We had a clog at 50 feet and tried everything. Alberto and his guy drove up and fixed it in about 5 minutes! I looked to the reviews because I've had bad plumbing experiences in the past so I'm adding my whole-hearted recommendation for the Rooter Man. He showed up right away and even gave me cookies and some drain filters for my kitchen sinks. Worth every penny ($180).

I called to make an appointment to have my washing machine drain fixed. I wasn't in a hurry, we've been running a hose out the back door. But we're going to have landscape construction starting next week and it won't be convenient to run the hose outside. Alberto asked me to text him my information, (address & problem) and in less than 2 hours he appeared on my doorstep to do the job. What a surprise. I showed him where the problem was & he explained in detail what the problem was and gave me an estimate. In less than an hour my problem was fixed and I am thrilled!! What a wonderful man, very personable and knowledgeable. He said that I would eventually need the P-trap replaced but said it should be good for 6 months to a year. He guaranteed his work for 30 days. I have a new plumber and a few more plumbing issues, but they'll have to wait until the landscaping construction is done. We've used several other plumbing companies, but none as enthusiastic as Alberto! He's definitely an expert at his job!!

I had a very clogged drain in my shower. It was Saturday so I didn't know if anyone would come out.
I tried The Rooter Man. Alberto was on a job when I called but he said he could fix it that day! Alberto and his worker were very nice to work with. They even fixed a few little things in my bathroom I had put off.
He's very clean and works fast.
He gave me treats when he left!!!!
Definitely give this place a try!!!!!

When Alberto knocked on the door, it was exactly on time. Impressively, he was already setup and ready to go with the hose hooked up, and equipment unloaded. He is organized, professional, and a master at his craft - there is no doubt about that. With the help of an assistant, he unclogged our main sewer line, showed me what to do if it happens again, and made a few suggestions to upgrade our system in the future. Loved the entire 30 minute experience and I wholeheartedly recommend him!! PS: He is very honest and fair with his prices. Very trustworthy.

I had a problem with my bathroom sink I called the router man I asked him if he could be here the earliest possible. He told me he could be here before 9:30 AM and he sure was. There are so many good things to say about this crew however they have made it uncomfortable for me to hire them back after telling me how they like a pristine carpet implying my carpet was dirty and smelled like dogs. Again poo-pooing my backyard for being unswept after the winds. Side note, I have been recovering from an accident and just needed the kitchen sink working not to be made to feel bad at Christmas while dealing with not getting to see any family and in general having been dealing with a month of serious anxiety and insomnia because of the state of the world. The sink clogging was not planned and I was not prepared for ""guests"" apparently only dogs. They left and I was in shock by the way Alberto treated me. I had welcomed them into my home amidst my Covid Christmas and then felt so depressed wondering why they felt it was their place to say such things. Each time they do work they seem to do a good job but the issues tend to come back.

Arturo Is absolutely the best. I had a clogged toilet and he came to my home within a few hours of calling him and it ended up being a bigger job than expected. He was so helpful and so kind and most importantly, super super clean!!!

Alberto and Alan were wonderful! They arrived in less than two hours, and they were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They immediately fixed out kitchen sink and the drainage issue, and provided helpful advice for preventing the issue in the future. I will definitely be contacting them again and highly recommend!
