Best service I have ever had, hands down! We had another company rooter our cleanout and they actually ended up clogging it worse! and they weren't able to fix it for several days. That left us panicking because our home was completely backed up! Luckily we called Alberto, The Rooter Man and he came to fix it in 5 minutes!!! I kid you not, the fastest service I've ever seen! This was the best-case scenario and Alberto is such an honest and good character. Cannot recommend the Rooter Man more!

Outstanding plumber! We had a weekend plumbing emergency and Alberto came right over at 8:30am on a Sunday! He immediately identified the problem and did quality and efficient work to fix it. He communicated clearly with us throughout the process and was so courteous! I particularly appreciated how carefully he followed COVID-19 protocols. We will definitely call him next time we need a plumber!

I had a pretty simple toilet repair, but needed it done today. I called early in the morning expecting to leave a message. Alberto answered and was here and fixed the problem within 45 minutes! He was quick, courteous, professional and sensitive to Covid protocols. I appreciate his fast response and willingness to explain the cause of the problem and what was needed. Alberto is super communicative, reliable, honest.

Had an issue with my shower not draining and spewing up black matter as well as the sink not draining. I called Alberto and he was so friendly and kind on the phone and said he was able to show up before 10:30am the same day.

He gave me a confirmation call a few minutes before he arrived which I really appreciated, and showed up slightly earlier than 10:30am which was awesome.

He spent a few minutes checking the nearby sink and shower and the outside, and then correctly diagnosed the problem (a clog) and went to work with his tools and fixed it in minutes! Alberto is so honest and friendly and even gave us a sink trap for future use and some cool branded office supplies /pens.

His price was incredibly reasonable (under the average estimate for what I saw online, though I'm sure it changes depending on how big your problem is) and more importantly, I have a rooter guy I know I can trust for any future issues.

10/10 for Alberto and his team! I will recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

We had a leak in our laundry room from the night before, so I decided to call a plumber off of Yelp with good reviews. I scheduled an appointment with Alberto this morning and he was at my home the same day shortly after! He was very professional and provided exceptional customer service. The problem was resolved quickly and we are very happy with the service provided. I will gladly recommend Alberto's business to anyone who needs a plumbing service done right. Thank you Alberto!

No way is this a five star business! Alberto's customer service was awful. My property manager hired him on my behalf, and I have never been treated so rudely by a contractor in my own home. I don't know if Alberto was on a time crunch or a budget crunch or was just trying to swindle me, but he proposed fixing a broken 30 year old faucet with superglue (no joke!). I let him know that a superglued faucet was not a suitable fix, and he seemed taken aback like I was questioning his professionalism (indeed I was!). Give me a break! It was a bizarre interaction, and I sensed he was taking advantage of the fact that I wasn't the one signing his check. He kept barking orders at me, and then left my upstairs bathroom a mess with dirt and scuff marks all over the rug and tile. I do not recommend this business, and I absolutely would not hire them again. There are so many phenomenal plumbers in town who provide exceptional customer service. This business is not one of them.

When the water started to over flow at our house we called the router man... Andrew can fast and saved our a**. He wasted no time getting his gloves on and getting his gear together and immediately started rooting the main line the water started flowing and he prevented our house from flooding.
