Our sewer lateral was backed up threatening unalterable reputational damage in our neighborhood if the unspeakable occurred. We had one plumber group come out that tried to clear it for two hours or so, and wasn't able to do it. This was late Friday afternoon. Leaving us in an...ahem...potentially sticky situation Saturday morning. Being a weekend, most plumbers were closed. I saw The Rooter Man's reviews, gave him a call around 10:30a. Within an hour, Alberto and his colleague were at our door. TEN MINUTES LATER, the clog was sorted. They left the place cleaner than they found us, gave us some tips, and were off. There really is no substitute for experience, professionalism, transparency, and reliability. All of which the crew at The Rooter Man have in abundance. I know where to now turn when things get...you know what.

Alberto Perez is the sweetest, most humble man who is amazing at his job! Every time I have had plumbing issues and have contacted him, he is here within the hour and is incredibly fast and efficient, not to mention an absolute sweetheart! I live in Isla Vista, and in my opinion, I believe that students can get taken advantage of by their landlords but Alberto has always been so honest with me about what exactly has caused my plumbing issues and has given me so much security regarding repairs and the cost associated! I highly recommend him for any job, you will not regret it :)

It's CHRISTMAS EVE and we have an potential absolute potential disaster on our hands. The sinks at my in laws are backing up and the toilets are looking dubious. We're potentially looking at the opposite of a ""white Christmas"" if you catch my drift. The Rooter Man to the rescue! I cannot believe how amazing these team is. Alberto answers his phone on Christmas Eve and gets Julian over in less than 45 minutes. Julian was quick, polite, and professional and was really great explaining to my mother in law the what was causing the stoppage and how to avoid it in the future. If I could give six stars I would. It's literally Christmas Eve, they could have charged us any amount but instead they were honest, reasonable, and economical. Would highly recommend them to friends and family. We were in need of a main line clean out on a Saturday morning at an apartment community and had made several calls but could not find anyone to come out. We stumbled across The Rooter Man via Google and boy did we get lucky! Alberto picked up my call (unheard of), was courteous and professional, and agreed to help us within an hour of calling. When he and his associate arrived, they were ready for business and got right to work trying to clear the line. It was a very deep and large stoppage and, after having to add length to their line, they finally cleared it. They left the job totally cleaned up and sanitized. When they were finished, Alberto contacted us to come meet him so he could give us some holiday cookies! We will most definitely be using his services when the needs arise. I highly recommend this company.

Once again Alberto came to the rescue!! I called him with our one and only adult clogged toilet and he was here within an hour. They took all the Covid 19 precautions with masks and sanitized everything as well when they left. I can't say enough good things about this kind man and his excellent customer service!! The Rooter Man (Alberto) and his crew are great people. They were incredibly responsive, professional and had great attitudes. They installed a garbage disposal for us and gave us tips on maintaining it and how to reset it should it get stuck, etc. They made sure they explained everything and their fee was super fair. They were a joy to work with and made us feel very well taken care of. Will definitely be calling them again when needed.

My home was built in 1959 and I regularly have drain problems. Alberto and his assistant were masked, professional, honest, and up-front about pricing. They cleared the line and referred me to another contractor who can diagnose my line issue and give me a quote for repair. In the past, other rooter companies have cleared the line and quote $5K+ for trenchless sewer replacement. Alberto said I may be able to just replace the line where it is offset. I highly recommend The Rooter Man.
