholding her father’s legacy and devotion to his customers.
