I have to say I was totally freaked out to have my plumbing back up and to find the need for a plumber during this ""shelter at home"" time. The Rooter Man came within a couple of hours, came when they said they were coming and wore gloves and masks, and wiped their feet before entering my home. They fixed my problem and another one as well. Disinfected all they touched and left me with a smile on my face, two new pens and some sticky notes! Just what I needed for my home ""office""! Alberto was fantastic. I would give him ten stars!! I called on a Sunday early morning as sewage had backed up into our guest room shower. He was so polite on the phone and said he would be over by 9am and fix it. He was done by 9! He cleared the pipe and cleaned and disinfected the shower and bathroom. He left the bathroom spotless, not a sign of the early morning nightmare. He charged under $300 for an emergency call on Sunday. Wow! What a deal. Thank you Alberto! I will definitely use you for all my plumbing needs.

Our laundry drain was backed up in the middle of a pandemic, so stress levels were high. Another company ""tried"" snaking and it didn't work so they recommended an expensive hydro jet. That also ""didn't work"" so they recommended $10,000 in repairs. A friend recommended we called Alberto from The Rooter Man for a second opinion, they showed up and snaked the drain and got everything flowing in about two minutes. Lesson learned, we will be using The Rooter Man for our future plumbing needs!
