The Service Company -- now collaborating with Mr. Appliance -- has a well-earned reputation for delivering exceptional repairs and outstanding service to property owners and business operators. Created by the Vaughn family, our devotion to our customers began three and a half decades ago, and it’s the foundation on which we work every day. We fix household appliances, we ensure you have all the knowledge you need, and we guarantee that when you contact us, an experienced and trustworthy technician will be on-site shortly to assist you.

In 1982, Kelly Vaughn and a partner launched ServiceFirst, Inc., and later changed the name to The Service Company, Inc. (TSC). They established TSC on solid ideals of professionalism, gradually developing a committed client base throughout eastern Mississippi and the western region of Alabama.

Christy -- in partnership with her husband, Ronnie -- is the successor of Vaughns to lead TSC, and she’s maintaining her father’s high standards and devotion to his patrons.
